The bus trip to the hotel was terrible so we contacted Roxann to see if a ride back to the airport was possible. Even though Rocky’s was fully booked they managed to accommodate us on such short notice. As always, the trip was smooth, safe and our driver was awesome. Thanks Rocky’s, see you in January 2025. On the return trip, the pickup time was 08:45, the driver showed up at the resort at 08:15. We were on our way to Club Mobay 15 minutes ahead of schedule (had to wait for our luggage) . Newer vehicles, friendly drivers (Rocky himself on the incoming trip). All was good, will book with Rocky next trip.Written 2 May 2024

The staff friendly and v attentive to your needs. Nothing is a problem for them. Rooms spotless and i loved my sea view room in particular. Food excellent in both Restaurants and Bar !i have been there at least 8 or 10 times throughout the last 2 yrs and it is my go to haven to of relaxation and therapy! I will be back there v. - jajolly0 contributionsWonderful tour company!!!We actually didn't do this specific tour but did 3 other sites in the area (not listed as an option for the review). We were able to pick the activities that WE wanted to do! Which was great! Our driver Patrick was fantastic. He was pleasant and talkative and very knowledgeable of the areas. He arrived on time and we had a great day with him. He even suggested a local place for a lunch stop and paid for my husband's lunch since we didn't have Jamaican currency. The next time we come we will use Rocky's and hopefully Patrick for all of our transportation needs.Written 7 December 2023

It was a long drive and our driver, Patrick, was excellent. We visit Jamaica a few times a year and he was very informative and told us a lot about Jamaica that we did not know. I have been in the travel business for over three decades and have rarely come across someone I would recommend as highly as Rocky's. His attention to detail and want to sever his guests is impeccable.
On this trip I was going from Montego Bay to Negril and decided to try Rocky's as my transfer company. Now transportation might sound insignificant, but let me tell you that it's not, it sets the tone for your trip, be that good or bad and with Rocky it set a fantastic tone. As you ride through multiple cities in Jamaica Rocky was quick to talk about each section of your journey, pointing out land marks as well as sharing historic information. Any ride with Rocky wouldn't be complete without a stop or two for a Red Strip along the way.
Let me tell you how much of a difference Rocky made on our trip, he set the tone and then in the end wrapped it up in a beautiful bow. His knowledge and years of experience driving the streets of Jamaica was evident, but was only eclipsed by his love of doing it. Make sure to ask him about additional tours and services while on your ride.

We recently traveled to Jamaica, and used Rocky’s taxi and transport for the first time. The service was outstanding. Upon leaving the airport, we found ourselves in rush hour traffic in Montego Bay. Our driver, who offered us ice cold beverages upon our arrival, knew how to bypass downtown and get us to our destination as quickly as possible. A week later, our ride back to the airport was efficient and uneventful, and we had plenty of time before our flight. We will definitely look to Rocky’s for our future taxi needs when visiting Jamaica.

Been using Rocky's shuttles round trip from Montego Bay airport to Negril. Our driver Kenneth knows the road by heart, every pothole, turns, goat resting areas (you will see some of them on the road). Pleasant and comfy ride at an affordable price. Not to mention the service that is what you expect. Punctual, they call, text, email your itinerary and confirmation so you can relax on that part.
If you have the opportunity to use Rocky's for day tours, please do as the hotels will hammer you with crazy rates. We were staying at the Royalton Negril and a ride to the boardwalk was $20 return ( only a minute away)

I have been to Negril 5 times...this trip is the first trip that I’ve used Rocky’s. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO! We had a private transfer to and from the hotel. The van was air conditioned, driving was safe and the long drive/bumpy roads were tolerable. We had no worries with a delay after landing due to COVID...Rocky’s was right there waiting on us when we finally arrived. They were also prompt on picking us up on our departure date. As I said.... this is the only way to travel to and from Negril from the Montego Bay airport!

After searching through the internet for private transfer and tours, we booked Rockys Taxi and Tour Service for our airport transfers to the Royalton Negril. The website was very easy to use with immediate confirmation. On arrival in Jamaica, the transport was waiting with the nicest drivers I have ever met.. Mr Patrick and Mr Jermaine Patrick greeted us and also acted as a tour guide, so full of information. Thank you Patrick.
Not only did we use Rocky Taxi and Tour Service for our airport transfers but also for our tours. I should say we were a party of 80. We were in Jamaica for a wedding
The number of people did not faze Rocky and Roxanne
We booked 3 tours , Black River, Dunns River and Martha Brae, each one Rocky and his team was always on time, with lovely smiles, never complained when we run late which was on every trip

Now that travel is opening and more people are traveling if you travel to Montego Bay and need transportation from the airport to your resort Rocky and his drivers will take good care of your transportation needs. I have used his service for several trips and will continue to use Rocky when I return. The vehicles are up to date and clean, as we depart the airport for our resort our driver has an ice-cold Red Stripe for us to during the drive, and they have always been timely in fact usually early. I also know Rocky has all the insurance, licensing and permits needed. Many of the self-employed taxi drivers do not. Be cautions for yourself and ask. Rocky's Taxi and Tours is highly recommended!!

We used Rockys Taxi for both our arrival and departure. Because our flight was going to be delayed by 3 hours, I called them to let them know. Upon arrival to Montego Bay, our driver, Irving, was there waiting and was very pleasant. It was raining hard on our way to Negril, so Irving took it slow and was very cautious, which I appreciated, even though it took us a little longer to get to our hotel. Along the way, Irving told us a lot about Jamaica and it’s history.
On our return, there was a little mixup with up with our reservation time. 45 min. After our scheduled pickup, I called Rocky’s where the pleasant young lady apologized and assured me that someone was on the way. Rocky himself showed up shortly after in his personal vehicle and was going to take us, however, with 3 people and all of our luggage, it would not have all fit. Soon after that, one of his vans showed up with Kenneth as the driver. Kenneth was very pleasant, informative and got us to the airport in record time. Hats off to Rocky, Irving, Kenneth and the young lady in the office for great customer service. I will be returning to Jamaica in October and will definitely be using Rocky’s for our taxi service, as well as, our tours and excursions.

We booked Rocky's Taxi to take us from Montego Bay Airport to Negril. Although our flight was over an hour late, Dane was waiting for us outside the terminal. He made the trip enjoyable, although we were tired and late, and there was a lot of traffic. Dane know the best ways around the traffic! He made a stop which we had requested to pick up some supplies, and was very informative about his country. We were so impressed with him that we requested him for our return trip.
Using a private taxi with Rocky's was only a little more expensive than taking one of the shared rides, and totally eliminated waiting at the airport for another flight to arrive. Money well spent.

We have been using Rocky’s private shuttle service between MBJ and Negril for the past 5 years. Their drivers are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the round trip route. The drivers are very willing to share their local knowledge of the island which is helpful to new and returning visitors. The owners are also very helpful and prompt and make the booking process easy and stress free. We will continue to Rocky’s private shuttle service whenever we travel to Jamaica.

Rocky’s was recommended by the hotel and we were very happy! The driver was right on time (both ways) and gave us cold Red Stripes right off the plane. The drivers (Kennet and Dain) were professional and made a couple of stops to pick up supplies and to try some awesome jerk chicken. The vans were clean and didn’t stink of air fresheners. We will use Rocky’s again next time we are in Jamaica!
