On a fly, ordered service just 24 hrs in advance. Driver was waiting for us at the airport, we left promptly without a wait. I was able to order a shuttle service back by just texting them and paid cash on the way back. Definitely would recommend.

Hotel self is cozy , but staff are amazing ,especially Brian from zipline and Patty from the buffet are amazing. Highly recommend to other.

We felt so safe riding with the drivers. The vehicles were spacious and clean. The drivers were very friendly and helped us with our luggage. We will definitely use their service again!

I have been here twice and the 2 people who stuck out to me the most are Karen and Patricia. They work hard in the sun for 4 hours straight with a smile on their face. Great works and experiences. And Karen serves fresh hamburgers that are seasoned just right and fresh toppings and in the other hand Patricia makes nice tacos with a variety of choices.

We stayed at the Dreams Sapphire Resort for 5 nights. In that time, we took most of our meals at the World Cafe. We always asked for Eduardo's section who, with his team, Israel, Pancho, Francisco, Rodrigo, Edwin and Ismael, took wonderful care of us. After the first day, they knew our names and what beverages we drank with each meal. They were delightful to chat with, always with a smile and a kind word or compliment. My favorite food was served at the hibachi. David, who was in training, did a wonderful job of entertaining us. He prepared a delicious fried rice which was the best I have ever eaten. His helpers were Marco and Damien. Dyana was a pleasant hostess. Our housekeeping service was adequate. We put a tip in the refrigerator and this ensured our beverages were replenished each day. We didn't receive the Pringles or M&M's that were apparently placed daily in some of the rooms. Eduardo asked us to come back next week, and stay until Christmas. While we can't do that, we will definitely come back to our second "home." Deanna and Mr. Smith

We had a simply wonderful time at Grand Caribe Solaris. I must admit that it felt a bit dated when we first arrived. But that soon was forgotten as we enjoyed all the "pros" this resort provided. (I found out later that our wing was soon be going through a renovation). The first day and a half we had no wifi in our room, and were initially told that internet was only to be found in the common areas. However, wifi was mysteriously resolved and we enjoyed good service for the rest of the visit. A huge thank you to Angel and Anna at Bogovantes who treated us with such kindness and truly outstanding service. Angel had such a great sense of humor, and made us feel like very special guests. The staff were amazing everywhere, and did everything they could to provide us with a truly amazing holiday. Melissa and Victor were standout entertainers, leading a room of dancers in a conga line and performing stellar covers of top hits. The ocean front is gorgeous and the beaches are kept immaculate. On the practical side, the rooms were clean with everything we needed, (thank you to our quiet and hard working cleaner) and we had abundant water pressure and hot water showers (that makes such a difference!). Bar service does cater to the members more than the regular customers, but that's to be expected, so no complaints here. We met several guests who have returned to GR over and over. I would happily recommend this lovely resort to anyone looking for a great experience!

Julio and his team are the best! We had 2 couples going to an all-inclusive, so I booked with Mexico Airport Transfer because I wanted to skip the craziness at the airport. We showed up and Alex, our driver, had our names and was wearing a company polo so we could pick him out easily. He was super friendly and we quickly got moving to our hotel. Alex was more than happy to answer any questions and chat with us as we were excited. Durning the week we changed out return flight and the team was very responsive and happy to update our pickup time form the resort. They gave an exact ETA for when the driver was arriving and had refreshments in the van for us. Overall it is the perfect way to get started on your trip and to avoid the chaos so you can relax! I'll absolutely use them again!
