About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- C6695CLdonnak0 contributionsBest tour guide ever was Jason!!The guide just added to the incredible experience! He was the best tour guide ever and I’ve been on 8 cruises! He was personable honest and we felt comfortable immediately. Unfortunately for him another driver hit us at the end of the day and he immediately arranged for another taxi to pick us up so we weren’t late returning. His own vehicle got smacked by an idiot driver and his main concern was for us. Incredible guide! Best ever!!Written 29 October 2024
- joolsie340 contributionsFriday nights for the braveIt is interesting why there are no reviews here for this event. It’s been going for years every Friday evening. On paper it’s a mash up of very loud Dancehall music, stay dogs and cigar smoke and drinks and street food. But in reality it’s one short Main Street full of igloo boxes of beer and local punch. There are a couple of makeshift bars in the style of New Orleans. these are well lit and have toilets, these are a refuge for the timid as the main street beyond is a mix of Disney meets St Lucia and a lot of eyes watching from the side streets. It’s quite unnerving especially if you’re staying in a nice hotel nearby, which of course you are. So yes I’m a bit of a wus but I won’t be going back. If you’re braver than me then go for it. But ensure you know where your taxi is waiting and be gone soon after 2300. To me it feels like tourists are permitted here for a few hours before the locals take over. Fair enough, it’s their town.Written 24 February 2024
- AnnetteL2190 contributionsNice beach and historic park -admission not included but price high for essentially round trip ride to site, no tour.Price high for service provided. You can probably just take a taxi for lower cost as park admission not included in priceWritten 9 November 2023
- 461sameeram0 contributionsI cannot recommend this tour enough!I cannot recommend this tour enough, especially with tour guide Jason. Jason picked us up from our hotel, took us to ATMs when we needed case, and drove us to thoughtfully picked locations throughout the day. He was also very knowledgable about the island and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. He also took great pictures of us! This was a once in a lifetime experience.Written 25 June 2023
- Shrikant P0 contributionsWe had a great excursion to the town of Soufriere, visit Botanical Gardens and the falls. Guide James was knowledgable. We had a great day out with tour guide James. He took us to hidden James on the way back. Could take lot of pictures. I would recommend this tour to anyone.Written 28 May 2023
- Trish W0 contributionsBest Day of Our Cruise Vacation! We had the most perfect day and tour guide! Jason's itinerary for the day avoided the crowded times at the Mud Bath/Hot Water Springs, and the Waterfall (which Jason called the "power wash!). He took endless pictures for us on my phone which preserved the wonderful experience. The beach was not good but the water was nice. We did this excursion for the mud bath, hot springs and waterfall so this was okay. It does have a great view of the Pitons and you will see them from the scenic view site on the return trip. It would probably require too much travel to get to a better beach. I highly recommend this tour which will surely be the highlight of your vacation, ESPECIALLY if you are blessed to have Jason be your tour guide!Written 9 May 2023
- Jet7589590 contributionsBroken down in ST Lucia not as bad as treatment afterwards by seller and viator.Let me start by saying St Lucia is beautiful and the people were warm and worked hard to make the visit special. 3 of us in our 60s and 70s booked this as a must do excursion while on our recent cruise. After seeing 2 of the 5 things listed on our itinerary, the van overheated and had to stop every 10 minutes or so and eventually broke down We spent significant time on side of the road in the middle of nowhere in very hot temps waiting for the tour company to send a van to pick us up. Eventually, we had to wave down another tour bus to get a ride back to ship before it left. I paid the driver 40 dollars. Since this was booked outside of the Royal Caribbean excursions, they would not have waited for us to return. Had we missed the ship this would have been very costly and difficult to deal with. Although this was disappointing, this was not the major issue. Instead of offering an apology or refund, the tour provider lied and said he paid for our lunch to compensate us for the inconvenience. When we reached out to Tripadvisor (Viator) for what we thought was a very reasonable 50% refund, we were immediately declined. When I called to discuss i was hung up on twice, promised a supervisor would call (did not) and even after i sent in receipts proving we paid