About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- cliffw8120 contributionsMassage near CoCo BayGreat massage Deep tissue. Norma is very experienced in all types of massage. I had deep tissue to relief stiffness in back and my wife had a more relaxing massage.Written 14 February 2024
- 4leighanns0 contributionsNot what you expect to receive from the descriptionThis excursion was not what it describes, and expense not justified. Very expensive and not able to do any of the things paid for other than the water park. The staff was not friendly or welcoming to us at all. The lunch took over 2 hours to come out which caused us to not be able to use any of the non-motorized sports because they closed at 3pm. We signed up for a massage and when we arrived, they said they had no availability we would have needed to call. We also paid for all-inclusive beverages and because of good Friday, they were not serving anything that day until after 6pm. This all could have been communicated to us ahead of time by TripAdvisor so we could have adjusted our plans accordingly or expected this. The safety is not the best here either when it comes to their jet ski and rafting boat - as they had a horrible accident while we were there and they were not trained to help this person. They had no urgency to help us in any of the areas - check in, lunch, water park, etc. Would never return!Written 14 April 2023
- BrentonHilaire0 contributionsWe Went There on a Free Pass as a Part of Our Package with Bay Garden HotelWe went there on a free pass as a part of our package with Bay Gardens Hotel. We had the opportunity to experience the pool which is excellent. We also had the opportunity to enjoy their beach which is clean and not too deep. My daughter enjoyed the waves hitting the shores. I definitely recommend paying a visit this to his resort.Written 2 January 2023
- SuZQ04200 contributionsFantastic Resort and Incredible Staff! We stayed here for 3 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. We loved our time here. It is right on the beach, close to town (you can walk when quarantine is completed). They have activities throughout the week (water aerobics, yoga, cooking class, etc...) and a gym on property (need to make reservations at front desk because of COVID). There are kayaks for use, Hobies (after a paid lesson because we didn't know how to operate one), Sea bikes and you can pay a fee to go tubing, jet skiing, and take a boat tour for the day. We were there with our two kids (10 and 13) and we all LOVED it. Everything about it... the location, the beach, the staff were SO nice, the food. I would highly recommend!Written 3 October 2020
- FastLane9150 contributionsPretty Bad...Very Disappointing...Rude StaffOverall unpleasant experience. The check-in staff was rude and not the least bit helpful. The bartender was also rude. All staff members acted as though guests were a bother and an inconvenience they reluctantly had to deal with. The only high point of our Playpass at Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa was the delicious lunch but even that lost points due to the rude waitstaff. Definitely will not be returning in the future and will warn our family and friends to steer clear of Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa and vacation at another resort when visiting St. Lucia.Written 29 December 2019
- Mike B0 contributionsSo worth the money for everything you getWent there in October 2019. Resort was beautiful. Beach was pristine. Food and drinks were spot on perfect. suggest you get the twenty minute massage. It was so relaxing. Would definitely do it again. Make sure you book it outside of your cruise for the best price and value.Written 23 November 2019
- mosteller6670 contributionsBeautiful beach, terrible transportation experienceThe beach was beautiful, food was wonderful, but the transportation experience was awful. Our voucher said that the shuttle left the port at 10am. We arrived at the shuttle area at 9:50am, and the shuttle had left. We took a cab to the resort, costing us extra money, and rode the shuttle back to the port on a van that was over capacity.Written 4 November 2019
- BigSteve_80 contributionsStill a Great Beachfront Hotel (just)We have stayed here every year since it opened c 13 years ago. Great location on Reduit Beach, very nice pool, good spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms. This visit was a little disappointing given that it was low season and many of the management were on leave and they were not adequately covered and therefore the usual higher standards slipped, with some events just not happening. In general we were ok (except re Seagrapes Restaurant) but other guests were quite rightly more disappointed. Staff in general ok but in the bar and restaurant some great fun outgoing staff have left and they have not been replaced with staff of the same character. Front desk staff are still amazing. Wouldn't stay in low season again STEVEWritten 16 October 2019

- BrianViv0 contributionsFirst time at Bay Gardens BeachWe have been constant visitors to St Lucia for over 12 years and this is the first time at this well appointed friendly beach resort. In all I would give Bay Gardens Beach 8 - 10 Carribean prices for Brits have now become expensive and so little niggles like waiting ages to be served terrible coffee and unecessary loud music poolside in the aftenoons becomes very annoying. But please don't get me wrong this is a well run Hotel with, in the main, well trained very pleasant staff who try their very best to give you a great experience. Being on the beach and good restaurants nearby what else do you need? If I could afford it and be prepared to spend 9 hours at 40,000ft couped up eating the worst food in the world, I would return. Some recommendation. PS The front desk staff are very good.Written 25 February 2019
- cageybeez0 contributionsJust what we needed! We spent a glorious week at the Bay Gardens Resort and Spa. We had a lovely one bedroom suite. The property is compact yet not at all cramped. The pool is nice and the hot tub-great! We took the all-inclusive option. The food is fresh and authentic. There is a dine-around option so you don't have to take all your meals on site. The staff were all very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.Written 22 February 2019
- garybU404YX0 contributionsNice Place!Stayed here for a week. Enjoyed the beach very much, except for the large inflatable toys that blocked part of the view. We were far enough down the beach that it wasn't a huge deal, though. Liked the fact that you could get a couple of beach chairs and umbrella without having to get out there and reserve them at 6am. The beach didn't get crowded until around 10. Great location for walking to restaurants and enjoying the beach bars. The beach is a half mile long, nice for walking. Our room didn't have much of a view, but we didn't spend a lot of time there, so it was fine. The room was neat, clean and spacious. Service was daily. The pool looked nice and was never crowded, but we are beach people and didn't try it out. I would definitely stay here again.Written 20 February 2019
