Blue Hole is an amazing place to visit. Would recommend anyone go here. Wish there was a bit more time at this stop but enjoyable nonetheless. Dunn’s River was also a really nice place. The facilities were great and climbing the falls was quite the accomplishment. Lovely beach to the end of the falls as well. Lunch was ok. Originally we were carded for Scotchies but we went to Mongoose Restaurant instead. Our driver also took us to a souvenir shop on the way to allow for some reasonably priced shopping. Only critique would be the ride was a bit rough due to the driver speeding. He was also constantly on his phone whilst driving. Nothing happened or came close to happening but would have felt safer if these things were avoided. Blue Hole 10/10 Dunn’s River 8/10 Food at Mongoose 6/10 Driver 6.5/10

This company is a one in a million! Everything was perfect from the pick up to the drop off. This company will be our go to the next time we are visiting Jamaica. Excellent service. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived even though our flight was delayed and our arrival uncertain. Great conversation and awesome customer service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for safe, private transportation.

Great on time Ian was nice. Pick us up on time which was great because last shuttle we had had last year had us wait for 3 hours so was happy to be picked up on time music was good was a vibe

My husband and I were referred to this company by some friends who used them before. The representative I spoke with was warm, friendly and professional. She was informative and kept us updated on the drivers ETA. We will definitely be using this company's service again and will be, without a doubt trying the other packages or tours they offer.

We were shopping around and came across this company but we read their first and only review that we were skeptical about . We then decided to call and the representative that we spoke with was very friendly, polite, and welcoming so we booked our round trip transportation with them. It was indeed our best decision ever because these people made everything from beginning to end memorable for us. Their customer service was top notch! While driving back to the airport our driver Vernal wrecked the car by driving over a curb damaging the front right of the car and almost had head on collisions multiple times. He was driving in excess of 100 km on the drive and swerving the whole time. He put me and my wife's life in danger. Seemed to us he was either drunk or sleepy. Also, he was constantly calling us all while we were here trying to get us to spend money on him driving us around. He called us over twenty-five times and would not leave us alone. This ruined our trip. We will never use this service again and probably will not be coming back to Jamaica because of this. I just want to warn others on every platform to never use this service. This was the unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
