Our guide was a fount of knowledge and our drive was comfortable & safe - cannot recommend highly enough. 5 green spots stars is the maximum we can give, but it is honestly less than is deserved!Written 26 February 2024
- jamescM6063DW0 contributionsFantastic guide and tour. Perfect if you don’t like group tour buses etc.We could have rented a car and visited these sites ourselves but I’m so glad we paid for the guided tour! Arturo was the best guide we could have hoped for - personable, knowledgeable, witty, accommodating and just a stellar person. Enrique was a great driver and the collective shop at the end of the tour was informative, welcoming and not at all pushy about purchasing. But we did buy a few things because the items were beautiful and we wanted to have objects to remember the trip. Thanks all for a fantastic experience. Oh and lunch at the restaurant near the pyramids was delicious with excellent service.Written 23 February 2024

Having a private guide and chauffeur is a luxury but it really helps to enjoy the day. Our guide was very kind, knowledgeable, spoke English very well and organized everything perfectly. Definitely don't miss Teotihuacan, this is a central piece of the meso-american story, so I highly recommend to have a guide to get to know it more.Written 12 February 2024

- Sam C0 contributionsGreat Day TourWe had a great private whole day tour. Our guide Jorge (George) had a degree in Mexican history and his knowledge of Teotihuacán was exceptional. We were very fortunate as the Tuesday tour we booked was not busy and we were able to cover a lot of ground and get close to the points of interest he wanted to explain. The area is huge with many very steep steps and uneven cobble stones so watch your step and be in good shape for this tour! We spent a good 3 hours there before heading off for lunch. Before lunch we did a little tour of an artist co-operative and saw how they made obsidian carvings and silver jewelry plus a lesson on everything that comes from the maguey plant from pulque to paper, thread and needle to sew! Very interesting stuff! Lunch was great and as we wanted to try some authentic dishes we asked George and Arturo (our expert driver) to join us. Two thumbs up on the food, service and our lunch conversation. On our way back to the hotel we stopped for about an hour at the Guadalupe Shrine. Again we lucked out as everything was open (five churches) and again George impressed us with his knowledge. From there back to our hotel Arturo again displayed his mastery of how to navigate Mexico City traffic all without GPS! All in all it was a long (almost 8 hours) but great day!Written 30 January 2024
- Marcie02970 contributionsWonderful tourI can not recommend this tour enough. It was an amazing day. If you have the means for a private tour you will love this one. Ramon is so passionate when sharing all his valuable knowledge. Carlos was an excellent driver.Written 20 January 2024

My trip to Mexico City with your tour guide was a disaster from the beginning. Roberto “Bob” the tour guide was 30 minutes late. Our group of 7 adults had paid for a private tour . After visiting Xochimilco our group traveled to the Frida Kahlo Museum, Bob the tour guide had to beg and plead to let our group in as the museum was closing? What? We paid in advance and we may not get in? this was frustrating, next we went to Diego Rivera museum and dropped off, literally dropped off, As we tried to enter, the staff informed us usually the tour guide has the tickets and accompanies the group… Bob was nowhere to be found, seven upset and disappointed adults were left abandoned in the courtyard. Eventually our driver was located and was able to give our group access to the museum. Coyoacan the tour states admission? We drove around in circles in the city, what was the point? Bob stated the tour was over and returning us to our drop off location. What happened to UNAM? Bob said we saw it,” remember in the morning he pointed it out” pointed it out from the freeway! What? The tour was for exploring the university by foot to view the mosaic murals.
This tour was a Big mistake that caused grief and frustration to our entire group. Bob was no tour guide, he left us abandoned, and had no historical data or facts for us. Your tour site was a real letdown. We would have been better off hiring our own driver. Because that’s what Bob was, he simply accompanied the driver and was No Tour Guide.

Sergio (tour guide) and Juan (driver) were the sweetest! We got picked up at 9am at W in Polanco. My husband unfortunately had a business call that ran late and Serio and Juan were so kind not to make me feel weird while I waited in the car for my husband. Once we were on our trip we explained that we had a very late night and we needed a michelada. As soon as we arrived to Xochimilco he let everyone know that we needed one urgently, and he got us one asap. The entire trip Sergio was so informative and our driver was so very kind. When we were in Coayacan we asked if we could eat in a restaurant and he kindly allowed us time to eat in a fabulous restaurant on the square. Such a perfect day and highly recommend.

