Everything was fine until I realized I tipped the “show dancers” $50 USD. When I went to the front counter & told them it was an accident, the lady said that someone would be up to help me. A lady came up with one of the dancers & opened the box with the key. $3 USD rolled up dollars & a couple of pesos were in the box which was impossible because our group had almost 20 people and everyone put money in there. I know I threw a $50 USD in the box by accident and the fact that they took it out and she said “no one opened it” was a bold face lie. It’s honestly no wonder why Mexico has the stigma they do. Super unfortunate to not just be honest. Everything is about money here instead of integrity. Will not be back.

This tour is too much the company needs to eliminate 1 thing. The last thing one wants to hear is you got 1 hr. By the time you change clothes and shower then do it again afterwards your down to 30 minutes in the cenotes. As for Chichen Itza 1 hr is not enough to see 1 of the 7bwonders of the world. Personally I believe you need 1.5 to 2 hrs to enjoy. Especially when you come this far and pay what you do. As for the meal it's buffet style so you either get enough or you don't like it. Valdiod was a joke, what are you to see or do in 20 minutes. The one thing I really hated was feeling rushed and the sales pich everywhere. The driver was also on his cell phone. The other thing they need to do is divide and conquer as if your in Cancun your the 1st one being picked up but last dropped off, so it makes for a long day. Tulum your in the middle and Playa del Carmen is the best. So they need to take people by zones instead of trying to make this all about money and hearding as many people as they can. With all this in mind would I do it again, probably not at least the way it's currently structured or done.

If you have transportation, I don't think that a tour guide is necessary. There are plenty of informative displays in English, French, Spanish and Maya. A self-paced tour allows you to really take in what you're seeing and appreciate how people lived hundreds of years ago. The cenote can be experienced without a guide as well. In valladolid can be explored with the help of a tour guide.

I got a call from host at 12.30am asking if they can put me on a different date which felt literally like a harassment. But they agreed after I requested not to change my booking. Apart from this incident, the rest of the experience was actually good! But I had to reduce two stars since the incident is definitely not acceptable. Tip - it’s a long trip, pack some snacks!

very organized tour. We were picked up by small bus in each location and then gathered to a big bus. Breakfast of sandwich was included and unlimited water, soft drinks and beer was provided. There were 3 people served this tour, tour guide, assistant and driver which took good care of us. The tour guide gave very detailed introduction of each attractions and mayan culture. The assistant helped with tour drinks and took trash in time. The driver provided a smooth driving experience. There was also a professional site tour guide in Chichen Itza included in the tour. No additional cost except the drinks during lunch, not mandatory. The only part I would prefer to have an improvement is if we could spend less time in lunch and more time in Chichen Itza.

Good for a trip with families and friends. The buffet is really good. All the food and drinks are tasty and delicious. Recommend to go.

This was an amazing day tour. Schedule was really packed yet we had sufficient time for each site visit. The tour guide, Carro, was really friendly and enthusiastic. Was a bit time-consuming in the beginning where people had to gather at one place and get assigned to different routes/buses; would be great if we could get picked up in the same manner as how we were brought back to hotel. But overall it was a great experience and I was able to visit all the places that I wanted to visit and had enough time for each location, which was truly awesome!

Do not book with this provider. Our group had a disappointing experience, as they sold us a specific boat that they never actually had in their fleet. On the day of the tour, we were told that the boat had experienced an engine failure. Instead, they provided us with an old, poorly maintained boat that was nothing like the one originally promised. We strongly recommend choosing a reputable tour provider for a better experience.

I booked this tour with high expectations, drawn in by the advertised photos and description. Unfortunately, the actual experience fell far short. The boat provided was not the one shown in the pictures they provided, and we were not informed of this change prior to the tour. They contracted us many times to try to upswell additional tours but only after arriving to port the boat they sold us on mysteriously has mechanical issues. This lack of communication and transparency was extremely disappointing and greatly impacted our enjoyment. When I contacted the tour operator to address the issue, my request for a refund was declined. The booking platform, also failed to hold the operator accountable for their false advertising, which added to the frustration. This experience did not meet the professional standards I expected, and I cannot recommend this tour or operator to others. Travelers deserve accurate information, clear communication, and better service. The tour operator falsely claimed in response to a previous post that we had requested a larger vessel, which is untrue. In reality, they sent us photos of a larger vessel and offered it to us unsolicited. They sent pictures of a vessel they do not have access to (according to the boat crew). Additionally, they misrepresented the transfer charges from the hotel zone, had our group taken transfers independently through Uber they would have been significantly less. When asked how they would remedy the situation, they offered additional tours at a discount. It was only after we contacted our payment processor that they agreed to provide a partial refund, which still did not reflect the difference in the vessel they provided. This lack of transparency and accountability makes them an untrustworthy company.

Had an amazing time at Xcaret Park in Cancun! The local tour was fantastic – so well-organized and full of cultural highlights. From the breathtaking underground rivers to the incredible live performances, every moment was unforgettable. Highly recommend this experience if you’re visiting Cancun!
