Our tour was amazing! We had Glory, she made us feel very welcome and safe throughout the whole tour. The waterslides were a beautiful view. They seem daunting to look at, but were so much fun! Glory made sure we were comfortable during the entire journey, making for an awesome experience. I highly recommend doing this tour!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this tour company. Now the company is claiming I left a 3-star review and had a great time, even though the tour started 3 hours late and the tour guide was unprofessional, which couldn’t be further from the truth. I never left a review until now because I want to set the record straight. I am giving a 2 only because the 2/3 spots are hidden gems, and we probably wouldn't have found the first without a tour but we didn't get a professional guide. First, we had to contact them the night before to confirm the tour guide details but never received a response until we reached out. Then that evening, 8pm, the guide informed us he needed to delay the tour by an hour. The next morning, we had to reach out again for an update, and he gave vague answers, eventually pushing the time further. He ended up being 3 hours late, ruining our first day in San Juan since we had other plans after the tour. The first stop, a hidden beach, was great, but it was awkward because the guide was FaceTiming his girlfriend while driving and during the tour. We ended up walking the wrong way. The second stop was also a hidden gem, but we didn’t enjoy it much since we started so late. The last stop, advertised as an "authentic Puerto Rican restaurant," turned out to be a fast-food buffet, far from what we expected. The third beach was dirty, with trash all over, and by then, we were so tired and hungry that we stayed for only 5 minutes before leaving. I wish we had stayed longer at the first stop and skipped the last one altogether. I would’ve preferred to go with another tour company. We passed another group, and their guide seemed much more professional.

We took a tour with Glory and she was so personable and had great communication before and during the experience. She had great recommendations for everything across the whole island. We never felt rushed and she did a phenomenal job capturing our photos and extra scenery. Being able to learn from her not just about the places we were visiting, but about Puerto Rico and its history and culture in general was unique and welcoming.

There were some MAJOR communication breaks between the tour company, the tour guide, and me as the customer. This tour company isn’t paying me to analyze where the break in communication stemmed from or how they can improve it (that’s their job), but this was my experience: the tour post on Trip Advisor and our tour confirmation emails (plural) stated to be ready for pick up at our hotel at 8:50 am. We arrived out front of our hotel at 8:45 am. Our tour guide arrived to retrieve us at 10:28 am. This waiting period was extremely frustrating and a HUGE waste of my time (especially when our vacation to PR was only 2.5 days total). However I will say that once our tour guide picked us up, we did have a wonderful day. The locations that they take you to are beautiful, secluded and magical and our guide was happy to adjust/customize our time at each place as we requested. The food at the lunch location was also delicious. Things to bring that they don’t mention: sun block, bug spray, a change of clothes, towels, water shoes that can stand a little hiking, snacks, water I still rated this tour a 3. It would be an easy 5 if they were better at communicating the delay or what caused it that our pick up time needed to be pushed back. I saw timeliness issues as part of the complaints in prior reviews and assumed the issue had been ironed out. In my experience: it has not.

We went on a private tour with our extended family ranging in ages from 17 to 91 years old. I was very impressed with how accommodating our guide, Tanya, was to our family’s needs. She was also very well versed in the Puerto Rican history and culture providing an overall excellent excursion!

We went and stayed at the Palmas Del Mar resort in Humacao. This was my 9th trip to PR and I can't wait to go back. Must see: The El Moro Fort, the rain forrest, Old San Juan, The Don Q rum tour

Great experience, friendly guide. There should be better communication on what to bring. I wish I was more prepared with waterproof hiking boots and the right attire for rigorous hiking. We spent to much time hiking to the waterfall during 2nd stop that we didn’t have time for 3rd stop. I’m glad my friends were adventurous and open to the experience, but it was much more challenging than we expected. I would do it again, just be more prepared. I suggest you add more details and description in the “What to Bring” Section. Our tour guide was kind and made the experience more enjoyable, we wouldn’t have been able to go as far without him. Overall I still had a great time.

Best times!! Really had alot of fun! Recommended for single or family groups! Either way you’ll enjoy yourselves with variety.

We were super disappointed with the overall Private tour operator experience. We have done many Private tours through Viator (Italy, France, Oahu, Maui, Turks and Caicos, Antigua, New York, Boston, Charleston) and have never been disappointed. We prefer Private tours to get the local experience, and for our own clean space. Unfortunately, we would not recommend a private tour through this operator. 1. 15 minutes before our tour was to begin, we received a text message that we will be picked up 1 hour later, it ended up being 95 minutes. 2. The car was a personal car and dirty with sand everywhere 3. The car smell gave all of us a headache 4. The Luquillo beach we were brought too was filled with garbage, dirty underwear and the beach and water were not as pristine and secluded as other Luquillo beaches that we could have been brought too 5. The waterslides were amazing, but are unsafe and we should have been prepped on what to wear (highly recommend water shoes and or socks and probably a helmet :-) 6. Lack of professionalism overall. Taking personal calls on speaker in the car, too much personal talk, and choice of words was very uncomfortable. However, Shirley, the Tour coordinator for [RealPRTraveL] was amazing, she was always attentive and very responsive to communicate with. She helped us set up the Bioluminescent Tour through Eco Adventures which was an absolute amazing experience. Unfortunately, we cancelled the Lagoon Cave and Secluded Beaches Tour because of this experience. Such a beautiful tour and great tour guide (Sarah)! Had a great time exploring the island and swimming around in different waters.

Our guide was amazing. She gave us the history and suggestions for other things to do. Snacks were included and she got us some local favorites of hers between stops. She took all the pics we wanted so no need for a selfie stick. The excursion felt like going out with a friend for the day. Highly recommend this specific company. Small business that is growing fast and meeting needs of their customers.

Do not do business with these peoples they are unprofessional they scam us out our money we didn’t do tour due to their mistakes and refuse to refund our money.

We went our tour today. We were very lucky to have had Glory as a tour guide, she was amazing! She made this experience fun and she made everything feel so comfortable. She provided a great service the whole tour. She took so many pictures and videos of us while we were in the caves and the beaches. Very thankful for this experience. Everything was beautiful! Recommend asking to tour with Glory!
