Communication was easy. Our flight was delayed and customs was long so we were behind our booking time. Called our driver and he promptly answered and assured us not to panic, he was there and waiting. Vehicle was new and safe, David was a defensive and safe driver. He had complimentary refreshments on board for our pleasure. Fully recommend using this service!

This was a great transfer! Driver communicated before pick up, was there on time, and got us to the airport quickly. I would recommend!

Our guide was amazing we think his name is Rodrigo or Ricardo. My memory not great but this guy was wonderful. Cliff Divers were amazing. I think we could have spent a little more time downtown shopping stop and less at beach. Food was good, and service from everyone great. We did horseback riding twice for our activities which was fun.

David is a native of Mazatlan and knows the answers to any questions about the beautiful city! He also has a great sense of humor. I mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday and he got a maple, chocolate flan and had all the tourists sing Happy Birthday! 10 stars!!

Great overview of town, with a very nice guide! Able to stay longer or shorter, if we decided. Good to do early to see where to hang out in Mazatlan.

Not good from the start, tour operator change the meet time from 11.15am to 10.20am, got there 5 mins early and the operator was not ready eventually got on a bus around 10.40am, waited for more passengers and finally left at 11.00am. Driver was not good, spoke broken English which we could barely understand, occasionally spoke in Spanish then suddenly realised he was supposed to be doing the tour in English. He kept taking his hands off the steering wheel to hand out beers and other drinks to passengers. He also kept asking the passengers if we wanted to stop at different places, which we thought was the whole point of a tour guide, when we arrived at Golden Zone ushered into his mates shop with the offer of a free drink to try and get us to buy stuff. The worst part of the whole trip was when we arrived back at the port I left the bus quickly as I needed the toilet, the driver kept shouting for me to come back to the bus, eventually he caught up with me and aggressively de managed to know why I did not answer him, I explained I was not feeling well and needed the toilet and he then walked away, I guess he was expecting a tip from me.

Everything was great! He went above and beyond and even helped us get our son’s car seat in! He greeted us at the airport with a sign with our name and he was easy to find!

Super on top of it, was able to accommodate our 1 and 3 year olds by bringing car seats. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

This was an interesting and fun excursion. I enjoyed the tour downtown and Jesus was an excellent guide. The transport to the resort was prompt and enjoyable. The activities were enjoyable. The food options provided to me were exceptional. Kudos to Jesus, Pancho and Alberto. Great excursion.

There was a lot of uncertainty getting to the venue and what to do while there. There wasn’t enough beach chairs and there was t enough guidance to use the amenities we paid for.

David was a great guide, friendly and informative. We had a small group of 8 and were able to easily find each other at the port. We made a few stops along the way were able to spend just enough time at each location.

The trip to stone island was fun, our guides were informative and helpful. The "fun activities" were terrible and short however. The horseback ride was 2 short streets long (about 5 mins) and the horses were not well trained/exercised and kept wanting to run while the horse guide just yelled at everyone to keep them in line. He did not adjust the saddles to the riders and just expected people who hadn't rode before to know what to do. I ended up teaching everyone to ride. The banana boat trip is about 5 minutes long and the life jackets are shoddy and very dirty. The restaurant has all inclusive drinks, but you have to go up to the bar each time you want anything. I would recommend just going to stone island and renting a table, you get more bang for your buck.

So well looked after by our guide Raymondo really explained things did not rush us so everything flowed easily got to see and do so much excellent value for money

I highly recommend booking with this private airport shuttle transfer service!! My wife and I visited Mazatlan for our anniversary and everything was great. From the moment we arrived at arrivals, David waited for us inside the terminal and escorted us to the vehicle. He welcomed us and chit chatted with us the whole ride.
