We had a pick up at 9:30am. It was raining heavy with strong winds and lightening. They told us we had to go and since the they had not yet got word if we’d be able to snorkel. It was a 50 min drive from our hotel and we checked the local radar and weather where it showed more

Hello! First, thank you so much for your comments. About what you tell us, we must point out that despite the weather conditions the activity was carried out on a regular basis. It's not until the Port Captaincy tells us that the port closes, that the activity is suspended for security reasons - one of our guiding axes -, for our visitors and for the staff, a situation that didn't happen that day. About the refun, this does not apply due to weather conditions. We are very sorry for this situation, hoping to have the opportunity to assist you again in the future. - Alltournative

I booked a tour for snorkeling and this company took me and my son out snorkeling on August 18, 2019. The weather conditions, current and tide in the water were too dangerous to enjoy snorkeling. The tide swept me over coral which scratched me and the sand and current did not

Crystal, we're very sorry about the situation First of all, the safety of our visitors comes first, so we stick to the instructions that the Harbour Master tells us about the feasibility of the departure of the boats. However, sometimes it is not possible to prevent the weather from changing unexpectedly. So thanks to your comment, we will make sure that a situation that is uncomfortable for our customers doesn't happen again.
