Our driver was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Offered us water. Offered to take pictures for us while we enjoyed the water. He made our experience very comfortable and enjoyable.

        Great tour
This tour was fantastic. The pools at Tolantongo were really warm and nice to swim in. The driver Antonio got us to and from the destination safely. Howard, our tour guide was really helpful and fun.

Didn't get what was stated in itinerary and paid for
What was paid for was not received. We were refused hotel pick up despite the option at purchase. Itinerary shortened Coyocan and Xochimilco but added Azteca Stadium. Believe this is a booker versus someone running the tours, so farming you out and disrespecting what was stated upon purchase. Cannot recommend.

        Great driving and tour guide!
The driver picked us up at very easy found location, very friendly and he speaks English. Driving from Mexico city to Tolantonge is 3.5-4hr drive, depends on the traffic, we have ~2hr each at river and pools. The driver was great in leading direction and helped when I needed to purchase water shoe. Very safe, 10/10 recommend!

        Overbooked--limited viewing
It took two hours to get there, and once we finally boarded our barge to move out to the island, our boatman dropped his paddle into the canal, and we sat there stranded until another barge came along to pass his a spare. By the time we got going again, our barge was one of the last arrivals, which meant we were so far off to the side we could barely see anything. They actually had a screen set up to show the main action to us poor schmucks in the crap seats. If I’d wanted to watch a screen I’d have stayed home. The only reason I’m giving this even 3 stars is because of our guide, Miguel, who was superb. Friendly and funny, amazingly multi-lingual, and full of fascinating cultural and historical info. And I’m sure the show was fantastic–for the people who could see it.

        Tula and Tolantongo
Recently, I had a marvelous trip to Tula, archeological site and then to the caves of Tolantongo both in the state of Hidalgo, Mexico. My trip was wonderful and a total unforgettable experience organized by Travel 4 life. Alejandro Guillen (owner) an ethnographer and "super knowledgeable" guide and his driver Raul, they took care of me like if I was part of their family. It was fun to travel with them. One of those trips I will never forget.

        Mother nature at her best
We were contacted early by the tour advising where pick up was and then early the next morning contacted by Sergio (tour guide) to confirm pick up location & time. Although he spoke little English he was amazing and went above and beyond to show us and explain locations on our way - using translation app, he is a credit to your tour company

Mixed Review mostly because of the logistics
The show was well done with quality singing, sound system and visual effects. The boats moor pretty far from the floating stage so it was a bit hard to see all of the action. The show is is Spanish as expected but the tour guides did not ensure that a translator was on our boat despite designating us with colored stickers to denote the language. We left the meeting spot more than 2 hours later than the meeting time, still got stuck in the terrible traffic and ended up seeing the 10 PM show instead of the planned 7 PM show. THIS ACTIVITY TOOK 7 HOURS!!!! All that said I would still say check it out if you are in CDMX for 5+ days.

        Absolutely incredible!
The Grutas themselves are amazing! Some were more warm than others, and given that we went on a Sunday, it was veeery busy but to be honest, we didn't mind. The locals were so lovely and helpful and everyone is happy to share the pools. Make sure you check out the tunnel and the caves. The caves were a huge highlight for us - we'd never seen anything like it. Our driver, Hector was amazing! We asked to stop for food somewhere local and he was so accomodating, even connected my phone for music we enjoy. He also made the winding road so smooth. Big love! Our group wanted to stay as long as possible, and he waited for us until 4pm! The drive is long. We met at pick up at 7am, on the road by 7:20, and we didn't return until 9pm. Worth every second of it!!

        The worst experience ever
The company organizing the event was terrible. We were supposed to leave CDMX by 4pm and we wait until almost 530pm to leave. No explanation was given. The tour guide was unprofessional. They want us to drink directly from the same Tequila bottle because they don't have shot glass. The male tour guide was talking rude words and was disrespectful talking bad words. We were supposed to meet back at 1030pm at a meeting point. No one was there. We decided to walk to the bus. All the passengers were at the bus but the guides were missing. They appear at midnihht without any explanations. We didnt have time to even eat to respect the time of the other while they were having fun while we wait.

        Avoid At All Costs
Avoid this tour! I've traveled quite a bit in my life and this was the worst tour experience ever. It started with amd continued throughout with inaccurate tour information. The actual tour itself was dangerous (fire, stampede, exhaustian, mental hazards) and the tour guide got drunk. The whole experience is offensive to the residents and an example of what happens without a strong rule of law/community empowerment. I had no idea how awful this would be, but learned a lot from this experience and how to be a more informed traveler.
