Joshua and Sofia were awesome. Response time was great and flexibility was on time we had tours planned due to weather had to change. But suggestions were great from cruising around the island and going to different restaurants. Latitude and Poop Deck Chefs Kiss.

Honestly worst transportation service. No driver on arrival. Waited an hour for them to keep saying they were 5 mins away. Finally arrived and the driver had no petrol. We had to stop at the first one at the airport they had no petrol so we chugged along to the next petrol station off of a back road. We felt scared being in a foreign country with 0 communication. The car was filthy had clothes and shoes in it. I emailed your company and have had 0 response still now. We then thought ok let’s try the transfer back as we had already paid. The driver came 45mins late. He was pleasant but this service is shocking. How you can operate a company like this is beyond me. Clearly a few people below feel the same.

Waited for us when we were delayed over an hour. Showed up to pick us up for our return right on time. Drivers are professional.

Erica was amazing as usual. We went to the beach and rum cake factory. She made us laugh and was very personable. Every time we come to the Bahamas, we book with her.

Madwoman alert, This lady is mad and troubled. She seriously needs help and should be taken care of. We have a terrible terrible experience with this lady. She talks a lot, she will talk blah blah and all. Just run and avoid her at all costs. Never book with her.

Terrible! Do not hire this company. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but had to put something. We booked four trips with them for a school group. When the driver dropped us off at the end of the first trip (after being picked up at the airport) the driver indicated the pick up the next day was at 11:00am. This was a change from the original and I had no reason to question him. He is representing his company. When they showed at 10:00am the next day for the second trip and we were not there, they blamed us. We had to scramble and find another option which we had to pay for. They took zero responsibility and lectured me on the phone about their procedures (which by the way they never shared with me prior to our arrival) and how I was at fault for their mistakes. Second, and maybe more disturbing, two of the drivers that I witnessed were talking and texting on their phone while driving us. See images included of one of the drivers. I have traveled to more than 60 countries and have never been spoken to by a person like I was in their office. Rude, unprofessional and I was basically blamed for their poor management. Avoid this company at all cost!!

Didn’t turn up to take us to the airport! After waiting then being told he was on in way then he was actually 25 mins away! We had to get another taxi and only just made our flight! Terrible way to treat people you should be f**king ashamed of yourselves!

"I advise against using the services of this particular company. Instead, opt for a local taxi service which will provide you with better and more affordable service. It is difficult to know the quality of a company's service until you have experienced it firsthand. As a travel agency based in Los Angeles, California, we booked a transfer through Tropiclink.net, who we believed had a contract with Bigmamas Tours & Taxi, the actual transfer provider in Nassau, Bahamas. Despite calling them 10 hours ahead of time to inform them of a flight delay of less than 45 minutes, there was no one waiting for our clients when they arrived at the airport in Nassau. After calling the phone number provided, they were told to call another number as there was no driver available. When they called the second number, no one answered. After waiting for an hour in the lobby, they had to find their own taxi to their hotel. The next morning, we contacted Tropiclink and spoke to a man named Mitch who was unhelpful and rude. While I do not solely blame him, as the true responsibility lies with Bigmamas Tours & Taxi, who were supposed to provide the pick-up service. I highly recommend not giving your money to a company that does not value its clients. They should not be in the travel industry at all."

We were met immediately upon entering the port by Ms Thompson who then escorted us to our driver Mr Omar. He guided us on a most informative tour of the island. We stopped at several attractions and had so much fun. Always felt safe and never rushed. We will definitely reach out to BigMama's again for any future visits to the island

Elkin was our favorite taxi driver we had! After our first meeting we decided to only call him for taxi services. He’s welcoming, knowledgeable, and a joy to be around. Left feeling like we were friends.

While my trip was being delayed I kept in contact with a representative of the company via WhatsApp so I will have a car service when I arrive and fortunately 3hrs later I just had to wait 10-15min for my car service to arrive…. So great job on that part and excellent service on my drive Monika ***So long story short, please be careful how you book if you a party of 4 book a car service for 4 ppl.. if you a party of 5 book for 5 ppl etc…. yesterday I had to pay additional $50 cash roundtrip for a extra person ( a child) because I booked for a party of three on Booking.com, Most websites don’t give you the exact number of people you need to book for. So just be aware of that.. or will be be surprised when get your car service***

Horrible! Stay away Save yourself the hassle and money dealing with this company. My family and I were abandoned at the airport. It was scary being in an other country, no internet/phone service upon landing and then finding out your car service left. We were told by local drivers at the airport that this is a common occurrence with this shuttle car service. I wish we knew before hand

Don't use this car shuttle service. They left my family and I stranded at the airport and refused to refund our money. We heard from the locals at the airport that this is a common occurrence with them. It's scary to be in a foreign country stranded. Please save yourself the trouble and heart ache and use a different car shuttle service.

I found Bigmomas Tours from a FB group. Communication was exceptional! Tay the assistant helped so much when we had any questions. Bigmama was at the airport when the first part of our group arrived and let us know of a situation with one of her vehicles that was supposed to pick the second group. Everyone was picked up on time and again- communication was amazing.

DO NOT USE!!! I arrived at the Nassau airport on time. My family and I was confimed by the person "John" from Big Mamas Tours holding the sign with my name and was then told after waiting 25 minutes that my car was no longer available, and there were no more cars and was told by "John" to cancel my booking!!! I booked through Taxi 2 Airport and they have refused to refund my money because of shady Big Mamas Tours (who were very rude with me over email) and Taxi 2 Airport chose to believe them over me, the customer, and I sent them 3 forms of proof that I was there on time and within the hour after de-boarding and going through immigration. I am now stuck with a $265 roundtrip bill for no services provided.
