Wish I'd been here before! Zihua is a fabulous destination packed with every vacation option and surrounded by natural beauty. Warm sun, sandy beaches, friendly people and great food! Having a guide to drive us around (found here), is a great idea. When we return, we will hire our guide/driver again. He really took care of us and is super nice.

I did the waterfall tour and wow, what a special experience. Not only are the falls and mountains beautiful, you get to explore and eat a delicious, traditional meal on a local farm. Highly recommend!

I did the Petatlan ruins tour. Our tour guide was very friendly and the destination was beautiful and impressive. We went to a museum first to learn about the history of the area and ruins. The museum representative only spoke Spanish and our tour guide spoke broken English so it was a little challenging to understand all the information we were given. It helped that I understand some Spanish. The best part of the tour was actually seeing the ruins which included the game court and the pyramid and temples. We also went to the little town nearby and visited the old adobe church with the stone carving of the King, Chole in front. After the tour we stopped at a nice open air restaurant for delicious food. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I'm very glad I did it and would recommend it.

Very unique tour! Visited the local family that owns the land where the waterfalls are located. They made us a traditional Mexican meal, then we visited the waterfalls and spent quite a bit of time in the water. A very unrushed and relaxing day

I went on two tours with Ketavi and they were both great! The staff are so friendly and have fantastic knowledge of the area. I especially liked the fishing tour, where a restaurant prepares your catches for you afterwards :)

Enjoyed the educational talk about the various breeds of turtles and, unfortunately, the risks that they have today which are mostly man made. It was heartwarming to release some onto the beach and watch them make their way into the ocean, knowing only a small few will reach adulthood. The sanctuary rely on your donations to continue their good work in trying to preserve the turtles.

Ulises is fluent in English. He is reliable, trustworthy, friendly and helpful. We hired him to pick us up at Ixtapa Airport and drive us to Troncones, Punta Majahua. He assisted us with our luggage and ensured we were settled in our condo rental. We highly recommend his services. We would hire him again.

What an amazing experience. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the Sanctuary. The whole experience was amazing. We were so lucky to be the only 2 people there so released turtles and learnt alot too. They do amazing work which relies on volunteers. Such a worthy cause.

Fabian and Uber did a great job of making us feel comfortable and safe for the entire time. We learned so much about the area on the way there and back, and we stopped at a barista for a freshly ground cup of coffee. The archaeological site was much more interesting than expected, with a great story of the families who live there and have unearthed the treasures on display. They took us to a fondita for a super tasty lunch that was included in the tour. I would highly recommend these gentlemen for such a comfortable and entertaining excursion. There was no language barrier, and I got to practice my Spanish with plenty of translation help. All in all a great experience.

Very educational and Emotional to know these wonderful creatures will probably be extinct within the next 50 yrs or so, despite the efforts of organizations like this. Glad to be able to be part of the efforts to save them.

Ulysses was our guide and he is amazing! Showed us the whole town and made everything easy and so much fun! The Ixtapa island snorkeling tour is absolutely amazing and fish EVERYWHERE! There are also restaurant beach bars to relax at and eat and drink before or after and this is a must do if in Zihuatanejo or Ixtapa!! 10 out of 10!!!

We had an amazing time! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Horses were super well trained and behaved! A must do here with a Beautiful Long Beach ride!!

This was such an amazing trip, Ulysses and Uber were incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable of the area. Once we got to the turtle beach we took a 4 wheeler to the turtles, got an amazing presentation on the different turtles and frequencies of their visit to the beach. Afterwords my wife and I got to see and release about a hundred turtles to the water. They were so eager to find the waters edge, absolutely amazing!!! On the way back Ulysses took us to an amazing taco stand where we tried Goat Tacos. Absolutely delicious. Thank you guys for the once in a lifetime excursion, we’ll never forget it.

We used Ketavi for some fun general rides around town and more fun… to see and release baby turtles at a sea turtle sanctuary! Our guides were friendly and attentive, ensuring our comfort and helping educate us on the history of the turtle sanctuary. The turtle experience was truly unique and a must-experience. We helped release turtles into the ocean and watched them swim off - something I’ve never seen before!

Overall it was a great experience. They picked us at our hotel, drove us to the destination, which was pretty remote, it depends how many turtles they have to release at each location. We stopped along the way to buy snacks in the little towns. It was a remote beach by a coconut Grove. My daughter and I loved the turtle release experience, something we won't forget and hope we can come back again! Our tour guides Uber, Christopher and Luis Gabriel were so nice!
