DO NOT GO!!!! 1st stop...19 catamarans x 30 people each, snorkel in a group giant circle, can't see nothing but other peoples fins., must follow the guide-0-fun. 2nd stop...same as above but near a shore,,,can't swim w/o. a life jacket, have to stay near your boat!!!! dead fish everywhere. no floats or paddle boards offered. captain called coast guard and police because we are not swimming with a life jacket ( a very negative experience)... 3rd stop...off you go to an overpacked- dirty- island with thousands of people rushing around to find a free inch of space... where you need to spend more $$$$...overcrowded, bombarded by constant sales, polluted.... this is NOT A LUXURY SAILING...that was a bait -n-switch guided torture trip!!! DO NOT GO!!!!

Day cruise to Isla Mujeres is always a great day!! Fun trip for our large group! Good drinks, fun snorkeling, beautiful water. Carlos, our guide, was the best!!! We have done this day trip a few times and he was the best of all we have had.

The trip was beautiful, no doubt. We were initially supposed to with a different boat group but ended up with Neptuno. The crew was nice and tried to hype up the crowd. Be aware that the snorkeling is a hit or miss, the water was a little choppy for us to snorkel, but they did give us an option to go at our own risk. We ended up opting out but a lot of people said that we didn’t miss much since there wasn’t much to see. Be also aware of all the things that are not included and make sure you ask before your trip because you’ll end up paying things extra. The drinks were watered down, must ask for extra shot to even taste the liquor. The ride to isla mujeres was nice, ambiance was great, the food was okay, it was more of a lunch line and you only had 90 min to eat (or 60 can’t remember to a T). The water was so pretty but it was too shallow to swim in, it just went up to your hip max. You were given an option to purchase a golf cart to “ride around” as it was portrayed, but in reality we just had to follow everyone that had a golf cart to punta sur (the other side of the island) and look at some statues and shops and ride back before boarding time again to head back to the city. DONT let the photographers take advantage of you by paying $120 for some pictures… a lot of other folks in our group was given the same package deal for pictures for less than what we bought it for, it’s like they pick and choose who to rip off and who actually negotiates with them for the price. We didn’t pay $120 of course but it was just crazy how much they wanted for 20 mediocre pictures honestly.. I get they are trying to make their money but I did feel like there was a lot of trying to rip people off and still ask for tips at the end of the excursion.. but that’s just my opinion.

Carlos, Gato and crew made sure we had the best possible experience! I would have preferred more time snorkeling and maybe less on the island, but all in all it was an amazing, unforgettable experience.

Beautiful island and the lunch buffet was awesome! Boat packed but fun! Great music and great staff. The snorkelling was absolutely terrible and very dangerous. I’m used to swim competitively and I would not recommend the snorkelling for even the best swimmer. A bunch of snorkelling boats meet up at the same place, there is about 600 people in the water all pushed together, the boats stir up so many waves and sand that there is absolutely nothing to see. Finding your group is difficult because each group did not differentiate themselves enough. Getting off and on the boat was done without assistance in turbulent waters. The equipment provided was cheap. I developed a blister in only 30 minutes of swimming with the cheap flipper. The goggles were not sprayed for fog and further leaked. The life jacket was unfortunately mandatory but absolutely required given the dangers in the water. My life jacket did not fit okay because there was no under strap to keep it from rising. Do not recommend.

Excellent trip out You get to drive your own speedboat which was fantastic ! On the sea and through the mangroves . Snorkelling was great also 👍🏻 Really great trip

We took the jungle adventure speedboat tour without snorkel! Around one hour of speedboat riding along with tequila tasting. Our driver was an amazing guy who was very clear with his signals. He let me drive on the way out and my wife drive on the way back. It was hot as hell but still an amazing experience driving the boat for the first time. Also highly recommend to take the photo package! The memories are really worth it!!

Staff was very friendly. They gave us very informative instructions to follow. The boat ride to the snorkeling area was beautiful. Highly recommended!

The views were amazing. It is a smaller boat so it has more of a relaxed vibe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shout out to the captain eduardo. Me and my friendss had a great time we wish we would have picked the longer duration to have more time on the island. Overall 10/10 experience.

Super great crew and overall experience! Wish we had little longer on the island…. Only enough time to eat and shop a few minutes.

We booked this after researching catamaran trips from Cancun. This was much better value than the one offered through Tui and the only difference was this didn't include a full lunch. However drinks and snacks were provided including cocktails, beers, and bottles of water. We had half an hour of snorkelling. I'd recommend you are a competent swimmer for this as the currents were quite strong in some parts. However our wonderful guide Joel led us in the water and pulled a safety ring behind him the whole time incase you got into trouble (which no one in our party needed thankfully). The trip says it takes up to 30 people however we lucked out and the were only 6 of us on our trip so it felt almost like a private charter! The crew were incredible and looked after us so well. We were dropped on isla mujeres for 2 hours. We hadn't done any research prior to the trip so just wandered then went to a restaurant (pier 7) for tacos and cold drinks. There was a photographer on board who took loads of photos, including when we were snorkelling. Make sure you check how much it'll cost if you'd like the photos before you spend all your money on the island though! (For us it was $120 US for the photos and videos) We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel, with pick up times confirmed the night before and that all ran smoothly. 10/10 recommend this trip!!!
