We had a fantastic, educational transfer with Jurry! He was very professional, informative, and courteous. We loved learning about the island as we journeyed to our resort. We felt safe and comfortable in the vehicle. The refreshments were a nice touch, too.

My family and I from Canada recently visited the Royalton Resort and participated in the pool fitness activities led by Ozzie. We thoroughly enjoyed his classes, his energy and enthusiasm made them interesting and exciting. We would highly recommend his pool fitness classes, they are suitable for anyone of all ages.

Disappointed with the service for the price point and location. Very slow and disinterested service. Little things like water and towels are hard to get. It will take hours. The front desk didn't even have water for travellers. The beach and food are decent. The best part of the trip was going on a catamaran and seeing this incredible island from the water. ****Fraudulent charges also applied to my card, and only the hotel has had access to my visa card. They have no record of the charge, yet it is on my visa bill. A headache trying to figure this out with the bank. Currently under investigation****

I called St.Lucia A1 Airport Shuttle around 9:05 am to see if we could book a tour the same day. To our surprise , they accommodated us even though we were last minute and we were picked up around 9:45 by the wonderful Shem. He was a true gem , the absolute best. He provided us with knowledge of the island and ensured we were comfortable for the very long drive to Sulphur Springs. I would do it all over again with them. I 100% recommend

Fantastic tour . Picked it up at port .Mini van was comfy and good a/c .Driver was Nigel , knowledgeable and polite . Stops at many view points for photos ( pitons , bays etc) . At these stops cold drinks and souvenir stands available. Volcano experience was great - basically “ drive in” so anyone could manage this , thermal baths also available there. Stopped at a waterfall ( small entrance fee) where you could have a dip if you wanted. Tour takes about 4-5 hours from port and back to port depending on traffic in Castries on return. Would def recommend

Absolute charlatans. The taxi they sent was at least 20 years old with barely functioning seat belts. The seats were essentially old benches. We booked several weeks in advance prior to arrival, to get child seats but apparently the van with the child seats had "broken down" an hour earlier and a replacement would take hours to get to the airport. Would not trust these guys. Our return journey - with another company was far smoother.

Did this island tour with Mark from Rising Sun Taxi Services and had a fabulous day. Comfy air conditioned transport with complimentary refreshments and lunch, even some home made rum punch made by Mark’s wife which was AMAZING! Mark shared all his knowledge and history about St Lucia which was fascinating and we got to see so much more that a group tour would have allowed! Visited the volcano, mud and mineral baths and the waterfall which were all fabulous and Mark got us so many great photos! No rush, unlike other tour operators, Mark ensured we had the best time possible! A real gem of a guy and I can’t recommend his services enough!

Reliable professional service. Fair pricing. We use them for airport transfers to and from our hotel. They were courteous drivers with well-maintained vehicles and always on time.

From making an initial request to the final drop-off was an easy task via Symeon. We were duly collected & delivered on time by Brad & Edan with opportunities for photo stops and interesting information about the Island was provided. I would have no hesitation in booking with this company again.

I booked an airport transfer from Rodney Bay to the airport with them. I had an excellent service: the driver was great, they were on time (and even in advance) and the price was very competitive. Communication was also easy and they answered very quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend!

Me and a few female friends went for a birthday Resort was great and beautiful had a swim out room and that also was an experience the food was good and the service was great everyone was friendly and welcoming.... 2 of the staff/bartenders especially made my time well worth coming back... big kev (kevin) I believe his name was he like 6’6 lol he showed alot of love and hospitality... also chester he was amazing from making sure we tried island food had a tour guide transportation etc. while on the resort he went above and beyond to make sure my friend had a great birthday and even a cake. Brad was a very friendly and safe driver. Price was reasonable and whole process was very easy through email.

We needed a shuttle from UVF to the north side of the island to get to our resort. I came across St Lucia A1 Taxi & Tours and booked two instead of one for the one way we needed. I realized after and called the company. Brett kind and professional, he quickly helped us get a refund on the extra trip. On arrival we went to a stand that called our taxi. We were then greeted by our driver, Louie. He is one fun guy, let me tell you. He made us comfortable and gave us a warm welcome to the island. He was also knowledgeable and made a few stops for us. We enjoyed his company. Was glad to make it safely to our resort on the crazy St.Lucia roads.
