- h_meyrac20160 contributionsBest tours you can find! The guide was so informed about both the history&past of the city and the country also towards their connection to today’s culture. It was engaging, not boring and I got the chance to have a clearer picture of how the city is founded and enjoyed discovering the places on foot. Thank you!Written 17 March 2024
- FJavaid0 contributionsGreat experiences with the tours with DiegoI did The Original Walking Free Tour of Historic Downtown and The Roma/Condesa Free Tour with Diego. He did an excellent job giving an overview of Mexican history and what is happening in both areas currently. He also provided great advice for things to do in Mexico City. I also wanted to add that his English is excellent.Written 17 March 2024
- kcU6547WT0 contributionsA morning walk across Mérida’s historic center.Luis’s walking tour across the historic center in Mérida was a delight! His passion for the city's history and culture shone through as he guided us through the charming streets of Mérida. Luis’s knowledge was impressive, and his storytelling made the tour both informative and engaging. I highly recommend joining his tour for a memorable and enriching experience of this beautiful city!Written 17 March 2024
- TedLachmansingh0 contributionsA great off the beaten path tourWe had a wonderful cable car tour of the Ixtalpulca neighbourhood. we had an opportunity to take a ride on the worlds, largest cable, car line and see Mexico City from above. We travelled to a less touristic neighborhood, and had a chance to see how every day people live. Our fantastic guides Leonardo and Erica provided a candid glimpse into their lives. We also had the opportunity to see the wonderful street art on the rooftops of the buildings which can only be seen from above, if you have a few extra days in Mexico City, I highly recommend this tour.Written 16 March 2024

- r2d3n0 contributionsGreat tour with friendly knowledgable guideOur tour of Mexico City historic Center led by Ulysses ( also known as Warrior) was wonderful .Warrior was funny, smart, knowledgeable and clearly great at his job . There is so much to see in the downtown historic center and we appreciated his curation of our first look. He also gave helpful suggestions for where to eat , which museums to make sure to not miss etc. The tour exceeded our expectations . A note to fellow travelers, make sure you have money to tip and to tip well. The tour guides make a living showing the cities they love and some people on our tour didn’t come prepared or didn’t understand that free means no specific cost for the tour not that there should be no cost at all and had no money with them . This was the 3rd walking tour with this company both in Mexico City and in Oaxaca and all have been great .Written 14 March 2024

- reishad20150 contributionsAmazing tour of Centro with CarminaWe joined the Free Walking Tour of Mexico last week with Estacion Mexico and our guide Carmina - she was fantastic! We are big fans of free walking tours and have a joined alot on our travels, this was definitely one of the best quality ones. Our guide was super knowledgable and articulate - she explained everything so clearly and so precisely and we learned so much about Mexican history and culture. She also had a lot of tips for after the tour on where to eat, which museums to go to depending on your interests, and was also so considerate about leading the group through more shady areas / side of the streets since the tour was midday. Highly recommend!Written 11 March 2024

- rajasvinib0 contributionsa fun night of lucha libre. salsa and pulqueHow lucky were we to experience an all women's lucha libre! A hilarious and fun experience with a wonderful group of caring guides. I just wish I had paced myself all day so I was less exhausted. It would have been much better.Written 10 March 2024
- smineshv0 contributionsEnjoyed the evening with this tourThis was a good experience. Our guide, Santi was a fun person who put in a lot of effort to keep the group engaged. He first took us to a pulque bar, which was honestly quite crowded for my comfort, but was an authentic local bar instead of a typical tourist trap. We then walked to the Arena, and although the seating was quite far from the ring, we could get a decent view. Overall, an evening well spent.Written 9 March 2024
- victorcO4047CP0 contributionsAlejandro’s Oaxaca TourAlejandro’s tour of Oaxaca was one of, if not the best tour I’ve had of any city. His English is perfect, he is authentically passionate and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend him!Written 6 March 2024
- LaurenS43710 contributionsNot to be missed!I took the Coyoacan walking tour with Javier last Thursday. As luck would have it, I was the only guest on the English walking tour. Javier is incredibly knowledge and made the neighborhood come alive while grounding the route within a broader history of the city and Mexico. Coyoacan itself was beautiful and the 2.5 hrs flew by. Muchas Gracias Javier for the wonderful tour!Written 5 March 2024
- mjneenan0 contributionsFantastic way to learn recent Mexican history through muralsThis was an amazing experience! The tour is built as two hours on the website, but lasted about four. That is because Erin, our guide, has a degree in anthropology, and is passionate about Mexican history and specifically, murals. She studied them extensively for years. She went into enormous detail about the symbolism of every Merrill we saw first in a university, and then at the Palacio Bellas Artes, with a brief stop in between in a market. If you want to learn about Mexican history over the last, hundred years or more through the art of murals, this is definitely the tour for you. It might be a little bit too much detail for people not interested in that history, but I loved it! It began at 10:30 and since we didn’t finish up until around 2:40, there is no chance to have lunch, which would be my only suggestion to them - to have a different starting time if it is going to go that long. Otherwise, I would suggest having a big breakfast, or bring some snacks along with you. But really, this was a top-notch tour led by a passionate, articulate guide, who really knows her Mexican history.Written 4 March 2024

