Aaron Cruz is the most professional and distinguished guide I have come across in my travels so far. He showed myself and my gf around on her 30th Bday trip. Public transportation was easy to use as was Uber. The museum was excellent, had displays inside and outside, very affordable

The Transportes Turisticos Mexico is the company used by the Gran Hotel CDMX. Flavio was our driver who picked us up and returned us to the airport. He also drove us anywhere we wanted to go in the city and picked us up when we called for a return. Flavio spoke English well and was lots of fun. "May the force be with you" was his parting comment each time he dropped us anywhere. Many thanks to Flavio.

This museum is not to be missed. It would take you about 4- 5 hours at least. to gain knowledge of the history of Meso America. What a fantastic collections of artifacts. Well worth the visit if you love History.

Me and my spouse and 9 yr old daughter went to the pyramids, a nearby town, lunch and tastings, and the basilica a few days ago. Super fun! We had Aaron Cruz as our driver, and would recommend him. We felt safe, he was looking out for us, generous as a gift giver, and overall quite pleasant and informative on a mexico city basis. You’d still need a guide of you want fine details about specific sites. He was a good guy and we appreciated it over Uber or a big group. It was helpful that we knew a little spanish. He was very nice and respectful with our child.

Carlos was a fantastic host. My friends and I learned so much - it was like taking a college course on the history of Meso America. Absolutely amazing guide and who is extremely knowledgeable. We also went Teotihuacan, where we learned so much about the contect and history of the pyramids. Highly recommended.

I made reservations for Carlos to pick us up at the airport and transport us to our hotel and a 1/2 day market tour the following day. We were in constant communication by email for over many months. I reconfirmed everything a week before our arrival. He confirmed everything and said, see you soon! He NEVER showed up at the airport leaving us stranded at 8:00 pm and didn't show up for the 1/2 day tour. I reached out by email (my only means of contact) and he never responded or explained what happened...on the other hand, we saved a lot of money by taking approved airport taxi and "free" walking tour of the city with a company called Mexico City Walking Tours
