Had an enjoyable island tour with Brendan from Red rose island tours. The port was chaotic as 6 ships were in that day and there was a lot of traffic in the area. We met the team from Red Rose who took care of us and allowed us to wait in an air conditioned mini bus until our driver, Brendan, arrived. We drove in a brand new car which was very comfortable and Brendon catered to our requests (no time on beaches but more time to learn about the history and take photos) he also took us to a grocery store to buy snacks for when we were back in the ship. We visited Parrotville which was a lot of fun and a must do on the island, especially for children, as was feeding the Iguanas. We also climbed to Fort St Louis which had spectacular views. Overall we got a good tour of the whole island with photo ops at beautiful beaches and included time for lunch and shopping. Red Rose Island tours were well organized and willing to create an itinerary to suit the customer. Thanks for a great overview of the island.

We took a private tour with Red Rose Transportation, and it was a wonderful experience! We were there for the day off of our Cruise Ship. Our driver, Simanie, was very knowledgeable and took us everywhere we wanted to go! A cooler onboard of drinks was awesome, we got some great pics, and some excellent beach time! Dealing with Kathy in the beginning for setup was easy! The van was very comfortable and clean! It was our 25th Anniversary, and they gifted us with a bottle of guavaberry liquor at the end. Very nice!

We enjoyed our trip very much! Thank you! We loved the tour, the stops were beautiful, the scenery was gorgeous, stops were interesting and tour guide, Dennis was very pleasant. We learned a lot about the island and we enjoyed everything.

Dennis was an excellent tour guide! He explained the uniqueness of St. Maarten being Dutch and French. It was an off and on rainy day, but we still had a good tour! We stopped at Orient Beach, Maho Beach to watch the aircraft take off and land, and stopped at a border crossing for pictures standing 1/2 in the Netherlands and 1/2 in France! Highly recommend Dennis and his company.

The tour and the tour guide were outstanding! Even though my wife and I have vacationed in Saint Martin on 10 occasions, he related history and information that we knew nothing about!

We took a private tour with Alex of Red Rose tours, he was very friendly and showed us a great time. He took us to all of the places that we were interested in and even a few more that he knew about. He is very knowledgeable about his island and was eager to share it with us. We had a great time, learned a lot and Alex made it fun! We highly recommend Red Rose tours and would use them again. Red Rose Transportation helped make our time in St. Martin so memorable. We hired them for private transportation as we had a specific itinerary of things we wanted to see and do. Dennis was the man! He took us to every place we wanted to see and more! It really helped us utilize our time since our ship was only in port for a short time. Not only was Dennis a great driver, but he was so friendly and we learned so much history and current information about St. Martin. It was worth every penny to have that kind of individualized attention.

My wife and I booked a half day private tour covering the Dutch and French halves of Sint Maarten/St. Martin. Dennis was our driver/guide. He was personable, knowledgeable and shared his love for the islands, giving us excellent insights re the island, its history and the people.

My husband and I had an awesome private tour with Dennis, of the whole island. He was professional, kind, relaxed, warm and friendly. He was totally knowledgeable of the history as well as the locations since he was born here. He is also highly educated and easy to understand. I like to take a lot of pictures, and we both need fairly frequent bathroom stops, and he was very accommodating with both. He took us to a delicious restaurant on the ocean in Marigot, called Lolo’s. The grilled shark, and salad, were delicious and plenty for us to share, and very reasonable too. Dennis also picked us up at the airport, and we are having them drive us tomorrow to Phillipsburg, to shop, and then on to feed parrots at Parrot Ville. Dennis was an awesome driver and guide for our all day St. Martin adventure. He was so professional and informative and took care of getting us to all the places we wanted to see and on time for our reservations. Our group went in two different directions and he juggled it all with ease. He was great and we will definitely use Red Rose again.

Our guide was Dennis and he absolutely gets 5-stars! We arrived via cruise ship and we hired a private tour. Dennis picked us up from the cruise terminal, had a bus/van full of complimentary drinks, vehicle is we clean and air conditioned,and he drove us around the entire island. I had previously been to St. Maarten so I told him the highlights I wanted to hit. Along the way he went in details of the history of St Maarten/St Martin and provided jokes and overall made it a pleasant experience. After about 10 hours, he dropped us back off at the cruise terminal. This service was professional, communications via email always had quick responses, and payment options available via cash or card. I highly recommend and would use them again next time I’m in SXM.
