- FLDEB20 contributionsGreat tour!We had the most amazing tour with Adrian. He took us to see the arch and we took pictures first then we snorkeled. He gave a great tour and even took our photos. It was the highlight of our trip to Cabo. The views are amazing and we saw some beautiful fish.Written 9 June 2024
- Varduhi A0 contributionsGreat company! Excellent serviceVery nice experience. I had horrible experience with Enva tours. Called Aqua activities. They charged me 3 times less. Provided with VIP exceptional experience. I had the whole boat by myself. Made my birthday experience unforgettable. Highly recommend it!Written 22 January 2024
- Leafofnature0 contributionsSnorkeling at Pelican Rock - pick a water taxi insteadI was a bit underwhelmed at the Pelican Rock snorkeling experience. The trip to the Rock was short - in fact, we were dropped there and picked up at an arranged time. So technically, it was a water taxi ride, and for that, it was too expensive. The snorkeling at the rock was nice, we saw many colorful fishes. The beach was pretty crowded (from where we went into the water) but in the water it was nice. The pickup came on time as agreed - so no complaints about our transportWritten 20 April 2023

- kaypree_sun0 contributionsGreat for A beach dayMy fiancé and I needed a boat/beach day. I came across this booking and we did a bit of sightseeing by the arch. I appreciate the email notification of the change in check in time- it was no inconvenience to us but glad they communicated it anyways. Checked in at Dock1 & waited for the captain to get the rest of the group. The group with us was really kind. And the captain dropped us off at Pelican Rock. We’re experienced with snorkeling, so if you’ve never done it before you should probably learn elsewhere. This isn’t “that kind” of tour very hands off & independent to the traveler as we actually very much liked. Pelican Rock was warm, clean, the sun and sand felt great. Saw tons of colorful fish by the rocks. My fiancé and a few other swimmers jumped off the high rock for fun. And as promised we were picked up in an hour & headed back to the Marina. Thanks Little Greg for a fun time! & thanks to our captain who took the great photo of us.Written 21 March 2023
- CheekyEwe0 contributionsBook it!! Captain Elias was great! There just aren’t many tour operators who would bother taking a single (1) passenger out on a tour. Captain Elias was gracious enough to do so, and I got a private tour! We went out from the marina to Pelican Rock and he gave me a preview of the fish in the area by tossing some snacks for them. Wow! Then we went off to the Arc passing Lover’s Beach and a couple others very small with no name on our way. As you can see from my photo of the Arc, there were not enough boats to ruin the view. Elias is clearly knowledgeable about Cabo and the Sea of Cortez—I learned a lot from him. Like all the beaches are public! We chatted about many different things and it was a pleasure. We returned to Pelican Rock, which is actually a beautiful beach with rock formations on which there were brown pelicans galore, juvenile gulls, and even a cormorant. I’m not the most experienced snorkeler and prefer to get in the water from a boat. Elias said it wasn’t okay to do so at Pelican, so beach entry it was. The water was cold at first touch, and thereafter refreshing. I never got chilled. The fish!!! I love that in the ocean creatures swim right up to you, no fear, just curiosity. I saw a trumpet fish, an adorable small puffer, scads of yellow-striped tangs (?) a black angel with dramatic orange tail, coral and filter feeders on the rocks — couldn’t tell much about them because the waves kept pulling me away. They were pink though, a bright pink. Oh and a Parrot Fish! He was quite large, a brilliant green with blue markings. I was so astonished to see him I forgot I had my camera!😂 I chose to snorkel about an hour. Captain Elias picked me up when he said he would. On the way back to the marina I described the fish I’d seen, and he told me their names. I found him accommodating and knowledgeable and would go out with him again! Best snorkel of my vacation.Written 20 March 2023
- Shalini M0 contributionsDisheartening experience, do not recommendI booked this for me and my two kids (14 and 8 years). Communication with the owner was always courteous and he was even able to accommodate us when we needed to reschedule. The snorkeling experience was a disaster. Owner contracted with "Little Greg" and his boat. He was dismissive and unenthusiastic, and took us to a spot which he said was 1200+ feet deep, and provided no training, no explanation, and no safety guidelines. He just told us to wear the snorkeling gear and jump. My daughter and I were not confident swimmers and didn't dare to get in the water. My son is a strong swimmer and was eager to get in. However, since he had never snorkeled before and didn't get any training, we didn't realize that part of his snorkeling pipe was back in the water when he went in. He took in mouthfuls of salty water, and I saw him flailing about and coughing up. He was so uncomfortable that he didn’t want to be in the water for more than 5 mins and was sick afterward. Right beside us, I saw another group out snorkeling, where the kids were being led by a swimmer, holding on to a safety ring and guiding them through the water as they snorkel. I had no idea that I had signed up for something that does not include any guidance and will just abandon us into the water without any help or training. We essentially ended up paying $155 for just a boat ride around Pelican beach and Lover's beach, something you can get in a water taxi for just $5 per person.Written 27 February 2023

