Our private walking tour with Leo was a fantastic way to begin our SMA vacation. Leo’s enthusiasm for history and his love of this beautiful city were contagious. He gracefully adjusted the pace of the tour to accommodate our walking abilities. Highly recommended!!!

        Diego was fantastic
2 hour private tour, customized to our requests. Good mix of history, art, culture. Perfect way to know the city when you get into town.

        Do this tour
This was a great tour. It was a half day tour to Dolores and Atontonilco. Diego and his driver picked us up from the Rosewood at 9am. We are a family of four with 2 kids (9 and 7 years old) and we were picked up in a private/clean van. Diego speaks great english and he is very smart especially when it comes to Mexican/Religious history. We went straight to Dolores and he showed us the historical significance of the city. We walked to the mercado where he got us some fresh carnita tacos. The tacos were delicious. After we got some ice cream. The ice cream in Dolores is different since they have the strangest flavors of Ice Creams like avocado, ceviche, bean. Since the tour was private, I asked Diego to skip a few things so we can visit the Jose Alfredo Jimenez house and tomb. He is my favorite mexican singer/songwriter and even if you are not into marachi music, I am confident you have heard some of his music. This was truly the highlight of the trip for me especially his house/museum. After we went to the town of Atotonilco where Diego bought us some sopes/gorditas from a local street vendor. I don't believe food was included in this trip but Diego treated us to tacos, sopes, and ice cream. We visited the church which was amazing. After Diego dropped us off around 3p and the tour was over. Diego is great and I guarantee you will not go wrong with any of his tours. Highly recommend.

        A pleasant experience!
We booked the tour wanting a more personalized experience . We were picked up at our hotel by Angie , our guide , and the driver. The car was a suv and very comfy and they both always opened the doors , extra nice! She was even early , we didn’t have to wait. We both loved Angie and would recommend her . Very knowledgeable and we were able to have fun and kid around also . Will definitely recommend ! Steve & Jeff , San Antonio , Texas

Dolores Hidalgo, Atotonilco, and Lavender Fields tour
Our tour with Angie was great! We had a really awesome day and got to see several different and interesting places and sights. The pickup, transportation, and overall coordination were very convenient. Our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and had great insight into the landmarks and Mexican history. They were also very flexible and accommodating of our goals for the tour and time at each area. Getting to sample the local food in Dolores Hidalgo was a highlight as well!

Perfect private tour of San Miguel!
Angie was such a fantastic guide! She was so knowledgeable and friendly and even brought visual aids! I suggest doing the tour early in the trip because now we have a great overview of the area and a better understanding of all we are seeing. I would recommend this tour and especially Angie to anyone!

Angie was our tour guide and she did an amazing job with our tour in Guanajuato! She was very knowledgeable and friendly! Also very patient with our group of 6 while taking pictures. She did a very good job of completing our tour in English while explaining the history! 10/10 definitely recommend!

        Thoughtful and friendly tour!
This tour was a fantastic way to see the city. We went earlier in the morning to avoid heat in the afternoon which was a great idea. Angie, our tour guide was so knowledgeable and accommodating, I would highly recommend her! We learned so much about the history of San Miguel.

Blessed sanctuary of San Miguel De Allende
Beautiful and exquisite gem of Miguel De Allende Sanctuary of Atotonilco: Mexico’s Sistine Chapel. The hand painted walls and ceiling are breathtaking.

        Magical Church
While we enjoyed Dolores, we really enjoyed the small town of Atotonilco and the Sanctuary. It is is one of the oldest churches in Mexico and it is so well maintained. While it is small, the artwork and murals are just outstanding and so impressive.

        Worth the splurge
Great experience! Very knowledgeable guide who tailored the tour to our interests and our level. We appreciated having a dedicated driver - it made the whole experience smoother and freed up the guide to provide more information and commentary rather than needing to be focused on driving instead.

The place was fascinating--thanks to our knowledgeable guide. We used the same company for a historic tour as well.
