Fabulous place to visit. 3-night stay, which felt long enough to do everything we wanted to. Banff Gondola. Hiked along Bow River and hiked up Tunnel Mountain. Hiked around Vermillion Lakes and Rafted the Bow River.

We booked the Hop On Banff bus so that we could see all the best tourist places around Banff without driving. I highly recommend this as it took you to Johnsons Canyon, Lake Louise and Lake Louise Gondola and Moraine Lake. From what we saw, driving there is a nightmare, the traffic is horrific so taking the bus just makes sense. Plus the drivers and the guides are all really nice, they take the time to talk to you and personalize your day making sure you know when and where to catch the bus and what to see. They also talk to you about the locations, the wildlife and the history of the area. We were able to plan our day and make it fit in with what interested us and what we wanted to do, as there was ample time at each stop. Best decision ever to book with them.

So pleased we booked this tour. We had a fantastic day and fitted so much in thanks to Tyler and Dominique assisting with our own adventure style tour. We managed to visit Johnston Canyon, Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. At each destination we had plenty of time to explore and take photos before boarding the bus and going on to our next scenic stop. Great value for money and highly recommend.

Tyler was our guide (and owner) for most the stops of this creative tour company. He helped us figure out which route was the best for us to do. We would highly recommend this tour. Great way to see Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and Johnston Canyon. It would have been impossible to find parking if we had driven ourselves. Tyler is very personable and the other tour guide is very humorous.

Our guides visited with each group on the bus so we could plan our day. They marked our schedule on the itinerary so we would know when to get back on the bus, and everything worked out perfectly. We were able to visit the most popular places and not worry about parking. We were very happy with this tour.

The hosts were amazing. Very informative & friendly. Even came back pick us up when we missed the bus. They had very entertaining stories to tell & no question was too difficult or silly

We wanted to see Lake Moraine & Lake Louise. This hoponbanff gave us the opportunity to visit both without worrying about parking. Tyler & the others had slew of info on the area which is spectacular. I would recommend them highly.

I took my friends on this tour that came from Philidelphia so they could see Morraine lake in particular, This tour was amazing, no stress and it gave me a day off from driving. I completely recommend it!

Perfect timing for each stop, saw everything we wanted to see in 1 day. Could have never done it in a vehicle, too much traffic and no parking. Saw black bears and a grizzly bear with 2 cubs. Be ready to hike at Johnson Canyon 5km hike to the upper falls and back, have about an hour and 40 mins at the stop.

We spent a full day travelling around the canyons and lakes of Banff. So glad we did, as taking the car would have been a nightmare due to busy/impossible parking at Lake Louise and Moraine. A great way to see the area, with some really helpful and insightful guidance from our guides. Would highly recommend.

Tyler is awesome in responding to my concerns. I missed the bus at the train station based on wrong information. Although I missed it, Tyler rectified the situation and we spoke. He is professional, cordial, courteous and went beyond what I expected in rectifying the situation. Even though I was misinformed as to where the bus picks up at the train station, he promptly solved the issue and went back to the source of misinformation to make sure his customers are not misinformed. This was the best tour we booked hands down. So easy, comfortable and Tyler made sure we had our itinerary planned and helped us decide what was best for our family with 2 younger children. A relaxed, and casual, but fun way to see the sights. Would 100% recommend to my sister and brother in law coming here in September.

I am extremely happy that I booked this tour. It is a great option for people who are on a tight schedule and want to see as much as possible. Also saves the hassle of traffic, parking, etc. Tyler and Dominique were our guides at different points and we absolutely loved them! They are knowledgeable, resourceful and funny! I will definitely book with them again when I return.
