We LOVED this tour! Our amazing guide, Jessica, could not have been more knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. I loved that the tour included a lot of history, especially the cultural and immigrant histories of Toronto. The food was excellent; such a wide range of cuisines and we had full bellies before the tour was over. Thank you to the staff for refunding us, after I accidentally double-booked two tours. Highly, highly recommend Chopsticks and Forks for anyone visiting Toronto!

This food tour is absolutely fantastic! It was an adventurous afternoon that combined a fantastic fusion of delicious foods in a local and historical context. The breadth of information we learned about the people, history, and places in Kensington through food was astonishing and how they all intersect made it a very memorable tour. The portions and variety of food were really great, we visited a number of different restaurants and I tried foods that I would have never ordered myself but they were all wonderful and they ranged from appetizers, mains, and sweets.. we rolled out of the market in the best possible way. The next time I have friends visit Toronto I will definitely book a tour to explore!

We went on September 29th and our tour guide was William. It was a fantastic tour of fusion food. We had done the Kensington Market International Food Tour before and this tour is equally fantastic as that tour. You get to learn a bit about the history of Kensington Market while having some great food to eat! If you have not tried the Fusion Food Tour... give it a try... you will not be disappointed... only having a full stomach after the tour!

Jusep our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and super friendly. The food was all excellent, very flavourful and unique. If in Toronto I would highly recommend this tour.

The most important thing the food choices were amazing and every bit was just right and delicious. The tour guide did an excellent job of curating the food and neighborhood. Junsep was very enthusiastic he paced the food stops just right for digestion and savoring each bit. I will definitely do more of his food tours.

Kensington Market offered us a look at an area where different cultures got along and thrived. The diverse community offered a unique food tour which combined different cultural foods that for the most part tasted good together. William, the guide, was informative both about the area as well as the food and why the combinations work.

This tour is perfect for a city with many different cultures/foods/people. It was interesting to hear about various cultural influences on the dishes we ate. Overall every dish we tried was yummy, and all the stories that William told us were fascinating.

We had William as our tour guide, we booked him last minute and ended up almost doing a "private" tour unintentionally with my husband and I. William was very good at answering all of our questions, giving us time to eat and enjoy, and really introducing us to the "fusion" that there is in Kensington market! We loved it and honestly if we had more time I would have gone back to all those places on the tour. Book this tour today you won't regret it, we loved it.

The whole experience with Jessica was great! She's personable, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She was able to give us a bunch of interesting information about the city, the food we were eating, and the restaurants we went to.

We had a great time on this tour. William was an excellent tour guide. We were delayed getting to the meeting point, but William and the tour company were accommodating so that we could still meet up with the group and experience most of the tour. The Kensington Market neighborhood was so interesting and vibrant. The food was awesome!

We had a wonderful tour with William. He was very informative throughout the tour and answered all of our additional questions. Each of the food tasting were delicious. We really enjoyed learning the history behind the food we were eating as well as Kensington Market.

This was great fun and very informative. Jusep was personable and knowledgeable, and provided many great insights into Toronto and the Kensington Market area. We really enjoyed the fish and chips and the peameal bacon sandwich, and the desserts. Discovered, as we'd suspected, that poutine was not for us, but it was still fun to try. All in all a very enjoyable tour that we'd highly recommend.

Our host, Jessup (?), was so happy, knowledgeable and informative. He knew so much about the area as well as all the cultures. Not too much food, just right for lunch. Great experience.

It was so interesting to hear the history of the dishes we sampled. The dishes spanned from the east to west coasts of Canada. Loved this tour and I’d highly recommend it!

Host was friendly, knowledgeable & engaging. Food was fresh. Got to see a part of Toronto I probably wouldn't if on my own. Would do a tour with him again.
