Used Gray Line for transport to and from the airport in Cabo. The customer service was unresponsive when I tried to confirm my pick up time from the resort. They kept sending me the same automated messages without answering my questions. When they finally responded they tell me I will be taken to the airport over 3.5 hours before my flight. The airport is only 30 minutes away from my resort! Wasted most of my last day in cabo at the airport. You’re better off getting an Uber or taxi than going with this overpriced shuttle service.

Had to wait just a few minutes. The staff who greeted us where great and kept us informed. The driver made it resort in great time and had an enjoyable experience

Staff was courteous and vehicle was clean. Pick up and drop off were easy. Did have to wait upon arrival at airport but there was a bar to get a drink while waiting.

There was a very long wait. We were told they were waiting for others, however mostly no others showed up. Shuttle was old.

Shuttle was on time. Staff pleasant and courteous and greeted us where they said they would be. Shuttle was comfortable and the ride very timely.

We booked the round-trip shared shuttle from the Cabo SJD airport to our hotel, Riu Sante Fe. The booking process was easy to complete through Tripadvisor; we provided our airport arrival and departure times and flight numbers when booking online. Our flight to Cabo was slightly delayed, so I messaged GrayLine through Tripadvisor and got confirmation that they were aware. They provided clear instructions on how to find the rep at the airport and to avoid the timeshare people at the airport exit. The shuttle arrived soon after we got there, and we piled into the van with a few strangers for a speedy ride (~40 minutes) to our hotel. No issues with the ride to the airport. I docked one star due to the confusing instructions and stressful process for how to confirm the return ride to the airport. We had already provided our return flight info when making the initial booking. I messaged GrayLine through Tripadvisor before we got to Cabo to ask when the return shuttle to the airport would be; GrayLine replied that "Your departure pick up will be provided by our Gray Line Representative located at The Airport or you can call us 24 hours before your departure day". Once we got to the Cabo airport, I asked the rep who was there for the departure pick-up time, and she said that we would get it confirmed later (unclear). Then, two days before our departure date, I got a text message from someone who said they were a GrayLine rep and that we needed to check in with them *in-person* at the resort hotel *by 4pm that same day*, as it was apparently the last day to schedule our return pick-up time (even though it was still 2 days away). The text also said that I should've received a brochure with their photo and contact info - but we had not received such a brochure or info before. So we had to rush all the way back to the resort by 4pm from a tour that we'd been attending to find this rep, who simply printed out a receipt for us and then finally confirmed our pick-up time. Overall, the shuttle rides itself went fine; we got to the airport on time. But the process for confirming our return pick-up ride time was stressful and inconvenient due to the conflicting info I received and the last-minute notice that I actually needed to find someone in-person to confirm my ride. I'd recommend that GrayLine improve their method of confirming the return pick-up time. This could've been handled through the Tripadvisor messaging system instead of in-person.

A very unique experience - glass boat, not glass-bottom boat. Well organized, informative and, though only an hour excursion, was a great value!

Very unorganized service the transportation was late and nothing seemed to be in order. I would not recommend to any family or friends considering it was a poor experience.

Great service they explained everything by email. Fast friendly staff. I would use them again. Air conditioner on the van.

Thankfully, they did pick me up from the airport on arrival and dropped me off at the airport, but I think because I stayed in an Airbnb in Cabo San Lucas, there were several headaches along the way. When I booked the shuttle, I gave the address of the Airbnb. A day later, they messaged me asking for the address. I sent the address again, and they asked if there was a store nearby. I listed some stores that I saw on Google Maps. The day of arrival, I received a WhatsApp confirming, which was good. But when I met the Gray Line staff outside, they asked again where I was going and for the address. Note, I had already given my address twice. Then, the driver asked where I was staying. I told him an Airbnb and gave the address. He asked where that was. I said Downtown Cabo, near WalMart. I heard him tell someone on the phone that he didn't know where to take me and all I said was the address. Note, I've never been to Cabo, so I didn't know how to direct the driver beyond the exact address, which I thought would be enough. The person called him back and he seemed satisfied. Then, he dropped me off two doors down from my Airbnb. The day before, I tried to confirm my ride to the airport. I missed the message back to me, so I tried calling and emailing the "emergency" numbers. No response. I finallly talked to someone in the morning, who asked for my address...again. I don't understand why this is so complicated when I gave the address. But, I got there and back, so all is well that end's well I guess.

Terrible service, long time waiting, they don't try to give the service at all. I was in the lobby for at least 10 minutes and the transport left without even trying to call. When asking about options, they told me to look for a cab without refund. Worst decision to pay to this thieves

Very simple to use never had any issues and it’s very cost effective.For the price you can’t beat them considering how expensive airport shuttles can be.

The airport service was punctual; we were very pleased. Even after some airline delays, I was able to communicate with ease requesting a change in airport pick-up time.

I booked this last minute and everything still went very smoothly. Pick up was exactly as described. It was a very full van but we still got to where we needed to go. Then, for pickup, I had to change my flight so I emailed them, got a response an hour later with my updated pickup time. The driver arrived early and we were on our way. I honestly enjoyed the drive back k to the airport more. But overall, this was a very professional service and I would use them again.