- travelingmomNYC0 contributionsDon't book ahead of time -- you will pay 10X as muchSo to be clear, Pelican Rock is awesome -- great fish, a nice rock you can climb and jump off, etc. But this "snorkeling and sightseeing adventure" by Aqua Activities is a scam. It is literally just connecting you to a water taxi (which would charge you $5 to take you to Pelican Rock), and the guy will have a handful of old, cheap, broken snorkeling masks. Seriously. There's no "tour", and this isn't an outfit with its own boat -- it's just a way for someone to charge you an outrageous price online and keep most of it as a commission. It's kind of like Airbnb but without any quality control or review. So don't book ahead of time -- when you get to Cabo, people will be falling all over themselves to taxi you out to Pelican Rock (it's super close -- you caWritten 9 January 2020

- Tami C0 contributionsAmazing tourEagle divers did an amazing job with this tour! We went out early and beat all the crowds to see the arch and sea lions. We also snorkeled by pelican rock. By the time we finished many more people had arrived. Our tour guide was so helpful. He gave us a bottle of did for the fish. A couple of bottle squeezes and we were swarmed by all kinds of tropical fish. The tour was just my sister and I. I highly recommend you give them your business. The tour was great and less than half the price of an excursion through the cruiseline.Written 14 April 2019

Great trip with Captain Elezer on Little Greg. After an hour ride we made it to Chilenos Bay for some great snorkeling. Afterwards we headed back toward town, but first we cruised along with a group of dolphins. Then the captain sees a bunch of boats in the distance, and must have spotted a whale, so he zoomed out towards those boats. We then proceeded to follow some humpback whales for several minutes, getting very close to the whales. I'd definitely recommend this trip.

We went on a GREAT snorkeling trip today with Captain Enrique and Memo our guide. Can't say enough good things about how wonderful the excursion was....from the tour around the arches to the amazing snorkeling in both locations to seeing several whales that they took the time to find. They went above and beyond to make our trip amazing. Also loved the smaller boat with just 7 of us total. If you're looking for a shorter snorkeling trip, would HIGHLY recommend Enrique and Memo!

Took a trip with Captain Elezer aboard Little Greg. We kept a loose schedule but the captain has a gr3at network of other boat captains who immediately informed him of whales swimming just north of the Marina entrance. We let out after them and closed in at a respectable distance to give the 4 whales space. We followed the whales about 14 kilometers north Cabo San Lucas with them taking turns breaching and swimming. We then proceeded to the Cabo Arch for pics on both sides of it Pacific and Sea of Cortez. Then it was beautiful snorkeling time followed by a fantastic brunch at a nearby LoCal seafood vendor who we asked the captain about. Wow, what a morning,!!

This was a very average snorkel trip. Everything ran smoothly and was as advertised. Our "guide" was nothing more than a capable captain who got us where we needed to be. The snorkeling was fine, with a descent amount of fish but no other sea creatures to speak of. My family has snorkeled many times in various countries and would like a little more of a knowledgeable "guide" but given that there was only one guy he couldn't very well leave the boat and join us in the water! It was fine though, given the price. We weren't looking for the booze cruise type of outing so I appreciated that this was a more "bare bones" operation. We felt completely taken care of and safe throughout the experience.

Make sure to call the night before to get the meeting point information or you will be lost.
This was one of the best snorkeling trips I’ve had. Both Santa Maria and Chileno Bay had tons of fish to look at. Chileno had reefs and a little more variety of fish. The time of the trip is great because you beat the other tours and the crowds. We had both locations to ourselves and had a small group (6). We did have a few people, in our group, get stung by Jellyfish, in both locations, so be aware. The captain had vinegar aboard in preparation for jellyfish but never warned us of them. The snorkeling gear wasn’t the best but worked. The captain provides life jackets, water, snacks and bread to feed the fish. You have to bring your own towels.
Overall, great boat ride to the snorkeling sites (you will get up close to the arch and get opportunities to take photos & you’ll stop by pelican bay) and the snorkeling is exceptional!!

We wanted to visit 2 specific beach areas for our snorkeling adventure, Santa Maria and Chileno Bay. Eagle divers was the best price we could find. Enrique took us through the marina and slowed down just as we got out of the marina area so we could watch the rays sailing out of the water. Both Santa Maria and Chileno Bay had a ton of fish. I would definitely recommend getting out as early as possible. These are popular spots. This is self guided snorkeling so if you want someone in the water with you then consider a different tour. We have 2 kids, 6 & 9 and they both enjoyed it. Eagle divers was great!

My small family was lucky enough to randomly find Eagle Divers for our snorkeling trip in Cabo. Memo and the captain were very knowledgeable and very kind people. We went to two great spots and saw so many fish! I would return again and definitely use Eagle Divers and request Memo!
