Excellent service immediately getting into the airport. We were whisked thru the lines, given our baggage and they were ready to go. I wish this service offered only the fast track without the transport as some hotels have transportation already as part of your booking to their hotel.

Nice driver, he was waiting for us at the airport on arrival. Half way to our destination the car didn’t have enough power to go up a steep hill, so we had to turn back and take the longer route, and we got all the traffic driving thru town, not the drivers fault, as he mentioned that the same occurred on the same day, and it was mentioned to his boss, but done nothing about it. So a trip that should off taken 1:30 to 2h took us 3. I guess we were just unlucky, but hopping on way back it will be shorter.

The pick-up at the airport was excellent. The driver was ready and waiting upon our arrival, and they were both friendly and informative. The transfer to the Royalton took about 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the experience was smooth and pleasant. However, when I inquired about the return pick-up time, the driver mentioned that the company would contact us later in the week. Unfortunately, despite our repeated attempts over the last three days to confirm the return trip, we were unable to reach anyone at the company. This included emails, calls, and texts to the local company, as well as attempts to contact Viator, through whom we booked the service. Viator was also unable to reach anyone at Island Tours. Even the hotel staff made efforts to assist by trying to call the company on our behalf, but to no avail. Regrettably, no one came to pick us up for our return transfer, and I was forced to make a last-minute arrangement and pay an additional $150 USD for a one-way transfer. This experience was disappointing, particularly given the initial professionalism shown at the start of the trip. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and reliability for future customers..

The lounge provides comfortable seating with hot and cold drinks and snacks. The check in was done by very friendly and professional staff.

We were very happy with the service and the comfort that is the Yanola lounge at St Lucia airport. We highly recommend you take advantage of this. The airport is so small and when it is crowded there is nowhere to sit, this offers you a nice, quiet comfortable spot to be with drinks and food.

Took a tour with Curt who shared his passion for the plants, fruits and flowers of St Lucia. Curt was patiently waiting for us while we had to wait for a tender to the shore and although catching the tenders meant that our time on the island was shorter than we had wanted, Curt packed in plenty of photo opportunities (and took great photos of us) and unexpected stops. We learnt about the Banana farmers and how labor intensive growing Bananas actually is (surprising when they are so cheap to buy back home). We also learnt about the family remedies passed down through the generations for the treatment of blood pressure, infant colic, rash and even cancer. We visited the botanical garden at Soufriere where a local guide also described the medicinal uses of all the plants and herbs. As scientists in the bio pharmaceutical industry, we found the day fascinating! Although we didn’t have time for lunch overlooking the Pitons we were able to spend time at the viewpoint. A word of caution though, the mountainous road from Castries to Soufriere is more of a gravel track and has many potholes. While it was a great day and well worth it, if you have any issues with back / neck pain or motion sickness, this may not be the excursion for you. Curt was a wonderful driver and got us back to the port in plenty of time for the tender. Thank you for the most interesting day on St Lucia.

Good trip with Ravi! He is a nice guy and we had a wonderful day with him. We visited the volcano and botanic garden, and had a chance to drink local rum and Piton bar. Top rated trip!

DO NOT USE THEM. I accidentally booked the wrong day and they could not accommodate our party. Instead they took my money and have not refunded a dollar. So they took my money $400 for no service whatsoever and didn’t even try to make it right. Find someone reputable to deal with because these people are not! There are plenty of reputable vendors. This is NOT one of them!

Ravi was a fabulous guide and driver. It was great that it was a personal tour with only me and my husband. The hike, waterfall and mud baths were like no other excursions we have done. The lunch was included and delicious. Highly recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will leave you high and dry! The operations manager Carswell Francis sent me an email a day before my arrival to cancel my trip due to ‘no availability’. After many attempts to have my money refunded, they only gave me the run around and sent my many calls to voicemail. Do yourself a favor and call Paw Paw at +1 (758) 520-8448 (via WhatsApp). He offers a MUCH BETTER SERVICE than this one man show of a company!!!!!

Great experience with Ravi , he picked us up from the airport on time and took us to our hotel and suggested some stops on the way . He was so pleasant we wished he could be our driver the whole time and which is why we did the Soufriere experience tour with him and really wish he could always be our driver .. Everywhere ! He was great and made the time in St Lucia so much “ sweeter “ as he we would like to say . I highly suggest Ravi, great guy !

100% WORTH IT! We booked the luxury SUV private transfer to Regency La Toc with Fast Track through customs. We were met right off the plane and whisked to baggage. After getting our bags, we by passed a very long line and was through customs in 10 minutes tops. We were escorted to the Sandals Lounge where our driver, Kevin, was already waiting for us. Kevin was great! He explained a lot about the island. The car was immaculate, and well air conditioned. We arrived at the Resort well before the shuttle, and as such was able to be in our room and eating dinner by the ocean within an hour of arrival. On our way back to the airport, we were met by Marcus at the resort. Marcus’s vehicle was equally as well kept, and he also provided interesting information on the way. Immediately upon arrival to the airport, we were met and brought to arrivals. Once we checked our bags we were escorted through customs once again, and brought directly to the Iyanola Lounge to await our flight. It is quiet, well air conditioned, and has a private restroom. There are food and drinks, and it’s cleaned and also well kept. My husband has said this is the best money he spent the entire trip, and I agree! Thank you Kevin, Marcus, and the Island Tour team for making travel here easy and seamless!

Excellent service. They provided safe, fast, dependable service on my vacation trip. It was a pleasant experience riding in their vehicles.

For the first time ever we booked business class tickets for a really special holiday to St Lucia. Due to hurricane Beryl our return flight was cancelled and we were rebooked the next day, though our two daughters were downgraded. This was understandable under the circumstances, but we were reassured at the check-in desk that our daughters would be allowed access to the lounge. When we arrived at the lounge desk the ladies behind the front desk refused to allow access to one of my daughters. They insisted that we paid her entrance fee to use the lounge, or leave and go back through security to the check-in desk. They also refused to phone the check-in desk to confirm our access to the lounge was given to all four of us by the airline. Given our mobiles were not able to obtain signal there we asked to use the landline at the desk and this was also refused. Under the circumstances and in the context of encountering a hurricane this was incredibly unhelpful, unfriendly and certainly not the image of St Lucia that I am sure the country would want to promote. This incident spoilt the end of the holiday experience for us all.

We had the best experience! We were all so scared to try the helicopter but are so glad we did it! The other transport options would take 1 1/2+ hours. The helicopter ride took less than 15 minutes and then the private ride from the helipad to the resort was less than 20 minutes. The rides were both so smooth and I didn't get sick at all. The views were breathtaking and overall experience was amazing. We would HIGHLY recommend!!
