Total rip off . Do not book.
What a rip off! First of all it took forever to find the booth. There was no information on the business number address. We had to ask a local vendor to call the phone number. Finally we found the spot and the lady took forever to get us the snorkeling gear and finally spoke to one of the boat men to give us a lift to the beach. We weren’t given life vest and were not able to do the snorkeling since the ocean was deep and the waves were heavy that day. Total waste of $230.000. Do not book. Save your money and book once you get there you might be able to find a better deal one you get there👎.

The trip was represented as a glass bottom boat tour. The boats on this tour are not the clear boats used by other companies, or even have glass bottoms. The panga type boat used by this tour has what looks like 2 converted live bait wells, with a 24 inch by 16 inch piece of algae covered glass in the bottom. We did see fish over side of the boat, but nothing through the glass. in fact, the glass bottomed areas were used to store lifejackets.

Good idea, leaves a lot to be desired.
It’s an “Adventure Park” though the adventures are mediocre at best. The zip line is very short, the zoo was tiny, the water park was not working, the ATV ride is dusty and sort of boring, but the worst is that you’re trapped there in between shuttles. We were unable to leave - so naturally we went to the restaurant on site. The place was empty, which is fine- but then our waiter kept disappearing. Every time I went to look for him, he was chatting with his peers, would see me, jump up and try to remember where things were with us (taking the order, bringing a drink, bringing the food). The food was ok, the craft beer was weird, the ceviche was a salsa “soup”. I don’t think it was made as ceviche, but precooked fish thrown into salsa. But we couldn’t leave so didn’t have a choice. For those traveling with kids, there’s a small zoo with some neat animals (alligators, turtles, some macaws) but the water park was being redone (so not working) My last trip to Cabo, the local ATV tour was way better, more city sights, less dust, and we weren’t trapped). On the plus side, our ATV tour guide was great, and most everyone spoke good English (wish I spoke Spanish, but was thankful)

          Strong swimmer activity
This is an activity for advance/strong swimmers! If you are not that strong of a swimmer, there is no shame in asking for a life jacket. This activity is an all day event so pack accordingly. A big shout out to our driver who puts in the long hours in making this event memorable.

          Be more clear with instructions
Boat wasn’t where it was supposed to be. The instructions for where the boat is parked was unclear. I called them, no answer if they answered they hung up. It said the guide spoke English, but that wasn’t the case.

          Nice little excursion
The trip was nice. Balandra beach is beautiful but beware of the sting rays no one tells.you about. You can get in the water or Hike to the top of a hill that over looks the area. The second Beach was nice too, there was bars and little restaurants to grab a snack Lunch that was provided was also good. Todos Santos was cute too but not much to do except see Hotel California. Take some cash bc if you need to use the bathroom it will cost you 10pesos everytime We where taken in a van which was not conformable at all for us as we ended up in the very back that seats 4-but not 4 adults comfortably- that was my only complaint. Antonio was nice and informative.

          Whale Shark Snorkel Trip
We had a fantastic experience and got to swim with several whale sharks! Michelle and all of the crew members were knowledgeable, friendly, and a lot of fun! It's a day my husband and I will remember. Swimming next to a 25-foot whale shark isn't something you get to experience every day. I would highly recommend this tour if you're adventurous want to swim with the gentle giants in the Sea of Cortez.

          No Show
They changed pick up time from 6:00 am to 4:00 am. The driver did not show up to pick us up. We tried to call the company several times and could not get through the phone till 7:00am. The person who spoke on the phone did not know what was going on. Later the company said that “ car broke down “. It seemed it was an excuse. This company does NOT have a sense of responsibility at all. We do NOT trust this company. We do NOT recommend this company.

          ¡No Bueno!
*Long and Detailed Review* This trip was not what it was advertised to be. The first ding is the pick up time was changed to 3:30 am. The driver didn’t arrive until a little after 3:45 am. We stopped at three other resorts. At one resort we waited for over 10 minutes for the passengers (This was a theme because they were late getting back to the van at EVERY STOP!). At another resort no one ever showed up. We rode for 2 hours to our first stop, Balandr a Beach. It was about 6:45 am. We had two hours there. There was really nothing to do, except take pictures. We did not really know what was going on because the driver did not speak English well enough to communicate with us (the only Americans on the tour). We listened to the driver explaining everything to the others on the tour, in Spanish, but we got some basic explanations that we just had to kind of figure out on our own. The description of the tour stated there would be breakfast sandwiches included. Ha! Nothing in sight, except one of the other drivers for the same company selling burritos out of his van. Three burritos for $3...bean, beef, and ham and egg burritos (one of each). There was water in a cooler, but no ice. We left there over 2 hours later because we had to wait on “that couple”. We went to what seemed like around the corner to Tecolote Beach. We could actually get in the water here. There was a restaurant to order food and get snacks. The restroom did not have any water or soap. You could not flush the toilet. Thank goodness for portable soap and bottled water. We stayed here for over 2 hours as well. You know...same couple. After another 2-hour ride. We arrived in La Paz. We were taken to this pearl jewelry store. It seems that we (Americans) were targeted to be harassed to buy something. We DID NOT! We had about 45 minutes to an hour before it was time to ride to the restaurant for the included lunch. That was okay. Then we rode another 2 hours to Todos Santos. The sights were the “Hotel California” shopping district. We had an hour or so there as well. Then we headed back for our 2-hour return ride to our hotel. The driver was falling asleep. He drank an energy drink, water, pulled over and had one of the ladies who was riding up front out water in his eyes, he stopped at the toll booth to use the restroom, and he was driving really fast, then slower. We finally arrived back at our resort about 6:30-ish. It was NOT a pleasant trip. I feel it was a big waste of money and time.

          Avoid
Please do not take this tour if you are not completely fluent in Spanish. Nowhere was it mentioned in the description, nor when I contacted the company to try to reschedule (never got a response for that btw) that the tour guide only spoke Spanish. I know enough to get around, but it is imperative that the company mentions somewhere, since it seems like a pretty important detail to leave out. And while I'm very wary of sounding like "that" tourist, it's literally a 16 hour trip. Spending it with not one single other person (none of the other passengers spoke English) was a very isolating and alienating experience, and not how I would've chosen to spend part of my vacation. Other things worth mentioning are that when I booked the trip, it said that pick up was at 6 am. I get an email at 10 pm the night before that says pick up is actually at 4:20 am. Then I get a knock on my door from the front desk at 4 am saying that they're here. Also, the trip to Balandra was supposed to be 2 hours. It was 4. With no food for the first two. Description also said sandwiches would be provided. There were no sandwiches :) The description said the van would have ac, which is great when it's 90° outside. Not so great when it's 4 am and the sun isn't up yet and the ac is blasting and you're dressed for a day at the beach. Todos Santo was a complete waste of time and there really isn't much to do in town besides look around the tourist trap shop they drop you off at. (La Paz is nice, but they literally dropped us off at a jewelry store for an hour. I would've preferred spending my time elsewhere in town). Lastly, there were absolutely no masks worn by the passengers at all during the trip, and no mask compliance was informed. Go on this trip at your own risk.