for our own lunches, Tripadvisor sided with the vendor and denied the claim. It was bad enough we missed out on the full experience we had booked, but to have Tripadvisor side with the tour operator after he lied to them about compensating us was really disappointing and frustrating. We even had pictures of ourselves with the restaurant owner and they still declined and then failed to have a manager call me as promised. Shame on you for how this was handled and for declining the request before you even had the details If you are reading this definitely see the waterfalls and go and enjoy the mud baths. just be aware of the customer service nightmare that may come your way if you book from here. The cruise ship tours are a bit more expensive, but at least they stand behind you if you have any issues.Written 1 May 2023
- A6160LSjosem0 contributionsTour guide JasonThe whole day was amazing for us ! It started off with one the best guides Jason. He was waiting on us in the lobby nice and early. On the way to our locations he made some extra special stops for us to show us this beautiful island. We give Jason A 10 out 10 hands down 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 ✅✅✅. Ask for Jason you will not be disappointed at all.Written 23 April 2023
- Jessica B0 contributionsGreat experience! Our family had such a great experience on this excursion!! Jim took us to beautiful viewing points, banana farm, mud bath, fisherman's beach and more!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also had a friendly driver and the van was spacious, clean and air conditioned. The roads are windy throughout the entire island! If you are prone to getting car sick, I suggest taking something before hand. I highly recommend this excursion!Written 20 March 2023
- Mondidge0 contributionsSkin so soft !We did this as part of a boat tour, and so glad we did. The smell coming off the volcano isn't pleasant, but hey that's what it's all about. The mud did make my skin a lot softer.Written 9 February 2023
- Tom R0 contributionsGreat Tour Company on St. LuciaGreat private tour! Had a clean, air conditioned van that was large and comfortable. The owner of the company (Jason) gave us lots of great information while his friend, Douglas, drove the van. They stopped wherever we asked and showed us great spots for photo opportunities. We asked for a good, local lunch and they took us to a restaurant right on the beach in Castries - gorgeous views and delicious lunch. Jason and Douglas were very kind and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed! Highly recommend this tour company for all your travel needs while on St. Lucia!!Written 4 February 2023
- Lori C0 contributionsInteresting wild jungle gardenThis was an interesting tour. We had great guide, Alexander the Great. He was an encyclopedia of information. If he available take ia tour. He will expect a tip.Written 18 January 2023
- timjH8404ZH0 contributionsBeautiful and peacefulGorgeous and peaceful environment. Flowers are stunningly beautiful. The sound of the water falling makes everything more tranquil. It cost US $7.50 per person. To save money, we opted out of the tour. The shade was welcome relief from the sun.Written 29 December 2022
- K B0 contributionsBeautiful (mostly) peaceful placeThis place was part of an excursion offered by our small cruise ship (Sea Cloud). The garden was private property and preserved as a memorial to the owner's parents. The guide we had (English speaking) was extremely knowledgeable and set about naming all the plants from the second we set foot in the garden! There is a huge variety of tropical plants, both native and introduced, beautiful flowers. A few birds including quite a lovely Antillean hummingbird. There are baths; unclear if they are available to use: no one was in them on our tour. At the end of the walk is a lovely waterfall. Really neat place to spend a couple hours. I say "mostly peaceful" as you are unlikely to have the place entirely to your small tour group and some of the larger groups were a bit noisy and intrusive.Written 27 December 2022
- H7012XIkaties0 contributionsWouldn’t go out of my way to attendIt was a fun vibe with a couple of people selling items and a lot of people selling rum punch but everything was pretty repetitive.Written 25 August 2022

Tate Paul peak is located to give 360 degree view of the area, and best view of Pitons. Must do if you are visiting St Lucia.

A moderate, 45- 60 minute round trip hike with beautiful views of the Pitons and beaches. Denver was a great guide, very outgoing and adaptive to various hiking speeds.

An interesting walk but very steep in parts and I was disappointed the guide didn't allow me longer to climb up the hill.

it says that entrance fees are covered, then says below that entrance fees are not included. What is the actual truth?
