      Wonderful Experience
This tour is about 12 hours long. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that we had lunch in the morning. Other than that I enjoyed the tour and it was a wonderful experience

      Mexico better than we think
This was my first time in Mexico and this was my second tour, I have witness the reality of the mexican people and their traditions Our tour guide was really kind and attentive to our needs, that applied to everyone since I saw him running around talking to everyone The guided tour at the ruins was great, the guide was telling us and showing all the important facts and stories of the ruins. We use our free time to sit around and relax, the ambience made us feel fresh since we were surrounded by nature At the restaurant they did a dance show and it was great! I tipped happily, they did try to sell us multiple stuff but I just say no (that's the hussle) My family went inside the cenote and did some diving jumps, I tried but coudn't do any tricks lol

      Guided and free time
We got an amazing guide! He took us all over Chichen Itza and explained all of the buildings and structures, he made sure that we were listening and at the end he gave us free time to do another lap The food was good and filling, the restaurant looked clean and the service was good The cenote was really cold but it had great spots for photos

      Secluded area
Sian Kaan was amazing! A really long trip indeed but worth it entirely The road was filled with bumps and it was long, but I expected that since Sian Kaan is a preserved and secluded. The snorkel was really lively, there were tons of fish and marine life, the guide took us to the best spots and we got to see some turtles and rays The views were amazing

      Sian Ka’an
You are taken in a rough road for 40 mins, then transferred to a small boat that tickets through the sallow water stops for you to look at birds, then continues to your to the next boat with is another speed boat she’s you out to see you can get off and snorkel for maybe 20 mins then the head off you maybe lucky to see dolphins manatees or turtles, then they take you back to walk through a small town you have lunch then on way back you see a fisherman’s boat yard lake where there is a crocodile then you walk back to boat to be transported back at the price of £485 gbp for two people. We were sold thus by the tui rep in the hotel in Mexico not realising how much they had charged us very disappointed do not recommend this trip for anyone old, children, back or neck problems.

Enjoyable Excursion, be aware of how long & rough the ride is to get there.
The views and experiences on this excursion were amazing! We saw lots of wild life. The transportation to and from the boat were much rougher than advertised. Long very bumpy 3 hr drive on a washed out road.

      Snorkeling part was bad
Went with Contoy Adventures boat. It was suppose to be a snorkeling trip not a swimming trip. They gave us mask but no fins and followed the guide who got to wear fins. Made us swim in a big circle nonstop. I’m an advanced snorkeler and still had trouble keeping up and so did many others. Came back very tired and they said “ glad everyone survived”. I noticed people on other boats had fins. There were fishes and corals but we can’t stop to enjoy the underwater view. I had my GoPro but couldn’t film because the group kept moving. I suggest to Contoy Adventurers to swim straight to the corals, rest and enjoy the underwater view for 15 minutes, then swim straight back to the boat (not in a big circle which was a waste of time). The snorkeling is suppose to be the highlight of the excursion. The rest of the trip to Isla Mujeres was good and the staff were friendly.

      Great experience but ....
The visit was amazing!!! The place is unforgettable. However, in the other hand. Couple of things couple be better. 1. They pick up us a little bit late. 2. Not too organized. It take us with one place, one car to another, and always is something extra($$). 3. The restaurant and food it was not good at all. 100% not recommended. One thing we really highly recommend is our guide person, very professional and knowledgeable. Jimmy is excellent, he explained and have a lot of patience. Kudos to him. Transportation was good. Except the time.

      Terrible
It was a horrible experience, the guide did the most in Spanish, lost the group, the guide took pictures without consent, while we were in bikinis, didn’t like it at all

      Wonderful boattrip with great food!
We went yesterday on this boattrip with 2 other families. It was great trip. They stopped 3 times for swimming. First stop was the lazy river Los rapidos, relaxed and also interesting to see. The other two stops were also on nice places. The co captain prepared food: one time it was fruit, but they secont time we had great cerviche. Restaurant quality! We did the 5 hrs by the way. We woukd recommend that

      Great food, drinks, and fun!
Such a great time! The crew was awesome! The snorkeling wasn’t real impressive, but it was nice! our cups were never empty! We were supposed to be on one boat that had a bunch of people and kids on it, the crew pulled us over and suggested to get on the adult only boat! So glad we did!!

      Limited Fun
The excursion was fun. Only downside is not getting enough time at the beach. It took pretty much the entire morning to get to the destination that when we got there we only had two hours to enjoy the water.

There's a guy playing flute, which makes this very unique. 1st they tale you snorkeling after that they take you to different town in cancun. Go with cash you'll see something you'll like to buy. Lot of music . Lot of fun. The tour guides get very friendly and personal with you. It makes unique.
