If you ever go to PR, do yourself a favor and never use this taxi service. He is rude, irresponsible and a danger. To start he had told me the ride was $60, for a 20 minute ride, which I thought was reasonable, but because of traffic, due to an accident that I obviously had no control over, he became irate and argumentative because he said the ride would now cost me double due to the time it took. He refused to give me my luggage unless I paid him the $120 that he said was the new price. His driving was reckless he almost caused an accident, which was very frightening since I had my two young children with me. As he was yelling at me and throwing out insults, thinking that I didn’t speak Spanish, his breath smelled of alcohol and his eyes were bloodshot, which I didn’t notice when I got in the taxi due to him wearing sunglasses. At that point for the safety of my children and I, I just paid the money and got away as soon as I could. I have also reported him to the taxi commission because this man should not be allowed behind the wheel of a vehicle let alone driving customers.

We had my daughter’s wedding at Hacienda Siesta Alegre in Rio Grande. We used their taxi service to take attendees to/from their destination and their service was amazing. They were punctual and very professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

This is a great company. Worked through all the details of two trips and kept in contact with me frequently. Always on time and courteous. They even helped me to get tickets to a ferry when I couldn't seem to get them myself.

Mario with aviator was excellent taxi driver. From the airport to our hotel, which was a about a 15 minute drive Mario pointed out different landmarks along the way.

Reliable taxi service. Great communication and was flexible to take us from the Ceiba ferry to somewhere else in San Juan when our flight got delayed. Was nervous about getting back in time after the ferry and they had me at ease.

Taxi arrived very timely with good communication to meet, driver was friendly, van was comfortable for the 1 hour + ride.

I think the taxi service in puerto escondido is way to expensive because of all the different prices ,anywhere from 50 pesos to 200 for the same distances it is a constant argument as what pay it is very tiring,specially if you stay longer-term.

We were booking the trip from SJU airport to Ceiba with Ray. He was very quick to make the arrangement for us. Unfortunately, we had a change of plan and had to cancel the reservation. He is very helpful in reimbursing our payment without any hesitation. Very smooth process overall -- obviously we will definitely call him for our next trip if we need transportation again.

Excellent driver, he as waiting for us with a nice air conditioned van with ample charging ports and took us right to our Airbnb door in old San Juan

Outstanding communication right from the moment I reserved the ride through our pick up time. Our driver was very friendly and engaging to talk to. He drove us from the ferry to our hotel in Carolina just outside of San Juan. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.

They never showed up. Was forced to look for an Uber which was unavailable. End up having to pay some random guy to give me a ride.
