I found out later that they had sent an unmarked white van, the driver was late and did not get out of the car to look for me. I waited 30 minutes past my pickup time by the door of my hotel before deciding to call an uber. I was denied a refund even though I had no way to know who my driver was or when they arrived. - Joseph T0 contributionsPoor and costlyThis was a typical bait and switch. I paid 60 dollars for a trip that should have cost about 20 dollars. I also was upset that I was told that I would be greeted by the driver and that did not happen. Also the car was below standard. It was supposed to be a luxury car and it was a small Toyota. They drop me off (and will pick me up) right at my sister's doorstep. It's hard for me to believe the dreadful reviews. Recommend their fine service ... and only $62 for the trip.Written 31 July 2019
