Great trip with Captain Dario and Mate Joe. We took at 1/2 day morning deep sea trip on the Serendipity. Dario and Joe were terrific at making the family feel comfortable and welcome. We tried and tried, but came up empty on fish, but everyone still had a great time. Dario and Joe are warm ambassadors for TCI.

Went on the newest addition to the GS Fleet, the Serendipity. To begin, the boat is a fantastic platform for fishing. It could likely hold 8-10 but I would encourage groups of 6 or less for maximum comfort. When lines are screaming (as they were that day) and captain and mate are running to clear lines, help crank, tease fish, etc, IMHO it's better to not have too many folks on deck. It comfortable, powerful, plenty of seating, just right. Then there's the crew. It's often hard to find the perfect balance of professionalism, skill and just plain fun. Checking 2 of the boxes is normal, but all 3 is rare. Captain Dario and mate Nico are incredible. Funny, easy-going and really really good at what they do. And what they do is make you feel at home and find the fish. Went on a half-day deep sea trip and ended up with 4 species...some skipjack, barracuda, my first blackfin tuna and two yellowfin tuna. The first yellowfin was on the small side but second was a nice sized fish...likely 45-50lbs, although the tax collector (shark) took about half of it off on the way to the boat. Normally, when a shark gets ahold of fish, it's game over, but the teamwork of cranking on the reel and Dario and Nico tag-teaming and hand-lining it it, we ended up with the catch of the day and the talk of the dock when we got back. Not only a nice 20-25lbs of yellowfin, but my first "Allison," which is when a yellowfin has exceptionally beautiful and elongated pectoral and dorsal fins. Thankfully, the shark bit off JUST behind them, leaving them in all their glory. Back to the dock around noon and they expertly cleaned the fish, still chatting and cracking me up and being fun as hell. These guys are amazing. Go fish with 'em.

We had a great time fishing. Our captain, Tricia was great and really looked for the fish. Joe was amazing helping us once we had fish on the line. We will definitely be back!

We had such a good time with Captain Blaze and jeffrey. Caught a ton of fish! Fed us for many nights and we didn’t even take it all home! My kids had an amazing time and they were great with them. Highly recommend

Would give zero stars if possible!! I booked a deep sea fishing trip on the vessel Wahooters back in April. My 12 year old son was super excited about this trip as it was going to be his first time fishing for mahi, wahoo, or marlin like GSC’s website claims to catch. We showed up at the dock at 7:30am for an 8am departure on a trip that was booked 3 months in advance and were told our trip was canceled because they we unable to get their boats inspected by someone who left on vacation. They said they called and left a message the day before, but i had no notifications and my phone was working perfectly fine. I was sent an email less than a day before departure which wasn't received until i was standing at the dock ready for departure…..they should have called and not LIE about it. To see the dissappointment on my son’s face was heartbreaking. They rebooked us on a boat that was half the size of what i paid for, and way more uncomfortable due to the fact that it didnt have a cabin and was a center console, for the following afternoon. I felt they didnt deserve our hard earned money and really didnt want to accept this rebooking but i didnt want to disappoint my son any more than he already was. We went out on the smaller boat and spent the whole time getting sprayed with water and getting beat up by the waves because the boat was too small. We caught one 8 inch tuna on a 12/0 reel 👎🏻. We caught more and bigger fish at one of the marinas and it was free!! Don’t waste your money. BEWARE..Grand Slam Charters Ltd. is a tourist trap that is poorly managed. If you enjoy being sorely dissapointed and letting your kids down, this is the place for you. SHAME ON YOU Grand Slam Charters Ltd.

What a great day on the water! Captain Patricia put us on the fish and made for an exciting day with tuna hitting the lines. At one point we had all 6 poles hooked up. It was so exciting and hectic but fun. First mate Joe was helpful and encouraging to my wife and kids as we pulled some strong fish in. Returned with 8 Tuna, Yellow fin and Black Tuna. Lost our big hookups to sharks before we could get them to the boat. Highly recommended. Very patient, encouraging, and kind team! #MakingMemories

We had the best time! Everyone at grand slam was very accommodating and friendly. We had a few hiccups because of unforeseen circumstances but they went above and beyond to make sure we still got to do everything we wanted to. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to have some fun on their vacation!

Company and Guide Service was excellent. The boat, captain and deck hand were nice, friendly and helpful. We booked a 1/2 day fishing charter on Wahooters. Two people fishing with plenty of room on the boat to fish, watch a rest. We took home two mahi and one tuna. Weather was great, took awhile to find the birds and fishing was a little slow until the end of the trip. I would book with Grand Slam again and I also would pick Captain "Patricia" and Nico again. 10/10 recommend if staying near Turtle Cove. Blais and Jeff were a great time and showed us some of the most beautiful parts of Turks. They brought us to some amazing reefs for snorkeling, a sandbar to find some sand dollars, and showed us the famous “JoJo” dolphin swimming around. They provided snacks and drinks on the boat and were very knowledgeable about the islands. If you’re looking for a good time and want to support the locals, go here! They offer deep sea fishing as well, we chose the snorkeling trip

Overall the fishing was great. Unfortunately we blew a hydraulic line right when we got to our first fishing spot. The captain and first mate did a great job making the best of the situation. He had put us on a good spot and we caught fish during our time. Despite having to be towed part of the way back it was a great experience. In the end the Grand Slam took care of us due to the issues we had. They are a good outfit and I would recommend them.

Went with Captain Joe and first mate Joe on Angler Management. Wonderful guys to talk to and were very knowledgable. This was me and my families first time in Provo and were looking forward to a great fishing trip to add to our vacation! I was hoping for a blue marlin, since the season typically starts around this time and Ive never caught one, but also hoping for some tuna or wahoo bites. The conditions were excellent this day, and it couldn't have been more beautiful out on the water. First mate Joe told us a story about a group from July, 2023 that caught a 500 lb blue marlin in nearly 250 foot of water trying to wrap up the trip for the day. 20 minutes after telling this story, Captain Joe was telling first mate Joe to switch to Tuna setup, and as soon as he grabbed the skirted ballyhoo rig, the reel started zinging! We reeled in about a 250 lb blue marlin! The first for myself and my family. Truly wonderful experience! Great boat and great crew! Highly recommend!

We had a blast fishing with Capt. Trish, Warvy, & Neco. They were wonderful guides and accommodating. I would fish with them anytime and highly recommend them.

We had a amazing time with Joe and Joseph. We would highly recommend this. We caught a lot of fish and had amazing views. Joe and Joseph were amazing and answered all of our questions. They were very nice and funny.

Trip was amazing! Joe & Capt Jo were absolutely top notch. Our family of 3 went today and caught all types of fish. These guys worked their butt off all day making sure they were putting us on fish, no wasted time whatsoever. 5 out 5
