Arriving in Jamaica everything worked out fine and the driver was great. On the return trip we were supposed to be picked up at 0800 am for a -2 noon departure and the driver didn’t arrive till almost 0945. I called the company numerous times and was assured the driver was on his way. I have to admit the customer service was good but initially said the driver was 15-20 mins away than he was 30-40 mins away. They did apologize for the mess up and the driver who picked us up was great. Besides the snafu I would use this company again.Written 10 October 2023

We left from our hotel in Montego Bay and had a very pleasant and educational drive to St. Ann’s parish. On the way back we stopped for food and souvenirs.
