        Terrible
I requested a refund before the cancellation policy requirements. I did not attend the trip. Trip Advisor made it very difficult to cancel the trip and speak to costumer service.

        Tomasopo Waterfalls
We booked a day trip to visit Tomasopo waterfalls. It was a wonderful experience. Our guide Issac Perez who is very knowledgeable in the history geography and customs in the region gave us a great tour and wonderful day.

Me and my mom book this tour to see the waterfalls! Issac did not disappoint! My mother wanted to take pictures but Issac took me into water and exploring through caves. He was very knowledgeable and made everything go smooth! Highly recommended if you in this area.

        Best Guide
No trip has ever gone smoother, with each appointment in an extensive itinerary timed so well. Our guide, Isaac, has all the connections: the parking, the hotels, the places to eat, the private off-hours tour of Edward James' private house, the Leonora Carrington museum, the Tamul waterfalls, and most impressively, the Surreal gardens of Edward James. Isaac's knowledge (across every field) is extensive, almost encyclopedic, but he doesn't feed you pedantic memorized factoids. He has a light touch, but great depth and a sense of humor. He knows the landscape thoroughly through his own lifelong explorations and his reading. He was truly an ideal guide, giving us space when we needed quiet or intimate time, and being friendly, conversational, and present whenever we didn't. If I plan another tour in Mexico-- maybe the Day of the Dead or cliff rappelling-- I'd want to do it with him.

        Tampaón River Rafting was excellent!
The customer service was excellent from the very start. My family and I were staying in San Luis Potosi and decided to visit La Huasteca Potosina for a day. After getting some feedback from Alejandro through Whats App, we decided on rafting on the Tampaón River. Everything was so well planned! Isaac, our guide picked us up from our hotel in San Luis Potosi and drove us to Tanchachin near the Tampaón River. A breakfast stop was included with delicious gorditas and the best café de oya I've ever tasted. The tour also included snacks and flavored/drinking water. Once we got there, our guide explained how the rafting would work and introduced us to our rafting guides. The tour even has a GoPro that they attached to our gear so we could film our rafting trip. And then we were off! Words cannot describe how incredibly beautiful the scenery is. The rapids were fun but not too intense and the guides were absolutely amazing. We were very impressed with the whole rafting experience. On the way back they took us to eat typical regional foods of the area. Delicious! Our ride home was enjoyable and informative as well. Once the tour was over they followed up with us regarding the videos and pictures taken during the rafting trip. This tour group is awesome! If we have the opportunity to travel in the area again we will definitely use them.

        Must see experience !
This trip is an absolute must when visiting San Luis. The waterfall and cave were otherworldly , the food was DELICIOUS and authentic , the hotel was so cute, the tour of the Xilitla was a rich beautiful story and architecture, and it was all experienced in gorgeous vast jungles. The art museum is a must see by a immensely creative feminist icon! The tour guide was very educated on very interesting topics. The photos I took cant fully capture the vast beauty!
