We loved our ATV ride! Each person got their own 4 wheeler with helmet and goggles after the cute driver Effren picked us up near the cruise ship port and drove us out to the vineyards! Danny trained us then set out like a mama duck followed by 4 ducklings! 😂 Any time someone fell behind he would come back and check on us. The vineyard was beautiful too and we got some great photo opportunities all over the area. Danny and Effren both had great English skills too! This was our favorite activity of the whole cruise!

Like many others, we also booked this tour last minute. No regrets. Super amazing crew; they teamed up to lead and take care of the stragglers. One of the guides was newer but also experienced with the route and genuine. Both guides were positive and helpful.
It was our first time going and we got the 6pm slot (May 29). We made sure to bring a hoodie as we knew by 8pm it was going to get dark and chilly. By 6:45pm we made a brief stop at a viewpoint. The ride down was exhilarating. Be prepared to almost sh*t your pants. Fortunately it was short.
We watched a beautiful sunset at Corona Del Valle winery. Got a cheese platter, two wine tastings, caramel brûlée (YUM) and a bottle of wine for only $85 USD. Next time we go we will be getting food from the restaurant.
We spent a little over two hours altogether. I assume they were flexible since we were the last tour of the night. They didn’t pressure us to leave, which was very kind of them. We returned to camp at about 8:30pm.
To wrap it up, we ended the night driving back to the camp and chatting with the guides. Their energy was uplifting and left us on a high note.
Muchas gracias muchachos!
Don’t forget to tip your guides people. They deserve a raise.

Long story short, an awesome adventure overall if you are not a delicate person.
About 30 - 45 minutes away from cruise port. Don't take the first taxi person right off the port, over priced so walk over to the city. We ordered an uber, then cut a deal with him to take us, wait for us, and brings us back for a flat fee.
Last 15 minutes of the uber ride are on unpaved roads through a town, seems sketch but it is fine and beautiful scenery.
Guide who speaks very good English gave us the rundown for safety and signals and how to operate the atv. My atv at first had issues turning off, but it was user error as I had to just give it more gas/throttle while holding the break. It had rained recently which was awesome for riding through mud, but I chose the wrong shoes/pants to ride in haha ( ruined my black jeans and white ultra boosts).
We arrived to this gorgeous Hotel/restaurant and spent about an hour here enjoying lunch with drinks. The view from this place is unearthly, great views of the scenery all around you. There are birds chirping and breeze coming through as you eat/drink. Absolutely loved it!
After lunch we headed back through a similar route then said goodbye to our tour guide.
Will book again should I visit Ensenada

Booked this trip for my 18 year old son and 3 of his friends. Saw that we could call to arrange transportation from cruise ship terminal. I was a bit worried about how they would find the person, as no cars can come to ship. But thru text and a call that morning that we arrived in port, they assured me they would be there, outside the port, with a sign (they were). Its about 1/2 hour drive to area, and they had a driver take them, wait, and take back (cost was $80 for 4 people). The boys had fun, though they did say that one or two of the machines were 'janky'. My son said his kept dying on him every time they'd come to a stop. I read this elsewhere, so this may be an issue for everyone? But, overall, they had a good time, the guide was funny and friendly, and even though I was worried about the transportation, out into the valley, it all worked out. It did help to have one of the boys be fluent in Spanish, as they said the driver didn't really speak too much English (understandably). Would recommend.

Hi thank you for your feedback were glad everything worked out good for you. Regarding atvs dying on your son, NO this is not an issue for everyone these are machines and what was happening your son was tapping the kill switch which turned off ATV, we are currently working on eliminating the kill switch to avoid this problem for future travelers.

We had a fun ride on the dirt roads around the winery area just like the pictures show. Neither of us had been on ATV's before, but there was a quick orientation and check that we knew what we were doing. The total tour was about 2.5 hrs, including a stop at winery restaurant. They served a good breakfast that was not very expensive (really good coffee!). Very friendly guide!

Tour Guide Dani was excellent. He took his time to explain how the ATV works for my hubby and I, (first time users) and guided us throughout the tour with no incident. Gladly took us pictures at the the top. We also appreciated that we were notified ahead of time if a delay in the start of our tour. Overall I recommend this tour!

Overall this tour was an above average experience,
My biggest knock is the communication leading up to the excursion was poor. I did not receive any updates from the tour operators about when to meet up our transportation and I had to reach out the day of the tour many times before I was able to get in contact with someone.
Once meeting our transportation and being driven to the excursion at the scheduled start time, our group waited around maybe 25-30 minutes before the tour guide showed up from the previous tour. Once our tour began we were given the full time and it was a lot of fun, the winery and restaurant stop were amazing, and our tour guide was great.
Overall a good time once you're at the excursion and on your way, but could have better communication leading up to it.

Hello Glad to see you had a good time. But prior to that day we had already settled a pick up time and location days prior to tour. If I couldn’t answer you promptly that day is because I was extremely busy that day tending to other clients. Also we where there at scheduled time and pick up spot with no delays, again sorry for not answering but saying you had no previous communication with me is false and misleading.

The place was definitely off the beaten path but that’s what we signed up for. We showed up a little late so I would recommend planning better than we did and getting there a bit early. Danny was great! He made sure we knew how to operate the 4wheeler and was extremely patient. He speaks English and Spanish so the instructions were easy. He took us to an amazing spot with an awesome view and I’m pretty sure he could be a semi professional photographer. Then we finished up at a local restaurant for the sunset and a cocktail. I couldn’t have asked for mor.

This was an awesome time, Danny was great, rode ATV to top of overlook, take pictures of the entire valley, stop at Entrevalle for drinks, then back on the ATV. Takes a little while to get there, but worth the drive. Thanks again Danny!

Booked this excursion on my own prior to my Royal Caribbean cruise. I saw that they were able to help with transport to and from the site which is about 30 minutes away. I reached out to the business a couple days before to arrange the transport and Alejandro called me right away to talk details. For a party of 2 we were charged $80 for transportation both ways which was totally worth it. We would never have been able to get there without the pre-arranged transport. When we docked in Ensenada, the instructions he gave were super easy to follow and our drive Erick met us outside the port gates. He drove us to this super cute glamping site where we got instructions on how to use the ATVs. We got helmets and goggles and set off on our tour. Make sure to wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting dusty. It was primarily an ATV excursion through the back roads of different wineries, but we also went up this small mountain. It was scary but such an awesome view at the end. Soo fun! We had lunch at this winery (not included) before heading back. I’ve never ridden on an ATV and I would recommend to anyone!

I want to book this tour next Saturday, I'm in Ensenada where does the tour start and at what time?....sorry just 1 person

I’m not sure if they have ATV’s for 2. But I’m sure they can accommodate you. We didn’t see the vehicles until we arrived and they pulled them out of garage. I would suggest calling to verify before booking.

Hello,
I’m interested in booking this activity for a birthday party on Saturday the 25th. Can you accommodate 6 or 7 adults?
Also can you make the trip longer?
Thank you
