Ernesto is a wonderful person! Friendly, kind tour guy! Great tour from Cabo to La Paz. Enjoyed our time!! Balandra is a beautiful beach, lunch was delicious!

Terrible customer service and lack of compassion from this operator. No communication about their pick-up policies. After informing him that we had a toddler, baby and luggages, he didn't explain or give a reason why we had to walk 2km to be picked up from our hotel/resort. And when I complained, he solely went ahead without confirmation to cancel the booking, by providing a partial refund and retaining money for no service.

Good communication about pickup time. Arrived right on time and got us to the airport quickly and safely. Highly recommend.

Scenic day visiting two cities and a beach. Lots to see and would advise getting snacks at the breakfast stop for the beach. And if you can walk over to the mushroom to get the best pictures first.

I reserved this tour for my party of 4 "American" sized adults. Ricardo was our guide. His car was clean and air conditioned, and he was a safe driver, and he supplied bottled water and beer in a cooler in his trunk for us. He picked us up promptly at 7am, as his confirmation text the evening before informed us, Unfortunately, he came with a 4 door "spec" vehicle. Three of us were VERY snug and uncomfortable in the back seat. Needless to say, it was a long 10 hour day. I thought we'd be having a tour, but it was more like an UBER ride, just the transportation. Ricardo was soft spoken, gentlemanly and answered our questions, but did not provide any unsolicited information about the area or our destinations. He dropped us off in a parking lot by the waterfront port in LaPaz at 10am and told us to walk toward the right on the waterfront, if we wanted lunch. He would be waiting in 2 hours. Not really knowing why we were there, we looked up the town of LaPaz on-line, and found the cathedral where mass was ending. We walked around the church and were done in about 10 minutes. We may have missed it, but there did not seem to be much for tourists to do in LaPaz. I called driver Ricardo and told him where we were. He promptly came to pick us up at the cathedral and drove us to Playa Balandro (reminded me of a State Park with a beach). We arrived there about 11:45am, and that is when we learned that we could not enter the park until 1pm, so there we sat, confined in the small car, with street vendors walking by the car offering to sell us fruit. We were permitted to enter this beautiful park on the Sea of Cortez, to use the beach for 2 hours. We were not looking to sit at the beach, we had one of those at our resort which we could access on our own. We found the car in the parking lot after about 45 minutes and headed to Todos Santos, a lovely village where we had our early dinner and a bit of shopping before the town closed up and we headed back to Cabo. En route both ways we stopped at a gourmet market, with coffee, pastries, cheeses and a lovely garden. This was probably the highlight of the day. Overall we felt we wasted our day of vacation in Baja Mexico on this tour. We expected more of a tour than just transportation around the countryside. I would recommend, if you want to go to LaPaz, check out a tour bus. It might be a great town, we just couldn't find much of interest, roaming around on our own, with no guidance. Todos Santos was worth the stop. It was a shame we could not have spent more time there. Next time, I will ask more questions before booking such a private excursion.

Ricardo was the perfect guide and companion for our day trip to La Paz and the beaches. The restaurant he picked for our dinner in Todos Santos was absolutely perfect for great food, drinks and watching the sunset. And the mezcal tasting he took us too was amazing. Next time we are in Los Cabos area we will be connecting with Ricardo again for more trips!

This was a wonderful experience! Ricardo was punctual, polite, personable and very knowledgeable- and because it was a private tour, he was able to tailor it to exactly what we wanted. Definitely coming back!

We had an amazing experience on this all day trip. Our driver was very informative and accommodating to our needs. The views on the places we visited were so breath taking that everyone should experience it in their lifetime. By having taken this tour we were able to enjoy the experience rather than renting a car and getting lost somewhere. We did speak to someone who lives in Cabo San Lucas originally from Canada and they told us they have been living in Cabo for over 15 yrs and got lost trying to visit some of the same locations we visited. If you want an enjoyable experience visiting different parts of Baja California Sur this is a must tour.

So, the whole trip started off on the wrong foot. Our private trip was cancelled last minute and they asked us to join a group trip. We decided to do it anyways and I am so glad that we did! If you go, make sure that Bernardo is your guide! His English is perfect! He worked overtime translating everything in English and Spanish. He worked his butt off to make sure we all had a great time! We stopped at this tiny place for breakfast and everything was amazing! Authentic food and it was delicious! He even had to help us order because minimal English was spoken there. We had a blast, the beaches were beautiful and we enjoyed the entire day! If you get a chance- do this tour! We had a blast!

The place contacted me 24 hours ago to tell me that I needed to be out front at 4:50 AM less than 10 hours before the event was to take place. They contacted me to tell me the beach was closed on Sunday and they were unable to facilitate the trip.

This trip was incredibly beautiful and breath taking a whole new experience with beautiful sceneries

An incredible day from start to finish. Ricardo picked us up on time and took us to incredible places on a very flexible schedule. We had a wonderful time and it was really nice to have a private guide and car for th day. We definitely would do this trip again and highly reccomend this tour company. La Paz, Balandra, and Todos Santos were beautiful and the long day was totally woth it.

Communication was clear with the company which I appreciate. We had to meet our tour guide outside our hotel gate. Our tour was not bilingual therefore we couldn’t ask any questions or get recommendations. La Paz was just okay. It wasn’t worth the 2 hour drive from Cabo. The beach was also nice but not worth waiting an hour to get in. We cut our trip short because daughter got sick. The car was small for all 4 of us, but again most disheartening part was that we couldn’t communicate with our guide.
