Enjoy a scenic 25 minute drive from Freeport Harbor to the famous Rand Nature Center, a Bahamas National Park. On this venue, you will be able to enjoy a guided tour through a museum listening to historic & geographical remarks, and then take a nature walk between the Caribbean pine forest looking at some endemic species of animals and listening to interesting facts about the local flora. After your visit to this unique location, the bus will take you to Flamingo Bay marina, where you will board our glass bottom boat.
The ride aboard our comfortable boat will take you to see the lucayan waterway, with luxury houses, a nice view of Port Lucaya and then out to the ocean in search for wild life. The most famous spot for adventure seekers here in Freeport is "Shark Junction" where you will be able to see, weather permitting, the place where "sharks are the friendliest in the world". Here the sharks live, feed and play from the hand of Bahamian and foreign divers. You will also have the chance to observe the reef, sea life before you return to the pier.
Upon arrival, you can choose between going back to your ship, or staying at Bahamas Adventures Beach Club, where professional facilities, and a very nice restaurant & bar by the beach will allow you to relax and enjoy a great meal.
