I booked the Oura travel through a colleague's recommendation and I want to say I was not disappointed. The service provided by Udaya and his team was beyond my expectations. While booking, Udaya helped us build a custom itinerary based on what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go. Since it was a family trip with kids, the recommendations were perfect. Here's the itinerary that we took:- Day 1 - Pick up from Colombo Airport and drop to Galle Day 2 - Visit Madu River for a beautiful river safari and watch turtles in a turtle hatchery. We also visited the Galle Fort before the driver dropped us at the hotel. Day 3 - Visit the Udawalawe forest safari to watch Srilankan Elephants. Day 4 - Visit to Coconut Hill at Mirissa Beach, and the weligama beach Day 5 - Travel from Galle to Colombo Day 6 - stay at Colombo Day 7 - Drop from the hotel to the Airport Udaya helped us a lot for all activities and he was very approachable, very helpful and the drivers were able to help us a lot.

Udaya organsied a great trip for us to Yala national park, Ella, tea fields and all other transport we needed. He was incredibly helpful, reliable, safe and great company. He invited us to share a home cooked meal with his family which was a beautiful gesture and the food was amazing. We would recommend Oura Travel to anyone. We will be back again for sure.

We had great experience with uor driver and guide Udaya🤗 Thanks to him we explored Sri Lanka, got to know the most beautiful well known places to visit, villages with their Sri Lankian traditions, home made food. Udaya organised our participation in a cookery lesson, swimming and jumping in a waterfall, walk through the jungle road to the top of the mountain, exploring the cave and swimming in the cave and lots of other interesting things which were followed by his care, friendliness, politeness , kindness , patience . Irosh and his team provided us with an unforgettable experience in Uduwalawe National Park. We are staying in Madiha and all transfers were arranged. The transport was clean and comfortable. We then met our tour guide and jeep driver Lasa. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure us and our children had the best experience the park could offer. The whole trip from pick up to drop off was seamless and professional and all for a reasonable price! We would highly recommend them.

We spent four days with Udaya. We first met him when he was our driver from the airport to Weligama. From the start, the communication was always very easy and uncomplicated. For our 4 days tour, Udaya was very flexible and always catered to all our needs. He organised everything perfectly, negotiated the best prices for us and made sure we always had the best people for our tours (elephant safari and in Anuradhapura). Moreover, Udaya knows all the hidden spots, the most instagramable locations and even takes wonderful pictures of you if you want. First of all, I would like to thank Udaya for one of the most amazing and memorable trips in my life! My sister and I traveled alone to Sri Lanka and wanted to explore as much as possible for the 5 days we had there. Although we are two girls in their 20s, we were not worried about our safety during our stay. ALL of the trips we did with Udaya were wonderful! This was my First time travel to Srilanka with family and old parents. Malinda was our tour guide to Kandy, Bentota and Colombo. He is friendly, with great hospitality, sense of humor and caring. The whole trip was amazing! We went from Colombo to Kandy, Sigiria, Nuwara Eliya and Ella with Udaya. He helped us planning it and suggested what would be the best, but he was also fine with changing itinerary on the go when we wanted to. Driving with Udaya was like driving with a friend, so I would highly recommend Oura Travels and will remember this trip as one of the best. He also arranged airport transfer for us on the way back and prepared cinnamon as a gift. Oura Travels provides great customer service and can arrange travels all over Sri Lanka for a day or more, whatever you need! Communication with them was great, the vehicle was well maintained, very clean, and the AC worked so well. I was very comfortable during my travels with them.
