Good food and drinks and great live band who really set the atmosphere. The view was stunning as the sunset and when it got dark it was just as gorgeous.

Easy to find (close to our accommodation anyway!) Very special evening with our kids. So nice to see Vancouver from the water.

The views were great! The food was fairly good but they ran out of dessert. I also think they need to address smokers on the observation deck since it is a small ship and you can't escape the nasty smoke.

The cruise is not bad. Average food compensated by wonderful view. Bad directions to the ship. When you are trying to get directions over the phone the person on a phone has problems understanding that it is your first and may be last visit to Vancouver and could not divide left turn from right turn.

The cruise itself was as we expected. We knew that we wouldn’t see much apart from lights.
The food was ok, I wish I’d ordered vegetarian as that looked good.
What was disappointing was was the service of the drinks waiters. They were very hit and miss. Took my empty g&t glass away without asking if I wanted a refill. Had gone before I could ask. Then towards the end of the cruise came the coffee. Or not. The staff served about 2/3s of our deck before deciding that the rest didn’t need coffee! Went off to do who knows what. Then came to clear the plates while the chief steward came around to take the money for the drinks bills. When asked where the coffee was, his reply was well I sent them around. Don’t think the staff were overly happy when we refused to allow them to remove the coffee cups etc until we had the drink.
Overall not something I would recommend or do again

Weather was good which made cruise enjoyable despite being seated at a table that was less than stellar (table 12). We were by the door to the deck and had non-stop people entering/exiting disrupting our conversation and table setting (due to wind). If ship would do away with this table and the one on the opposite side by the doors, all would be better. Food was good, service excellent. At any other table, a very nice evening.

The crew was customer oriented, the food was plentiful and well prepare and the views were fantastic. However, the parking lot @ the Cruise venue is actually a city owned facility in spite of the signage. After finishing a great experience I found a $40 parking ticket. Not a pleasant memory of Vancouver!

Having enjoyed the Indian Arm cruise several years ago, we were looking forward to seeing our city in the evening with sparkling lights and a beautiful sunset. It was a gorgeous clear evening but unless you climbed the stairs to the outside deck, there was hardly any view to be seen, due to the high degree of reflection on the windows from the inside LED string lights as well as regular pot lights. There was also a highly reflective ceiling treatment. Very little could be seen or appreciated from our window-side table unless you glued your face to the window. The company needs to rethink their lighting when selling the cruise as a chance to view Vancouver's skyline and attractions. As an arthritic senior, I had to pull myself up the stairs to the outside decks to appreciate the wonder of the night skyline. Very disappointing, as the time on deck was short due to the brisk temperatures. The crew and service staff were attentive and the meal was a good buffet.

A very pleasant dinner cruise despite the torrential rain. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. The buffet was excellent & nice & hot. The trip lasted. 2.5 hours & although the rain dimmed the views it was still worthwhile doing.

We chose this for our last night visiting Vancouver. It was fine, but we were seated on the second floor and the buffet was on the first floor, so we had to balance bringing our plate upstairs. I also really enjoyed the live music, but they did not play very long (maybe one hour total out of the 2.5-hour cruise). The food was okay.