Ulysses/Warryor was great-very informative and friendly. He took great care of our group! We learned a lot and enjoyed the experience. Really liked the pacing of everything- felt like we had plenty of time there to learn and take it all in without it dragging for too long. Would definitely recommend!

The tour with estacion mexico, the pink travel agency ,was amazing. Especially because of our guide Ulysses ( the warryor ). We learned so much, he is such a friendly funny and wisdom man. He is a passionate guide and loves his work.
Its good to visit Teotiuacan in a small group, its more individuall, more personal
. And to go in public transportstion is really useful for your further stay in Mexico City .
Best recommendation.

This is a really excellent tour and the "pyramids" are breathtaking. Our guide, Javier, helped us understand the place in the greater context of mesoamerica. He made learning about the civilizations there fun and interesting. It's also fun to take the busses and metro to get there.

Small group. As advertised used public transportation. Tickets arranged by guide and included in cost. Javier the guide provided detailed information and history and trivia. At no time did he bluff. Also very conversational. Teotihuacan itself is a must see. Grand, historical, magnificent. Only peeve was that thanks to covid we were not allowed the climb to the top of the temple.

Great Tour with some insightful history given around the ruins.
I’d recommend visiting the museum of anthropology first.
It’s a long hot day in the sun, so make sure you’re prepared for that!

One of the highlights of our vacation was the tour we did with Ulysses (Warrior.) His knowledge, passion for Mexican history, sense of humour, and patience with all our questions led to an amazing experience.
Not only that, Warrior spent extra time with us showing us places where locals eat. We will definitely visit again and recommend this tour and Warrior to more people.

We did two tours with Warryor. One in CDMX and one on
Teotihuacan.
Both of them were amazing! Not only is Warryor a cool guy
with a very nice vibe, he also knows sooo many things. He
can answer you any question you have about Mexico and it's
history.
He also knows a lot of people which gives his tours another
sparkle because you see things you wouldn't normally see.
100% recommend you to go on a tour with Warryor!
Buena onda!

I joined an excellent walking tour with Javier through Coyoacan district. It was amazing how much facts I learned and how many beautiful ally's we visited and stories we heard. I totally got a great insight into this place & culture and I saw things that I would have never noticed without the tour. I am so glad I joined it and planning to join other tours through Mexico city with them! THANK you, Gracias :)

Hi there! Will there be a break for lunch, and how long would it be? My family and I would like to stop by La Gruta for lunch, would that be feasible within the timetable of this tour?

The break for lunch is very short. Definitely not enough time to visit one of the local restaurants. The move is definitely to bring your own food or snacks.

I'll be staying in Puerto Vallarta. I will need to take a flight to Mexico City to meet up with the tour. What time should I arrive at the Start Point (Palacio de Bellas Artes )? and what time will arrive at the End Point (Ben and Frank?)
Note: I will be taking the tour on one of the following dates: December 18, 21, 23 or 25, 2020.
Thanks!

You should arrive by 8:00. We did not leave until close to 8:15 to make sure everyone got there. We returned via metro around 4:00 at the other end of the park, but it all depends on traffic. It is a great tour. Be sure to ask lots of questions, the guides are very knowledgable.

I don't think we went on the small group (appears as only 4-5 people) and our group was still relatively small. One guide with maybe... 14 visitors? We still had a great experience on the larger group tour. Great value for the price.
