    What to Expect
Hotel pickup at 8am in Playa del Carmen. Arrival to Coba will be around 9:00 am.  Coba in Maya means “water stirred by wind” and it is an ancient Mayan urban center surrounded by rain forest, lakes and cenotes. You can walk under the tall trees and observe exotic birds and other animals that live there. If you feel more adventurous, you can climb the tallest pyramid in the Mayan Peninsula Nohuch Mul (“large mound”) and get a breathtaking view as a reward.

After a great time here, your driver will be waiting to take you to the 'Sacred Blue Cenote' of Ik Kil where you can swim in the waters of this natural well inside a cave covered with lush vegetation. Then, you will enjoy a buffet lunch at the cenote's restaurant.

After lunch, you will head to visit one of the seven wonders of the world, the most important and impressive archaeological site of the Maya culture - Chichen Itza.  You will explore the site with your guide and stay there for about 2 to 3 hours. Chichén Itzá was a center of commercial and religious power and is considered one of the most important vestiges of pre-Hispanic culture. See its main landmarks, including El Castillo.

Arrival to Playa del Carmen will be around 6:30pm.
