I GAVE THEM ONE STAR, BUT THIS IS WHY....BUT IT WOULD BE A ZERO IF I COULD. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL, THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL ISN'T THE HOTEL YOU WILL BE STAYING AT. THE BEDS WERE UNCOMFORTABLE AND ONE OF THEM LIFTED ANYTIME YOU SAT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BED, THE HOTEL HAS A REALLY BAD ODOR TO IT, THE HOTEL ONLY HAS ONE ELEVATOR AND IT'S REALLY SLOW. AS SOON AS WE STEPPED OFF THE ELEVATOR IT WAS A DIP IN THE FLOOR. EVERYTHING IN THERE IS OUTDATED. THE NICE SIZE ROOMS THAT YOU SEE ON-LINE AREN'T THE SAME SIZES OF THE ROOMS. WE LEFT A DAY EARLY DUE TO JUST NOT BEING ABLE TO DEAL WITH ALL OF THE DISCOMFORTS OF THIS HOTEL, THEY'RE WERE STRAY DOGS OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR EVERYTIME WE LEFT THE HOTEL. THEY RAN OUT OF TOWELS AND THEY ONLY HAD A COUPLE OF TOWELS FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE STAY, THERE WAS NO LAUNDRY AREA, THE ROOMS WEREN'T THAT CLEAN, I JUST WIPED THINGS DOWN.

We traveled to Nassau Bahamas in January on vacation and requested Lester as our driver again. He's been our driver every trip and he's always been a pleasure. We never have to wait, he takes care of everything so we can relax. And nobody goes above and beyond like Lester... Once when we landed and met him, we indicated we were hungry and he called ahead to a restaurant to order for us. We picked up the food on our way to the rental and it was fantastic. He always provides some island history and perspective so we can learn about the island while we ride. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Dream Concierge is definitely a exceptional company. The drivers were excellent, well dressed, their politeness was on point and knowledge of their beautiful Island was told to us in such detail that I barely had questions (that's how informative). My cousins and I were extremely satisfied with their service. I had the opportunity to try other services and they just weren't what I expected from private service. I will 100% use Dream Concierge everytime and I've already recommended them to various people.

Absolute Best service in all of Bahamas. They took care of all our transportation needs from the moment we arrived until we left. They even made our dinner reservations off site and provided outstanding service all around. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Nassau Bahamas
