- heniek_beniek0 contributionsGreat time with Jeep RidersWe spent great time on a tour with Jeep Riders. Sergio, our guide provided a lot of information about history of the island and all of the visited places. Lunch at the Money Bar - one of the landmarks of Cozumel was very good.Written 1 December 2024

- J4988LMcrystalm0 contributionsBest day in Cozumel with FernandoStarting with our communication with the owner, Kevin- he was so accommodating on our preferred pick up time and plan to meet with friends at the end. Then, we had the best day with Fernando. He was so kind, helpful and knew so much about the area. It was fun but also relaxing. The sights were beautiful. The tequila tour was fun and we did not feel pressured to buy anything at any point of the trip. We ended at Sanchos and the lunch was great, the kids had a great time also. Highly recommend taking this tour. Worth every penny.Written 26 November 2024
- C1719MSkimb0 contributionsDirty stinky funSergio was the best host and we had so much fun! Mudding is always fun in a jeep 🌞my only concern was the cenote, not something I would recommend. Bat guano and sulfur are a definite NO in my opinion. I’ve been to much cleaner cenotes. None of us would get in the water.Written 23 November 2024
- 228tayaf0 contributionsAmazing!!Sergio, did amazing! This was a super fun tour with sights of seeing gators, iguanas, beautiful beach’s and cenote’s! - Dadtotwo0 contributionsNice day with familyWe did the private tour since we are traveling with my elderly parents and wanted maximum flexibility. The guide was Tomas and he did an excellent job accommodating our needs. We started with a tequila tasting which was informative, fun and delicious. Next we went to a restaurant that I had predetermined. After that we cruised the east side of the island making a few stops to see the sights. After I had a couple of margaritas, Tomas took over as driver. We arrived back at the ship right at the designated time. The tour comes with three hours, which would have been tight, but luckily we had reserved an extra hour which was perfect.Written 12 November 2024
- mclaire20150 contributionsGreat intro to CozumelMy husband and I had a great private tour of the island with Fernando. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed experiencing the local culture and touring around Cozumel with a stop at a local ranch for Tequila tasting, and great views of of the coast. We had a few fun photo stops along the way. Lunch and time for snorkeling at the beach at the Money Bar were a great way to finish. We arrived back at the cruise port with lots of time to spare. Bring small bills and cash for tips and trinkets along the way.Written 12 November 2024
- donnawQ2167OT0 contributionsAuthentic Fun ExperienceTania was so sweet, accommodating and skilled. She taught us how to cook fresh, healthy, authentic Mexican food. Great fun. Highly recommend.Written 12 November 2024
- delitar0 contributionsA must do- taste of authentic Mexico and hospitality 🇲🇽The best excursion on our 5 day trip! An amazing way to connect deeper to the culture, the community all while preparing an amazing meal together! We would do it again! We highly recommend. Tania & Sergio are amazing!!!! We can’t stop talking about it! Thank you both! They even went and grabbed us a shareable pastry (even though she prepared a dessert) because they found out I had a birthday the day before! 🤗Written 7 November 2024

- violaqwang0 contributionsBest local experienceWe loved the cooking class with Tania! We started at the market where we bought all the ingredients and went back to the house to cook. We were fed so well with delicious food! Pico de gallo, guacamole, fried beans, margaritas, fish and chicken dish, fried plantains and more. It was so much fun meeting other travelers as well. Definitely recommend this experience! 10/10Written 30 October 2024

Not happy with what we got. We were 9 adults and 2 kids so i was expecting 3 jeeps and the guide said he will drive one and we only get 2 jeeps between 9 adults and 2 kids. We mentioned him that we don’t drink so have more cold drinks than beer and he never did. It’s really not worth the money that we paid. Only fun was snorkeling and that too you can rent equipment for $15 by the beach restaurant. Also the restaurant he took us for lunch was not serving us properly as we didn’t order any drinks.

We booked a 5 1/2 hour jeep tour with dolphin experience. This was not what we expected or paid for. We were supposed to have our own jeep led by the guide. The guide showed up with one jeep with the tops on and really didn’t want to even take them off. We settled on just letting the guide drive the jeep because it was better than him riding in the back seat. We did not want to do the tequila tour and was told that was ok they would replace it with something else. We made a quick stop on the tour to snap a picture and one stop to see a beach that was filthy and full of seaweed (yes I know it’s everywhere right now) there was no jungle tour like stated and the tour lasted a little over an hour and then we were taken to the Dolphinarium. I asked what was after and was told nothing... we could have rented a scooter to take a loop around the island and paid to see the dolphins for much cheaper. I reached out to them before leaving a public review snd did not receive any response. Would not recommend this tour.

