Gonzalo was the most friendly, funny, and kind host. He’s extremely welcoming and got the party started. - 157caryk0 contributionsAll Inclusive Yacht Party DayOn Sunday, March 9th my friends and I went on this legendary yacht experience. Our boat was led by the wonderful Vicky, Nery, Aban, and Charly. They were the kindest, most fun people. They definitely made the day spectacular. The ceviche and guacamole provided by the expert chef was delicious and quite the generous portion. The drinks were exceptional and I seemed to never have an empty cup in hand. The crew constantly made sure we’re were enjoying, dancing, eating and drinking as much as possible. The boat had paddle boards, roll-out lillypad for basking on the water and they let us jump off the side to our hearts content. They always emphasized that “this was our boat for the day, so do what You wish”. 10/10 recommend! If I come back to Tulum I’ll be back 100%.Written 13 March 2025

I'm in the highest end of the luxury travel sector as one can be, so I'm a little bit jaded, and my expectations are not as flexible.
Riviera Elite charters delivered from the very beginning, which started with their website, a truly well-done website that allows you to get a good idea of all of your costs, offerings, availabilities, etc. Then the experience on the telephone and the descriptions of each sailing itinerary were, again, excellent.
Then we get to payment (usually a hassle), but they not only made it easy, but they also explained different ways of paying and how they pay commissions and so forth.
Now to the experience, the boat itself was probably a solid eight insofar as its condition of it; the food was a 7.5, the service was a 9, and the hospitality and ambiance scored a ten each. Our family Butler rated the value as very good for the money even though it was a $2,000 experience.
They have our business from now on, and I'm sure it will only get better.

We actually did a 6-hour on a 40’ Catamaran from Cozumel Island to Columbia Reef, El Cielo reef and El Cielito. It was unforgettable. The sandbar at El Cielito is a dream. Stingrays swam around us while we were in the water the entire time. I doubt anything will top this experience. Scoured reviews for weeks prior to the trip and was hesitant to book over negative comments (other companies not this one). However, glad we booked because it absolutely exceeded every expectation. Excellent communication all the way from inquiry to reservation to day of. Alex met us at the taxi drop and even walked us back to ensure we got a return can to the port. Luis made us feel completely safe and confident while snorkeling. Food was great 🍤 🍗 🥑 Drink service excellent 🍺 🍹 We were catered to and treated so kindly the entire time. Should we ever return to Cozumel we’ll be sure to do this again and hopefully get the same crew. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The sandbar at El Cielito truly is a dream, especially with stingrays swimming around you the entire time – what an incredible experience!

One of the best days of the vacation in Mexico.
The crew led by Vicki was truly amazing and went above and beyond the top level of customer service. The other crew members Manatee 1,2,and 3 were the best group of guys we could have had on the boat. The food was over the top amazing and the best guacamole we have ever eaten. Vicki and the guys paid attention to every detail and made sure the trip was very enjoyable. I have limited use of my right arm due to recent surgery and they made sure I did not miss any part of the fun.
We had food served to us in the ocean on a paddle board, first time for that and it was delicious. We chose the fajitas for lunch and the amazing food continued. Vicki made some amazing drinks (spicy margaritas) and never let our cups get empty. I highly recommend this trip and this crew. Wish we would have done the whole day vs half.

Vicky, Alan, Cruz, & Captain Covix) were AWESOME! Vicky was friendly and welcoming. She is a delight and has a big heart. Alan made great drinks and was a great help during snorkeling. He was able to show us a lot of fish and we even got to see a sting ray up close! Chef Cruz made the BEST and FRESHEST ceviche and guacamole. His cheeseburgers were very tasty. Captain Covix was very accommodating. He gave us many options for fun. This Crew gave us smiles and wonderful memories. Highly recommend!

The only positive is that they refunded my deposit in a timely manner—3 months prior to our vacation,my group of 4 excitedly booked our 6 hour (we added an extra hour for sunset) catamaran for July 10th. From May-July 9th, I was in ACTIVE contact with the company. I even received a conformation July 9th detailing where we are meant to meet the boat. 10am on the day of our trip, I received a text CANCELLING our boat for the day due to an alleged boat problem that was unfixable in time. There was NO alternative vessels offered and we were at a complete loss for the day. As this was our last day in Mexico, we could not reschedule. This was a huge blow to our group as this was my birthday celebration. Had we been told the night before or early morning, we may have been able to find an alternative. We left Mexico disappointed and warn perspective clients reconsider this company or book your boat trip early on in your vacation incase of another “vessel issue.”

Hello Dee,
I’d like to start by letting you know I’m really sorry we had to cancel your private catamaran charter because we really looked forward to taking you out on the water for an amazing experience.
Unfortunately, the vessel you had book suffered an engine failure the afternoon right before your private charter.
We had our mechanic working it at night but unfortunately, he was unable to fix due to a missing piece we had to order.
For your safety we saw no other option but to cancel your reservation, but before cancelling, we did check with all the other tour operators around the marina for any alternative vessels we could move you to, but since it is high season, I’m afraid everyone was fully booked.
This is something that happens very, very rarely, but we do are really sorry that we were not able to take you out for a great birthday celebration on the water.

Had a fantastic boat tour. The hostess Vickey was great, taking our every order and getting us everything we wanted. Th Captain (Beto), Pinelo, and Axel were all great for the tour. We real relaxed, snorkeled, and lounged on the boat and had the best day. The weather and water was wonderful. Would recommend this private tour to anyone who is looking for a small tour with your loved ones. We all enjoyed it thoroughly.

We went on the 5-hour In-Ha Snorkel & La Bocana tour on the catamaran for my friends Bachelorette party and had an absolute blast. Unfortunately, I and several members of our group got sea sick on the way out to the snorkel spot, but the crew was so kind and friendly they really took care of us to where we were able to rally and enjoy the day. Food and drinks were delicious and the views were stunning. There was a photographer on board that took some of the most amazing drone and photos that we were able to purchase, and also added on private transportation as well which was very well organized. Highly recommend.

Such a great experience. Don’t hesitate to book this tour group. They have it together and are so very accommodating. I booked this for 13 of us to commit my husbands ashes as he wished. It was a very choppy day, the captain found a place that was less choppy and we were able to have a lovely ceremony. We then headed out but it was so rough that 5 of us got seasick. The captain immediately took us to a calm inlet for swimming and snorkeling. It was our choice to skip the second stop but we didn’t miss it at all. Kids had a ball snorkeling, swimming and jumping off the boat. The food was fantastic and the drinks kept coming. The boat is very comfortable with lots of shade areas. Loved all of it. Thanks

Sometimes the weather does not cooperate but we are so happy that you took the alternative plan to go to the sheltered calm inlet La Bocana, which is a great place to have an amazing time with lots of activities, drinks and food!

One word. AMAZING. We had a very small reception of 15 guests for our destination wedding on Cozumel aboard the Windseeker catamaran. There was amazing appetizers, a wonderful meal, and a plethora of drinks with the open bar.
The Captain, Shelly, and Crew allowed us to choose our own adventure while sailing around the island, stopping to snorkel and hang out at a sandbar. Shelly catered to all of our needs and requests. She even delivered us drinks in the water while at the sandbar! The playlists they rocked while on board really got all of the guests grooving too!
One guest was even quoted as saying, “Wow! I feel like I’m in a rap music video! This is awesome!!!”
Major kudos, and hats off to the Windseeker crew. I’d highly recommend to anyone seeking their services!

This trip was so much fun. The snorkeling in the ocean was safe and beautiful. A stingray swam right under me and spent a few minutes swimming with me!
