Extremely responsive tour operator. Our guide was Leo. Comfortable vehicle. It was a long drive to 9 miles, from Ocho Rios. However, if you are a Marley/Reggae fan, this tour is for you. The entire experience at 9 miles, will take you approximately an hour. The longest part is the travel. On another note, if you want to buy any local Rum, please get it at the airport duty free. We were taken to a “one stop shop” ANDY’S SOUVENIRS. Stay away from that place. We were charged $150 for a local rum which was $34 at the airport duty free. I simply despise dishonesty.

No drinks or snacks included, forced to tip while no satisfaction and the driver took us to the most expensive gift shop ever while we kindly asked him for a cheaper option

They let us plan our own day so they picked us up from Ocean Coral Springs Resort at 10:00 a.m. and our first stop was at The Grotto caves, second stop was at Blue Hole, third stop was for lunch and then souvenir shopping, fourth stop was luminous Lagoon. We got back to the resort around 9:30 p.m. We had a fantastic day! Meka was freaking awesome ( or as she taught us about reading the outside temperature: she was "F***ING AWESOME" ) LMAO!! We had enough time to even go souvenir shopping and she pointed me in the right direction to get a t-shirt for a brother back home that I had been looking for for damn near a week! She suggested a restaurant different from Scotchies and I have to say, I am so glad that we listened to her. She took us to Linda's jerk and seafood restaurant and the food was awesome. Meka was super personable, answered all our questions and gave a live local color commentary that was a main highlight of the trip - just interacting with her! I wish there was a way to give you guys a review on the Viator website where I first looked you up but if there is any other way to leave a review elsewhere for you, just let me know and I will surely do so!

The guys were very attentive and friendly, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. This was my 1st horse ride ever and it was a pleasure experiencing it in Jamaica.

This trip was so amazing! At first we were skeptical because it was a girl’s Birthday trip. I can tell you from the Airport during the stay back to Airport. Emanuel and Xavier were two caring people who reassured us that at all times we will be I. Their best interest for safety and most of all allowing us to have fun. Xavier took us out in this awesome tour to Blue hole where we all had a blast! We explored white water rafting with lime massage! a MUST have! horseback riding was a great experience! Nothing Short of an Amazing Awesome Birthday experience! Thanks again for those amazing gentlemen!

Terrible. Only reason I chose this tour was because I was taking my 80 year old mom who has very limited mobility. The driver said the tour was 2hrs and I had to insist it said on Tripadvisor that it was 3hrs. The “free WiFi” didn’t exist in the van and eventually I had to insist to be taken to a restaurant where I could access their WiFi to show the driver it was 3hrs and included a trip to St Ann’s bay. Both the driver and the tour operator refused to create a hotspot on their phone so I could access data to prove the itinerary. I had to ask the driver for help to take the wheelchair out of the boot while I was helping my 80 year old mother out of the van as the thought of helping never even occurred to him. On writing the review I can see the price has increased. My advice would be to take one of the many taxis outside of the cruise terminal who will take you on a much more interesting itinerary. I was so annoyed by the whole experience I terminated the tour and told the driver to drop us at Dunn River Falls and I would organize our own way back. A very nice 72 year old taxi driver took us back to Ocho Rios and gave us a much more enjoyable experience with a history of the island than this tour provided. Very unpleasant experience on this tour - avoid!!!

Was picked up by Davel in the morning who was on time and really lovely. Gave us some great history lessons about Jamaica. Went horse riding first, so amazing going in the water with the horse the way they were calm and well looked after. We were then met by a new driver Jason Green. He was amazing he didn’t mind stopping off at places for us to get cash and get some Starbucks. He was very informative, really polite and absolute great tour guide. The quad Biking was a great experience that I’ve never done before so I really enjoyed it. Blue hole was just as amazing the water was so clear and blue. I couldn’t jump off due to a bad left leg but my partner said the experience was great. Would definitely book this again

My wife and I had a lovely time at Konoko Falls. Our tour guide Winston was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the wildlife. Everyone there was kind and pleasant to be around. This place is reasonably priced definitely should make this a stop in Jamaica mon.

$60 a person is transportation only and you just pay all entry fees. When you read all information on TripAdvisor it is hard to find that information. Our driver was very pleasant and accommodating.

Leo our van driver, was so cordial and professional. He made our experience even much more comforting that we expected it to be. Everything was well organized and thought out. We did not encounter any difficulties. Each and every activity was so fun, I definitely recommend this company!

Had an Awesome time in Jamaica and my first ATV experience was super fun and enjoyable. No regrets! I highly recommend Folkes for Tours for your next trip to the Island. On time Arrival and surprised us with refreshments and just overall great experience.
