The resort is quite rural and basic but clean. Wifi works ok, breakfast limited choice but sufficient. Rooms are also quite basic but ok for a night or two. Hot Pool spas are very relaxing. Pleasant, quiet jungle experience overall but basic accommodation and food.

Paid for the most expensive room, Villa Suite, the upper floor room, very dirty, disgusting and unsafe to sleep due to moles and mosquitoes can fly in through gaps in broken doors frames and windows. No mosquitoes net in this room. The air conditioner was not cold, turned on for 1 hour and still at 28c very hot, asked to move the room, got a room that is cheaper at Villa deluxe, the ground floor room was still very dirty. mosquitoes net was very stained, musty, damp, moldy. dirty on walls and ceilings. totally unsafe to sleep in at moldy rooms but I had no choice as it was getting dark and far from other hotels. both rooms are extremely old with woodworms eating furniture. the staffs have offered free food or massage or free night at another hotel I declined due to their poor cleaning standard. the only great feelings were the natural hot springs and staff at the breakfast hall.

Experienced the half day programme. Better to opt for a transfer from hotel to the retreat. 65 kms from Aonang, Krabi so, a bit of a drive. But once you're here it's like paradise. Indulge in natural hot spring spa (3 temperatures) with thai yoga and back scrub. Took an additional Thai massage and the ambience is amazing for one. A truly unique experience which I would encourage others to tak up as well..A full day programme will be truly relaxing.

We were a large group of 7 just wanting to use the pools & spa treatments, we had sent off 2 enquiries through their website long before our intended arrival but when we turned up they had no idea we were coming. We wanted to book the hour in the pools & spa treatments but were advised we couldn't do the herbal steam as we hadn't booked & we only wanted 1/2 hour scrub but were advised we would have to have the hour so we just settled for the pools & a massage. The pools were beautiful & they were worth the visit, you get your own 3 pools, one warm, one hot & one cold just to yourselves & they are set in beautiful surroundings. Don't order a coconut to drink, they are sitting out in the sun or were old & were fizzy yuk. Treatment ladies came to us near the end of our hour in the pools & asked the men if they would like a shoulder/neck massage while in the pools which they said they would. Then they asked us girls if we would like a half hour body scrub, which we jumped at. During the scrub however we were asked how we would be paying & we said by card & you could just tell the staff weren't happy & were talking about you. After the scrub we washed off & were taken to a little house in the bush for our massages which we had paid for, again the girls were talking, which is really off putting when you are trying to relax and you just felt like they didn't care. It was at the end of our massages that the girls wanted us to pay them cash for the body scrubs & for the boys neck/shoulder massages but we explained we would be paying with card at the front reception. They kept arguing with us & it turned really awkward & uncomfortable, to the point we had to walk away on them and proceeded straight to the front reception to pay. We had some food in the restaurant which was nice but expensive.

First of all we had a driver with the phone on one side of his hand. talking for all the journey. When we arrived, they didn’t want to massage my 10 years old son, for no reason, but I payed also for him. The staff was lazy and there was no manager. Also we haven’t see the waterfalls. After lunch we were sitting for almost 2 hours with anything to do, waiting for anybody of the staff to know what to do next. When they massage us they didn’t change the blankets over the massage beds, I suppose they do not change for all day. No soap in the showers. And on our way back the driver wanted to stop for a trip at the market for no reason. Time and money wasted.

Me and my friend had one of the most amazing day in our lives. It is a paradise hidden in the forest. It has scenic view. The staff is very nice and professional. The day spa includes lunch, bathing, body scrub, thai massage. Next time I will come back for a few days at least. I am very thankful for this amazing experience.

If you are visiting Krabi this place is a must! The level of the service is extremely high, the staff are super friendly. I spent here one of my most relaxing weekends ever. I would go back anytime. ++++

A beautiful environment with perfect hotsprings mini ponds and superb thaï spa in the middle of a luxurious nature. We came here for the second time in 3 years time, driving out of busy Phuket. The staff is so lovely, that even if language barrier may make it difficult, they will fond the way around to make you feel good. And the bliss is that they took care for hours during our treatments, with love and attention of our 10 month running around kid. He loved it ! It is a serene, quiet and perfect retreat. To be kept secret but also deserves a great comment. We will come back !

The hot springs are a very nice and relaxing activity to take part of. You can sit in 30-40 degrees of water and relax for a maximum of 15-20 minutes. Then you would have to get up and cool down before going in again! It’s nice & relaxing! Would recommend spending 45-60 minutes there!

if you are a hot spring lover, this is a checkpoint that you will never forget, this place is a whole journey of itself, come in quit days and soak in it magic

We did a day spa in Wareerak hot spring and it was really great. They do everything so you can feel private and the garden and hot springs are really beautiful. Just one thing to remember before going: do not forget to bring mosquitos repellent!

This place are simply amazing, everything it’s perfect: service, food , room , spa , garden everything deserve a 5 star rate ! !!!

My boyfriend and I visited the Hot Springs & Spa as part of our stay at the Wareerak Hotel. This place was truly one of highlights of our Thailand trip. The Natural springs are super relaxing. The facilities are clean and you are given traditional thai clothes. We had a full spa day which included a Thai massage and neck massage in the pools. Water is provided though I think it should be given more frequently. Lunch is served in the hotel restaurant and is of the highest quality. I can only recommend this experience.

A short drive 45 min from krabi airport free pick up service. The hot and cold springs are wonderful for a few minutes at a time the staff really do take of you here with massages,yoga etc. The food is very good for every meal time, alcohol was very expensive. Rooms were very nice but if you go for a bath one don’t pay the extra it’s not worth it as you really won’t use it

It’s very relaxing place for nature and hot spring onsen, quiet place but the entrance of the road is a little bit bad to go at night as it’s dark, no road light better arrive in the day time if you don’t know the road. But overall it’s a good place to stay and relax
