Myself and my wife had a great time on our tour of st.thomas & st.John virgin islands. ms.Burlie was informative about the culture and history of the virgin islands. professional and lovely she took great care of myself and my wife on our anniversary.I will definitely book her on our next visit.

Burlie was a wonderful tour guide. We had pre reserved her for the day. We wanted a private tour not on a tour bus and she took us exactly where we wanted and stopped where we wanted for the whole day. We went shopping, had lunch, went to the top of the mountain and then to the beach. We were never hurried and enjoyed a nice relaxing day. Would highly recommend using her service.

We hadn't booked anything in advance and were just going to roam. The staff of V.I. approached us and showed us several tour options that were way lower pricing than the cruise tours. We waited on a second bus due to some other tourists who insisted they were going to have ample seating. We were quickly ushered on to the bus(open air) and set out up the mountain, stopping several times to have photo ops of the beaches and the local floral. Mountaintop was an awesome view from the observation deck. The bazar type shopping had everything from magnets to clothing to island rums. I thought it was a great deal for 25.00 per person rather than the 75.00 per person offered off cruise line.

This was my second time using Scenic Tours and as in the first visit, Burlie's professional and friendly demeanour made our time on this beautiful island much more enjoyable. My sons commented on how willing she was to meet all of our requests and how she went out of her way to help us learn about her island. The service, the friendly conversations, the guided tour and the reasonable cost all make Scenic Tours a must use service when on the island.

We had never been to the virgin islands before but our friends had told us that we needed to do some sightseeing and that she was the best guide. We got in touch with her and made plans for her to pick us up and take us to the mountain top. She gave us facts about the things we were passing and where we were going. When we arrived she took pictures with us and let us take our time to walk around the obsvervation deck and the souvenir shop. Very accomodating and knowledgeable lady. She even made stops along the route so we could take photos. ***Don't listen to those reviewers who decided to jam themselves into a crowded vehicle. That is their fault, not Burlie's!!!

WHEN you exit the ship you are greeted by this company of busses.the bus company controls all of them and the driver said that the v.i. gov. control the rate of $25,00 per person.I find this hard to believe,however if you wish to go on an island tour this is probably the only way.we were squeezed onto and open air bus which had seats made for 3 and she squeezed in4 2 of whom were obese.no seat belts and no air.it was unbearable..BURLIE began by going up a mt.where she pointed out the water co.,electric co.,the a 2 min.oversee of emerald beach.then a harrowing ride where she stopped to pick 1 hibiscus,and a few bay leaves to show us.we then reached the top where a flea mkt. had junk.there was a view of MAGENS bay.1/2 hour there and then it was to be the same down.my husband took Burlie aside and told her how awful this tour costing us $50.. for 2 really was. we had a tour in Puerto rico the day befor with chris and he was animated and terrific.when we told her this she said how many islands had we been to.i named 7 and she stopped.she then asked the 2 people who had the only air cond seats to chg. places with us because we were unhappy.we said absolutely not.she then had a fit and said this bus would not move until we did,so we moved.she then made ridiculing remarks all the way back about her new friends who were not happy with her.then others joined in to agree with us.our cruise on Holland America was amazing and she was the only black eye in the whole week.she parted by saying she wanted a HUGGGG!!!!!!I WANT A REFUND