This tour was very informative and immersive in Mexican culture. Julio was a great tour guide and took time to explain the history and traditions of the various relics and buildings and art. He was fun and friendly and I would totally do another tour with him again. From the museums to the park and the UNAM and stadium tour we had a full day of learning about the culture and people of Ciudad de México.

Excellent day out with our dapper and knowledgeable guide Sergio and driver Antonio picking us up from our hotel. Off to Xochimilco canals for a great laugh, the place teaming with vibrant colours and mad Mariachi bands in boats touting for tourists and worth every peso for the bonkers entertainment. Then whistled off to both Diego Rivera museum with awesome collection and architecture and Frida Kahlo Casa Azul with all its historic importance and beauty. Finished off with amazing street food in a Taqueria in a huge covered market. Delicious Tacos and beer. Everything to like!

We had the pleasure of being guided on this tour by Giovanni and our driver, Victor. Giovanni was incredibly knowledgeable about Mexico and it’s history. The Xochimilco boat tour was beautiful and fascinating. Giovanni gave us information about its ecological prominence and its formation. We walked the city center of Coyoacan and marveled at its 16th century architecture. We toured on All Souls Day so we were right in the middle of a national celebration! Again, Giovanni had vast knowledge of the area. From there we walked to Frida Kahlo’s Museum, and just happened to see a celebratory parade on the way! The Blue House of Frida Kahlo was spectacular filled with her art and Diego’s tributes to her. Please request Giovanni if you are lucky enough to book this tour!

This was a fantastic tour and one I highly recommend. Our guide was very knowledgeable and organized. My favorite part was visiting the Frida Kahlo museum, but my partner contends that Xochimilco was the best part because he was able to steer the boat.

I have never had - or even heard of - a better tour experience anywhere. Our tour guide, Jose, had flawless English and deep knowledge of every area we visited - and many that we did not have time to explore.
Jose really went above and beyond to make the tour as fun and informative as possible, and he really leaned in to the group dynamic too. He was happy to answer any questions we had, and to get back to us with an answer on the (very rare) occasions we asked questions beyond even his extensive knowledge. He gave us lots of amazing recommendations for what to do around the city, where to go, and how to make the most of our time.
The tour was also adjusted to meet our schedule and interests, and everyone was very accommodating. We really felt that they were there to help us have the most amazing time possible.

My wife and I had a wonderful day with Jaclyn as our guide.
* We began at the University of Mexico to see the olympic stadium from a distiance and the beautiful exterior of the library, which is a work of art. She thoughtfully pointed out many important details of the art.
* We then went to Xochimilco where we enjoyed a fun "cruise" on one of the colorful boats in the canal. It's a fund sensory experience. One negative, a jewelery sales person was invited on board without any indication this would happen and we had to spend time with her instead of enjoying the cruise. My wife missed most of what was going on. Please don't do this again...a major turnoff.
* We then went to Cayoacan where we enjoyed the hustle bustle and saw the house where Cortez lived and had lunch at a wonderful local restaurant. Jaclyn joined us, which was really nice as she helped make sure we ordered delicious local and regional specialties.
* We then went to the Frida Kahlo Museum, which was interesting. I wan't sure what to expect, but there was a nice balance of displayed art and some of the fashionable garments she was famous for.
We then head back to the hotel to conclude a wonderful day.

This tour was super . Giovanni , our guide had an excellent knowledge of Mexican history and was able to explain and answer all of our questions thoroughly. His English was excellent. The Tour was fascinating and Giovanni was flexible and accommodating. When we got hungry he brought us to the market and a restaurant for traditional Mexican food we wanted to try . Can’t recommend this highly enough

Hello!
I’m going to be hosting a bachelorette party with 10 girls. I would like to know if we could create a private and specialized day trip for the bride to be? With a private bus just for the ten of us and tour guide that picks up at our Airbnb in Polanco as well as drops off there. We would need the tour to pickup at 1:30pm and drop off at 5:30pm November 15th.
Best,
Do you have an email I can contact you directly through for pricing and adjustments to the tour to fit in that timeframe?
