Day 1 : Marrakech – Imioughlad village – Tizi oussem village.
Departure from Marrakech for a pleasant drive south way up through the Tizi n'Test to arrive at the higher foothills of the Western High Atlas mountains at our trailhead of Imi Ourhlad. Here we alight from our vehicle and meet up with our Berber muleteer crew, always a fun part of any of our treks. We set off up in a north-westerly direction for a 2hour acclimatisation hike up switchback mule tracks to the Tizi n'Tacht (2000m), where we shall stop for a picnic and admire the surrounding valleys and peaks. Thence a slow hike for about 3 hours southwest down along mule tracks to the red clay village of Tizziane (1700m).

Day 2 : Tizi oussem village – Aroumd village.
Once breakfast is over we strike out up through pine and juniper trees to traverse the Tizi M'Zik and descend slowly to the foot of the col just before the hamlet of M'Zik (1806m) where we stop for our picnic amidst orchards of cherry, apple and nut trees and the surrounding peaks. This afternoon, we set off down to the Berber trailhead village of Aroumd, where we may take a welcome hot shower in the “gîte d'étape”.
Day 3 : Aroumd village – Tinghrine village - Marrackech
After breakfast, and with the remarkable Jbel Toubkal at our backs, we set off northwards along winding mule tracks worn into the stark slopes up to the tizi n’tamatert to Tinghrine village, the old village in Imnane valley.
During our walk in this remarkable valley of Imnane, A very beautiful view over several villages: Ikiss, Amssakrou, to become to pass and after 1h30 down to Aguessioual village where the transport will be waiting for the drive to Marrahech.
