Our family had a wonderful experience with Okanagan Tours and Transportation during our visit to Kelowna on December 25, 2024. We had booked their shuttle service from Kelowna Airport to Sparkling Hill Resort and Spa, and despite our flight being delayed by nearly an hour, our driver, Allan, was incredibly understanding, friendly, and professional. From the moment we met him at the airport, Allan greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. He shared interesting information about Kelowna, which added to the experience, and was very attentive to ensure our comfort in the shuttle, adjusting the heating/AC as needed. He went above and beyond to assist my elderly parents-in-law with boarding and alighting the shuttle, which we truly appreciated. Allan’s exceptional service made our trip even more enjoyable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better start to our stay in Kelowna. We highly recommend Okanagan Tours and Transportation and would like to thank Allan for his kindness and professionalism.

Airport transfer Kelowna-Silver Star Mountain. Service was outstanding. Communication excellent & very responsive. Vehicles immaculate. Care taken with our luggage. Drivers friendly. The stops on the way up the mountain great & convenient. Exceptional value for money for our party of 8. Highly recommend.

We used Cheers! Okanagan Tours as our transfer from Kelowna Airport to Sunpeaks resort. Our driver Peter was very responsive by SMS and monitored our flight, which was delayed. He tracked when our flight landed and met us at the airport earlier than scheduled which meant we didn't have to wait at all which was convenient as Kelowna airport is small and has little spaces to wait at other than the Tim Hortons. Peter was friendly, accommodating and knowledgable area as a local. We were dropped at the door of our accommodation and had a smooth, convenient door-to-door experience.

Steve was great. On time. Took advantage of the grocery/liquor store pre-order and pickup option. Worked out well. No issues. Cost effective for 8+ ppl.

They provide a safe ride home for our Year End Party, great communication and flexible. Thank you Cheers Okanagan for everything!

Our host Gregory was fantastic! He took tons of photos and made the day very special. He even suggested and coordinated an additional winery when we were running ahead of schedule! I would definitely recommend using Cheers for your winery excursion!

We always use Cheers to transport ourselves to and from the airport in Kelowna. The drivers are pleasant, personable, and professional. The service is 100-% reliable and the transport vehicles are always very comfortable. You cannot beat having a worry free connection service. We absolutely appreciate their reminder service, too. No parking worries for us at YLW and the price is completely reasonable. We highly recommend this company.

Lou our tour guide was awesome. She taught us so much about wine and was just fantastic to talk to. I went on the tour with my 3 month old son and my mother in law. I think my favourite winery was the Volcanic Hills Winery.

We had such a great time with Lou, who explained everything very clearly. We definitely learned a lot and feel like wine pros now! The wineries where located on beautiful hills of Kelowna and the wines were very tasty. We even bought a view bottles. Just a great experience!

We used the safe ride home option after our wedding! Such a great option to make sure folx get home safe! They were very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions ahead of time. The driver was a gem!

We are a family with 3 young children and it was awesome to be able to enjoy a family friendly wine tour that didn’t break the bank! Peter was our guide and not only was he great with the kids while they got to have a juice tasting he also had so much knowledge so that we could have the best experience tasting at the different wineries!! Highly recommend this company! We will definitely book with them again the next time we are in Kelowna!
