Amazing team and experience diving with Dune in Playa Del Carmel and mainly Cozumel. I strongly recommend they are super professional and well organized. Diving spots are just crazy with many marine life to see…

We loved it, the people, the equipment, the safety, instructors are well trained, we really enjoyed it, highly recommendable!

They had a huge group of divers (a lot of money…) and my experience was awful. First my reservation was cancelled. Than postponed in the afternoon, than time changed, than changed again in the morning. On the boat the wetsuits was too small for me and too thin (today i’m sick in an hotel room with cold). The BCD was too big. I’m sure that this was the worst and more expensive (in terms of money and stress) diving experience of my life. I would have apreciated some more respect as a normal costumer. The divemaster was amazing.

So happy and thankful for the care Celine with us, my daughter enjoyed a beautiful chance to experience her first open water dive. We really recomend it.

We saw so much marine life, even though they had to rush a little bit because of tricky weather conditions. But they made the most of it

People were lovely and if I was diving with them would be fine but trips are built for divers - I’ve been snorkeling in Cozumel 3x in the past never to reefs as deep as we went - discussed with them before trip was told reefs would be 30ft or so ..actually / were 40ft … disappointing waste of a day. Waiting for divers to get suited up and off boat before we were allowed to get off the boat last and then first back on… find a snorkel group… again if you are diving they are lovely people

We did visit Cozumel with a group of clients and choose Dune as our provider for our dives in the island. The experience could not have been better. Everyone had a fantastic day and enjoyed the dives enormously. Thank you for such an experience !

We had a large group of novice divers. The Dive shop was super organized with preparing gear and sizes. The rental gear was in good condition. The guide was clear with instructions and pre-dive planning, and very knowledgeable and helpful.

We had some excellent dives on the Cozumel marine park with Dune. Great friendly guides from the first day to the last, great marine life, good Mexican snacks between dives, etc. The only opportunity for improvement I would mention would be the logistics involved in sharing the boat with other dive centres which sometimes may result in going to repeated dive sites (since choosing the dive site seems to be voting-based between instructors). A word of appreciation to all the staff and dive guides who nevertheless strive to give you a great experience.

Well organised dive company, great information when we asked and a guide who make us feel comfortable and safe underwater. There is a lot to discover, we saw very beautiful eagle rays. We would dive here again immediately. Many thanks to Dune!

Awesome guides for a group of 8. Facilities are great and gear well kept, very clear communication and helpful with refreshing if needed and dive breefing. It was 5 of my family members first ocean dives and the instructors were very helpful with finding the proper weight and proper dive sites to go for their abilities.
