Exceptional experience with my friends. We had fun writing on each other and then getting into the hot springs. I highly recommend this booking.

One of the most fun experiences!! And our tour guide Joe was EXCEPTIONAL! Highly recommend requesting him if you can. We had a private tour experience the whole way, he was extremely knowledgeable and even did fun island trivia with us so we could learn a ton about Saint Lucia and feel like we were soaking in the culture, he has snacks and drinks for us, took pictures the whole time for us (that were really impressive as if he was a professional photographer!), and made everything completely custom with what we wanted to do. We did the mud bath but also the waterfall and rum tasting and stopped at scenic viewpoints along the way. We had options for other things too but he was so accommodating to our preferences. What a tour!! Joe you are the best!!

The tour to the Mud volcano was amazing! The tour guide Roland was knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. We stopped at many locations on the drive and the tour guide explained the significance of each. It was a memorable day. thank you so much for this experience.

The best decision we made by booking a private ride. The car was spacious and clean. We did not have to wait for the driver and we were able to go straight to the hotel without making multiple stops. Gilbert pick us up and drop us off. He was so nice and if I come back again I would ask for him.

Decided on a very late booking the night before that we needed to leave our sun loungers and see more of st Lucia and came across fram through Viator. We wish we'd been able to avoid the middle man so do yourself a favour and book direct. Roland was great company from 8.30am pick up in Castries to dropping us back at the hotel at 1.30. He was very accommodating with our requests and a fantastic driver along the windy, hilly roads. The beer and little gifts were also most welcome and appreciated!

So much fun I strongly recommend it. We went on a tour. We didnt get to see the volcano as it wasn't included but apparently that's a good thing to do to. It's very hot but fine if you ease yourself in gently. Then after your mud has dried you can have fun writing and drawning on each other with the black mud. In our tower as with most tows you shower of in the natural shower of the Spring. Which is very cold. The effect is like a sauna and feels nice on your sking There was one shower working at the place .

Joe was an exceptional guide during our trip to the Sulphur Springs mud bath and waterfalls in St. Lucia. Joe was an amazing tour guide. He picked us up in a comfortable air conditioned car and provided us with a cooler of drinks and snacks. He gave us a tour of the island as he drove to the first site. Really knowledgeable and willing to stop at different view points to take photos for us. The mud springs and waterfalls were great and he minded our bags whilst we went in the spring/waterfall and also took photos of us. He was really professional and it was great to be in such a private tour as he was able to get us in at great times that weren’t too busy. He was willing to stop at other places on the way back and recommended a patty for lunch that we had and was so tasty! I would recommend joe to everyone. Highlight for sure!

Fun morning out. We drove there ourselves def get there early when we first got there there was only one other couple as the tours buses were not there yet, so we had plenty of room and enjoyed it - the price was good as we were leaving it was getting very busy and more difficult to move around

The butler experience started slow. The lack of communication between the butlers was poor but after discussing this issue with Ms Tricia (Butler Manager), she rectified the situation by apologizing and upgraded our room because of our "bad" experience. She made up for the situation 10x over. I'd say she actually MADE THE VACATION!

Good way to spend a couple hours and learn about the rum history of St. Lucia. I suggest you go directly yourself and not book through a tour. Price is very reasonable when you just pay for access at the factory.

We loved the mud baths! Very fun and different! All the locals are very friendly and helpful. The volcano tour is interesting and our guide was really knowledgeable but it’s very short and only takes about 5 min. We rented a car so just drove up on our own which is a lot cheaper than a tour. We paid about $15 each to mud bath and volcano tour.

An amazing experience made better by the operator and our driver, Joe. He coundnt have been kinder or more helpful. Went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Made every effort to maximises the experience with photo stops and adapting the itinerary to counter busy times at the springs always putting our wants and needs first. Good stock of drinks and a goody bag were nice touches. A new 6 seater car shared by 4 guests made a comfortable and individual experience. Supper happy overall! Note: use throw away clothe items at the spring. The sulphur will ruin light coloured swimwear and the smell will transfer to other clothes in the wash.
