Fantastic service and directions were clear and concise. Driver was very friendly and handled all my luggage. Company followed up day before to confirm from which location I wanted to be picked up. Bus was comfortable and clean and advised of other pickups and drop offs during the journey.

Booked online a few months in advance. The shuttle was on time for our pick up in Canmore and dropped us off on time at Calgary airport. Driver was friendly.

Trip Advisor made this a simple process. Pick your tour, pay for your tour, download tickets, option to place tickets in my iPhone Apple Wallet, put the tour meeting place address in my GPS App, go to the meeting place, hop on the bus, take the tour. Simple and easy! Our tour was beautiful, the scenery amazing and Andrew, our guide made the tour Perfect!

Andrew was a great guide. He was a very safe driver who slowed down on rough roads and bumps. I felt very safe puttying my family of seven (including senior citizen) in his care. He also provided clear instructions at the major attractions and provided some interesting facts about Banff. In terms of the tour, I could do without the Castle Mountain and Vermillion Lakes rest stop. The stops break up the long bus ride and gives the passengers plenty of restroom opportunities, but I'd rather spend more time at Moraine Lake (see below). The 1 hour at Lake Louise was definitely the highlight of the trip. The view was absolutely gorgeous. We spent the time walk around and taking pictures, but to really experience all that Lake Louise has to offer you'll need a couple days: canoeing, Fairview Lookout trail, Lake Agnes Tea House, and Little Beehive (or Big Beehive and Plain of 6 Glaciers hike for the strong adventurers.) The main reason why we booked this tour was for the transportation to and from Moraine Lake (only accessible by busses). I thought we'd need half-a-day to enjoy the lake, but the 1 hour at Moraine Lake was enough time to head to the waterfall at the end and back. It'd be great if we had another hour so that we could hike up to Rockpile and/or rent a canoe. Overall, I'd recommend this as a family option. It's a great teaser for Lake Louise and gives you nearly all the time you need for Moraine Lake.

Vivo Green cancelled our booking the day before our trip to Lake Louise. They offered us an upgrade but we would have to pay an additional 180 dollars with only 10% discount! It felt as if they were backing us into a corner as it is so difficult to book anything the day before. " Pay more or you can't go". We are only here for a few days from the UK with children. If businesses cancel, they should provide an alternative without the customers having to pay an additional cost. Vivo Green are already an expensive option and were only interested in taking more money than caring for the customers. We refused their disingenuous offer. Feeling very upset and let down we visited the wonderful Tourist information centre who managed to book the trip to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake for less than our original price! I recommend you work with Banff Tourist information the staff were genuinely interested ensuring we have the best time. Read all the reviews! .

Vivo Green shuttle company is unreliable and unprofessional. I am a woman and I was travelling solo. I had the worst experience with this company, because their shuttle never came to pick me up from the airport and they left me stranded and worried all alone at night, and I was two hours away from my destination and this was their last shuttle of the day. Later I learned from a few people that this company has a bad reputation of sometimes not showing up for pick up of their customers. They will take your money and may never show up to deliver the service. Vivo Green is terrible! They do not care about their customers' safety or their commitment to bring you to your destination. Do not trust their positive reviews! I believe they are fake. If you want a great and reliable shuttle company from Calgary to Banff, then go with BANFF AIRPORTER shuttle company. It is a little more expensive than Vivo Green, but it is worth it, and you will be picked up and delivered on time and safely to your destination. Banff Airporter helped me that night and I arrived at my hotel around 1 am.

The main thing I would recommend is a restroom stop somewhere on the 2 hour trip. Some people who are a little older may need a stop, especially if they are on blood pressure medications.

It is not cheap to get from Banff to Calgary by shuttle. It is almost the same distance from the Toronto Airport to Guelph or Barrie, etc., and there are buses for $13 to $20 etc. But for some reason, transport to Banff is in the 60 to 80 dollar and up range - (one way). That being said, Vivo was the best price, and our driver was very competent and pleasant. He was also right on time. Which was a relief after a very unpleasant On-It experience.

I gave Vivo an excellent review because of their excellent customer service by how they communicate. They are available when you call and will also communicate by email. Even though their phone service is not 24hours, they will address our questions/concerns once they are in operation the next day. I had an issue with the return pick up to the airport and customer service was helpful and responsive. They refunded me my entire fare without any hardship and they were apologetic to what happened. When I return to Alberta, I will use their services again and this time, I will make clear and verify the return pick up location. Thank to all who assisted me.

I had a long layover in Calgary, so I decided to check out Banff while I waited. I walked up to the counter at YYC at around 8:15 and was able to buy a seat on the 8:45 shuttle. Tess (I think?) was very helpful and made sure I booked the right shuttle to get back in time for my flight later that day. My driver Celso was prompt and friendly and drove me and two other passengers to our destinations quickly and smoothly. On my way back, Calen (Kaylen?) was also friendly and a great driver, bringing a full shuttle of people to YYC in short time.

On time, plenty of space. Driver was helpful and didn't have any issues finding the spot at the airport. Highly recommended.

I'm so pleased with this service! I don't drive, but wanted to go to Canmore for a few days. This shuttle picked me up at Crowfoot C-train station and dropped me off across the street from my lodge in Canmore. The drivers both ways were polite, and arrived about 7-12min early. They loaded my gear and it was smooth trails! The interior of the shuttle is comfy, leather seats, well heated. Both rides were crowded but comfortable. Extremely efficient, reliable, and convenient.

Excellent service. High recommend. G was great. Talked to him the entire ride to Banff. Car was practically brand new and was clean.