We had a fantastic day with Ricardo. Whatever we wanted to do, Ricardo was very accommodating. His main concern when we first met was what time we had to be back to our ship. He is so kind, polite, personable and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed getting to know him and about the beautiful island of Cozumel. We started the day off going to visit a school and dropped off backpacks filled with school supplies, which we had requested to do in advance. We try to do this on our vacations and it really is one of our favorite thing to do. The schools are so appreciative and the children are adorable. It certainly is the least that we can do. It is so worth it to see the smile on these kids. We then went to the other side of the island where there is no electricity with amazing views of the ocean and great bars. We stopped at Coconuts and had the best margarita. We also went to Punta Sur Eco Park which was absolutely beautiful. Ricardo then took us to Bar Miami which is where the local people like to go so you know it has to be great. They make the best mojitos we have ever had right in front of you using the freshest ingredients. After that it was off to a fantastic lunch. We basically left it up to Ricardo to take us to his favorite spots and he did not disappoint. We stopped along the way at the most beautiful places to take pictures and truly enjoy the scenery. What was great about this tour was that it could be customized and we went at our own pace. We never felt rushed and actually asked Ricardo if we were taking too long because we did not want go over our time. We have been on a tour of this side of the island before. It was a lot of fun but it was a bus tour and we felt that we spent so much time waiting for people to get on/off the bus. We highly recommend this tour with Ricardo. It was definitely one of the best tours we have been on. Thanks for the laughs and great memories Ricardo! We can’t wait to take your tour again. Wynn, Kelly and Ellen 😊

Our guide, Sergio, was a nice guy. We were rushed through the promised shopping and beach. Guessing 15-20 minutes. Snorkeling was at a restaurant, in front of a bunch of people. Not a reef. Tequila tour was good. Restaurant was good. I think that if we had a few more hours, it would have been better.

We met our guide Tanya who was wonderful. Even though it says private trip you can customize, the company has certain stops pre arranged. We wanted to stop at other spots and had to be firm about that. If the company advertises that you can customize the day they need to stand by that and allow a narrative on their booking form to explain where you want to go!
We stopped at the Bee Santuary and took the tour which was so worth the time! Learned a ton and bought some wonderful products.
All and all a fun day thanks to the kindness of our guide!

We met Tomas the tour guide. He grew up in the area. Easy to visit with and had a great sense of humor. We went to a Tequila tasting tour, two beaches, a Cenote, and snorkeling. Lunch and drinks were included. We saved a ton of money compared to excursions offered with RC cruise line. Tomas knew we needed to be back at the port at a certain time and was diligent about getting us back in plenty of time. If you are traveling to Cozumel for vacation or stopping there on a cruise, I would highly recommend this excursion. The money you save is best spent on a nice gratuity to the guides. It is well deserved.

Sergio was an extraordinary tour guide, far surpassing all of our expectations from the very beginning. Opting for the private tour which included tequila tasting, a visit to the enchanting Baby Beach, and an unforgettable snorkeling experience, we were treated to an adventure that was both immersive and deeply personal. Sergio's knowledge and passion for the area shone through in every aspect of the tour, making us feel not only welcomed but truly part of something special. The tequila tasting was an exquisite journey through flavors and traditions, where Sergio expertly guided us through each sample, sharing stories and insights that enriched the experience immeasurably. At Baby Beach, his local knowledge led us to serene spots that felt like our own private paradise, away from the usual crowds. And snorkeling was simply breathtaking under his guidance, revealing a vibrant underwater world that we might have missed without his expert eye. What set Sergio apart was his ability to make every moment feel tailored and personal, ensuring that we were always comfortable, engaged, and thoroughly entertained. His warmth and genuine enthusiasm for sharing his love of the region made us feel not just like tourists, but like honored guests.I cannot recommend Sergio highly enough. Whether you're seeking adventure, relaxation, or a blend of both, his tours offer an unforgettable experience that will leave you with memories to cherish for a lifetime. Truly, Sergio embodies the spirit of hospitality and adventure, making every moment of our tour an absolute joy.

Our guide Jordan who drove us in the Jeep was really cool, patient and accommodating. Would highly recommend his services again.
The Mayan tour was educational thanks to our private tour guide at that location. My teenagers were actually listening and engaged.
The tequila tour was ok, it was very short, if you’re not a tequila drinker, I would skip.
The lunch that was included was ok, we were very hungry so we ordered additional food which seemed very over priced. But the atmosphere was cool.
The snorkeling location was fun for the teenagers.
Overall a great excursion if you haven’t been to Cozumel before….
Reminder to bring a credit card and cash for extras and tips

We had an amazing time with our guide Tomas! We told him of our interests … beautiful scenery, beaches and tasty food and drinks, and he delivered! Quick stop for the tequila tour. Who can say no to tequila tasting at 10am? Then off to Playa Chen Rio to relax on the gorgeous beach. Lunch and mojitos at Welcome to Miami, where their claim of “Best Mojito in the World” was so true. We each had two while we enjoyed delicious fajitas just steps from the roaring ocean. After lunch we had another stop on the other side of the same beach, which is actually a different perspective.. one side rocky, the other more sandy. We decided to forego the snorkeling given that we’d just snorkeled the previous day at another port. And finally we took in the scenery on the return trip to the ship, while enjoying some of the cold beers from the cooler provided in our Jeep. It was an awesome day- highly recommend!!

Gave Very Good as it was above Average and driver drove us all the time, so we can relax and not to be stressed on bumpy roads.
Tequila place we visited was one-star, and our friend had better experience in other place.
It was windy all the day and we are happy that we opted out buggy tour roads are so dusty!
Food was good, just small portion.
Unfortunately due to wind East side was not swimmable.
