Live the magic with us to enjoy the Sierra Madre del Sur of Oaxaca, one of the richest in flora and fauna in the world and where the best coffee beans are grown. this adventure begins
Starting from the bays of Huatulco and heading to the town of Llano Grande, a community located in the mountains with approximately 90 inhabitants, a place where crystal clear pools of shallow water and a beautiful waterfall are hidden.
In the 2-hour journey we will get to know the flora and fauna which changes as we go up towards the mountains, as we travel along the paths we will appreciate the colors and sounds of the jungle that will make us feel calm and come into contact with nature.
Likewise, we will enjoy a clay mask, which helps to improve the appearance of the skin, applied by local people. Once we finish enjoying the water, we head back to the farm to
have a traditional Oaxacan meal.

We only gave them less than 24 hours notice from the time we booked, but they still showed up right on time and picked us up right in front of our condo in Tangolunda. There were many $$ add-ons throughout the day such as bathroom fees, beach chair rentals, restaurant lunch, etc but most of it was mentioned before booking and we were happy to support local businesses. We were picked up at 4:20 by Carlos - who was great despite our challenges in communicating with him. Our understanding was that the tour was 2 hours but in fact when we arrived at the site, we ended up sitting on the beach for almost 2 hours before the interpreter began talking. Most other people arrived a half hour before, which would have been perfect. Didn’t get dropped off until close to 8:00 pm. The turtle release itself was great as was the interpreter. We contacted them on the recommendation of friends who had traveled before the pandemic, and it was a total success! We booked the trip in 4x4 trucks to Jericoacoara. After a few days we continued to San Luis de Maranhao. In Jeri we did two Buggy Tours that were recommended to us and they’ve been adventurous! It was a unique experience with beautiful landscapes. At all times the guide made sure our safety was a priority. I was carrying my mom who is already older and she felt very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. The trail to the waterfalls is very good and you get there fast. You don’t have to walk much to get there and that was what I was looking for when traveling with older people. The waterfalls are small but beautiful and enjoyable because it is so shaded. Everyone was very friendly and took a lot of amazing photos. Fully recommended.
