I came back to rewrite my review, I did it the day after my visit but when I was reviewing my reviews I did not see it! This was an amazing trip and Christian was such a great tour guide. He gave us so much knowledge not only about the actual destination but also along the several hour drive getting there. The views are spectacular, the plant life incredibly beautiful, the pools were calming and so enjoyable but the icing on the cake was the trip to the waterfalls and caves! It would have been worth the trip just for this experience. I really enjoyed relaxing in the river after the excitement of the waterfalls and caves.

This was a wonderful tour. The tour company has put together a great experience. We really enjoyed learning about the cheese and wine in this region. Our time in Bernal and Tequisquiapan was also great getting to see and learn about these charming towns. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. What a lovely day. Highly recommend this tour!

The tour was more amazing than we expected! The cave was a total surprise to the trip and we really enjoyed the history the tour guide, Mel, provided too!

The place is surely spectacular and Oasis in the middle of the desert! Guide was very helpful and trustworthy with lots of interesting facts. We were the first Australians that he has had to visit this site. A full day is needed taking us 3 hrs from Queretaro and stop for bite to eat on the way and return.

Great guided trip to Tolantongo! Alain, our driver and guide, did a fine job getting us to Tolantongo, leading us through the water experiences and getting us back home. He knows all about the attraction and was helpful all the way. Beautiful water venue to explore and experience! We plan to go again soon. Thanks Alain for a great day at Tolantongo!

We recently May 2024 went to some wineries near Queretaro.After checking tours we decided to rent a car.In retrospect we might have been better off with a tour.Tastings aren't cheapened things are spread out.Also signage is lacking.Some tours offer tastings included and they know the best wineries and cheese makers.We were winging' it and probably missed out on a bit.Wines were good.

Our driver was very good and stopped at restaurants along the way with good food. We imagined the drive to be very long and tedious but the time passed quickly. It is 3 1/2 hours each way. Sunday is the busiest day of the week so best to choose either Tues, Wednesday or Thursday. Our only complaint is that our car was a Toyota small 4door compact with no leg room and we sat in the back. It was very cramped and uncomfortable. We had expected a van or bus. That said, it was a more intimate experience.

I visited with my girlfriend. It was a very relaxing day trip. Not all of the tours were in english, but the guide translated.

This was an excellent full-day tour with a bit of everything. Cheese factory tour and tasting, comprehensive winery tour and tasting (with great food), and visits to two pueblos mágicos: Tequisquiapan and Bernal. Our guide, Manuel, was very knowledgeable and made the day really enjoyable.

Views were astonishing, and we had an amazing time. Drive is long, but packed with scenic mountains, and our guide told interesting stories along the way. Be aware that the route may vary based on the weather - our tour skipped Cuatro Palos due to the chance of fog covering the view, which was a bit sad.

Tolantongo is an absolutely magical place, and I highly recommend it to anyone remotely close to the area. We went on a weekday and in the middle of december, which meant we had it all to ourselves! Great experience, and our guide, Alain, was a very warm and chill guy!

This was the best part of our trip by far. What an out of world experience. From the beginning, communication from the company was excellent. Our tour guide in particular, Carlos, was incredible. So knowledgeable and kept the energy up all day. He made sure all of our needs were met - even though it was already a 13 hour day for him he asked if we needed to make any additional stops. He was very flexible with time to make sure we got everything we wanted from the experience. I’m really blown away at how well run the entire day was thanks to Carlos. Absolutely recommend!
